Wow! This is the first really useful project! It would be very cool to have an information network that would help with investments

Very attractive investment. As I see more and more projects are making their base on the some systematic ideas like investing in the start-ups. Good luck, guys
What do you mean under systematic way?
I mean, developers are actually going to work with huge part of the start-up industry

Yes, it seems to me that this is a significant progress
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pulsar Venture Capital on: November 19, 2017, 04:09:49 PM
By the way, does anyone know anything about the projects presented on the developers site? I'm curious to know not only about the progress of the fundraising campaign, but also about the projects that we will indirectly invest in

Honestly, I did not check this information. It will be necessary to do this

Does the Russian government support agriculture?

Honestly, I'm not sure that this will have a critical impact on the project
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pulsar Venture Capital on: November 18, 2017, 07:10:27 AM
The project will not operate in China?

Like any other project of the crypto-currency sphere. In this country, ICO is banned. Although there are rumors that soon the government will reconsider its decision
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] MilkCoin [MLCN] - Agricultural Enterprise ICO 15.11.2017 on: November 15, 2017, 06:31:09 PM
By the way, what about competitiveness? Surely in Russia there are hundreds of similar farms. It will not be easy to compete with milk producers

I very much doubt that milk production in Russia is an area that is unable to accept a new player. Moreover, the new farm will meet the latest standards, that is, it will have the latest equipment.
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pulsar Venture Capital on: November 15, 2017, 07:34:30 AM
And how exactly will the investments be distributed?
Are you interested in something specific or do you want to know the whole picture?
I would like to know what part of the collected money will go to the investment of selected projects, which percentage.
In fact, all this information is in whitepaper, I do not understand what the problem is to open and read it  Smiley
But I'll duplicate, 80% of the collected money will go specifically to portfolio investments
So what about the remaining 20%? How will these funds be distributed?

Well, it could be the internal costs of developing a system or advertising it. This would be fully justified
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pulsar Venture Capital on: November 14, 2017, 04:58:12 PM
Are there any risk factors? I think this project is very promising, but in fact there is certainly something that can prevent success.

There are a lot of such factors and they are described in detail in white paper. However, do not be afraid of this, crypto-currency investments involve a certain degree of risk.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pulsar Venture Capital on: November 14, 2017, 11:14:37 AM
I do not have much experience in ICO and, it seems to me, such a fund would be useful to me

I would not be so sure about it. There are many different possible dangers associated with such funds. The fact is that the decisive word here is for the manager. How to confirm the competence of the person who manages your funds? And if your decision contradicts his opinion?

I always thought that ICO is something high-tech. Therefore, I regard Milk Coin with some suspicion

I understand where you're coming from, but an ICO is nothing more than a crowdfunding where you get shares from a company in the form of tokens. Milkcoin will work in the exact same way, but even better as they're already an existing business with real revenue. Most ICO's are from platforms or dApps that aren't even in beta phase, which makes the potential ROI higher, but also the risk

It always seemed to me that this is not a zone of influence of the real economy, quite the contrary. After all, there are other ways to raise funds, in addition to releasing tokens

Well, recently in the thread said about this. Tokenization is much more convenient and profitable than bank loans. Yes, there is a certain share of risk, but the potential benefit covers everything.

Indeed, I wanted to say about it. The fact is that investment in the real economy is always more profitable, so for me this project looks very interesting

I noticed that not the first project in the field of agriculture is carrying out tokenization. Is it a fashion trend? It is obvious that agriculture is not the most obvious area for ICO

Yes, I also heard about several such projects. It seems to me that this excellent idea is applicable to agriculture. The banking system gives farmers loans with crazy interest rates, so it is only natural that businessmen try to find other ways of realizing their ideas. The project is simple and clear, I will follow up
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: INSPEER - A Peer-to-peer lending service that works with Cryptocurrency and Fiat on: November 07, 2017, 09:53:00 PM
What about the US? Are you not going to develop a platform in this direction?

Well, it seems to me that if the platform services are common, then there will be time for expansion in the US. But for some reason, the developers do not indicate this even in the plans

What is the reason for this decision? 30-40% of investors come from North America. It is simply unprofitable to not even try to occupy this market

I can only guess, but in North America there is quite a lot of competition in this area. Banks offer microloans on sufficiently favorable terms, users do not have sense to use tokens.

Bad guess. Tokens will still be more profitable at the expense of the fact that they can be provided to creditors who have been denied ordinary banks. Therefore, the decision to abandon North America is still not clear to me.

What measures will be applied to debtors, those who are late with the terms of payment of the client? Will you cooperate with collection agencies?
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: INSPEER - A Peer-to-peer lending service that works with Cryptocurrency and Fiat on: November 03, 2017, 08:50:26 PM
I thought about the idea of this project a little. Why do you conduct ICO? Is it not possible to do the same project in a conventional economy? The fact is that many borrowers did not even hear about the blockchain. They will be suspicious of your service.

First, ICO is a way to earn money for the project. Secondly, with the right advertising campaign it is quite possible to introduce this service even to the most remote corners of the Earth. The main thing that there was the Internet.

I understand what you mean. And yet, money is still more convenient in this respect, rather than tokens. People will rather take out a loan in real currency than in tokens - it still need to be exchanged.

The matter is that microfinance organizations work in the banking system, where already there are ready profiles of creditors. Thus, the system will lose about a third of all potential borrowers. This project works with tokens and the entry point at it will be lower

You say that in the beginning you will try to conquer the market of Russia and China. So you do not even plan to work in the US and Europe?

On the contrary, the developers plan to work in Europe. They even talked about the office in the UK. Although the United States is not on the agenda, it worries me a little. What is the reason for this?

Just a second, crypto-currencies are banned in China. How are you going to work there?

Really. Or do you expect that the situation will change by the time the platform is launched?
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: INSPEER - A Peer-to-peer lending service that works with Cryptocurrency and Fiat on: October 28, 2017, 06:33:15 PM
By the way, I think the project will eventually become very popular with small and medium-sized businesses. In fact, you take on an asset, which in time becomes even more valuable. If the system is developed well, it can become a breakthrough in the financial sector
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: INSPEER - A Peer-to-peer lending service that works with Cryptocurrency and Fiat on: October 28, 2017, 06:31:15 PM
Is it possible that the regulator will ban ICO in your country?

By the way, from what country are the developers?

Apparently, from Russia

The developers have already laid out some technical data on the project?
