It is not a surprise that they locked your account. That is usually what they are doing when yo win to much money. You should be lucky if you receive your deposits back. That is the maximum you can count on. They are not going to pay you your winnings. You are not the only one who is a victim. and there is nothing I can do? someone to apply to?  There is always that you can try to do, but 1xbit is not going to help you. Once they give the reason that you frauded or violated, their decision is already final and in best case you get your deposit back. Truly unbelievable.....can't even withdraw my own deposited funds. Deposited 350 mbtc over the last half year, have now 323 mbtc on my balance. Completed the whole annoying verification and requested a payout for 200 mbtc and it got rejected because max withdrawal per month is 3000 euro! So could only request 96mbtc now and need to wait 3 more months until I can withdraw my entire balance.
Honestly, I think this is not fair Buff.....this rule should NOT be in place for players who have less balance than their total deposits.
