361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scarcity is one of the leading factors of Bitcoins value on: November 15, 2019, 07:10:27 AM
yes scarcity I think is the main factor that makes bitcoin a valuable item. the number of requests and users is always increasing while the limited number of bitcoins will make bitcoin value more expensive in the future. and also bitcon will not experience inflation so it is not surprising if some people now trust bitcoin more than fiat money which is always eroded by inflation. when mass adoption of bitcoin can be achieved bitcoin will be a great alternative payment tool.
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott the Facebook Coin (Project Libra)? on: November 15, 2019, 04:55:49 AM
I don't think we need to boycott Libra coins. because I think libra coins are included in the stable coinage group so it won't affect the value of other crypto coins. Facebook creates coins libra aims so that we can send and receive all over the world as easily as sending photos through the application. Facebook says when Libra Coins have been released we can use Libra Coins through the WhatsApp and Messenger applications. so I think the presence of Libra coins will make the crypto market more crowded and provide many benefits for us.
363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters do not need to wait for altcoin season on: November 15, 2019, 02:39:47 AM
I think hunters don't wait for the altcoin season. it's just that now most ICO projects are scams so many of the prize hunters are no longer active in the ICO project. I am also a bounty hunter. I usually join a signature campaign project. about a year I didn't hunt for prizes because in 2018 some of the ICOs that I joined were a scam. so now most prize hunters are more selective in choosing ICO projects, only projects with a team of developers and managers and also a clear program that I follow.
364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: November 14, 2019, 01:27:37 PM
I'm interest in trading and I want to know more about it. So please give me your valuable ideas and opinions. As a beginner I would like to know that Is there any special ways to do trading without losses or in a manner which minimize the losses. Not only that please tell me Is it possible to start trading with a small amount of money at the beginning.
Hope you will help me.
Thank you. Smiley Smiley
yes, there is no one who can be sure that trading without losing but if minimizing the loss maybe everyone does it on their own. if indeed you are a beginner, it would be nice if you start trading with little initial capital. I think a beginner is still not qualified in analyzing or having a good strategy, so beginners need to learn. with a small initial capital, in my opinion it is the best way to minimize losses in trading. in my opinion a good step if beginners want to learn first and put a little initial capital.
365  Economy / Economics / Re: The Impact of Change in Prices on Bitcoin's utility as Currency on: November 14, 2019, 02:50:47 AM
yes I agree with op when the price of bitcoin rises high then people will save it and won't use bitcoin for shopping because they think bitcoin can make more money if it is saved and also they can use fiat for shopping. but if the price of bitcoin goes down or is stable they will start using bitcoin to shop. but actually in my opinion the price of bitcoin can increase as more people use bitcoin for payment tools.
366  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't react to the fluctuations on: November 14, 2019, 01:36:46 AM
We have been doing same mistakes again and again that's by reacting to the market fluctuations as either we tend to start buying like there is no tomorrow when we see pump or else panic and empty our coffers for slightest  dump and the reason I am suggesting you all to stop reacting is for the fact that the bitcoin market is going through quick pump and dump from past 4 or 5 days so it will prove fatal if we sell out or buy at this point of time. Just take some time and look observe the trend for week or so before jumping into any conclusion.

Yes, I agree with you, we should not easily panic in seeing crypto price fluctuations. at least we wait for price developments for a week or two. then just make a decision to buy and sell. and in my opinion the people who easily panic are beginners. a crypto trader and investor who hasn't been panic for a long time. they can speculate well and smart in taking every opportunity for price fluctuations.
367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Saving for a House! on: November 13, 2019, 08:43:05 AM
We are saving for a house down payment of 40K.  I don't want to leave it in the bank as there is a old judgement they can take any time so i want to store it in crypto as we grow it over the next 6 months.  Is a stable coin the best option?  Thoughts?

I think if you keep your money on a stable coin then the same as you save fiat money the value will not increase. it's better if you dare risk you using your money to buy bitcoin. or if you are afraid of losing money you can use some of your money. for example you can save as much as $ 30,000 in a bank and then the remaining $ 10,000 you can buy bitcoin. and I think now is the right time to buy before bitcoin defends two by 2020. if you are lucky your money will multiply when bitcoin bull run. but you also have to be ready when this bitcoin dump is a risk that we have to face. but I'm optimistic that bitcoin can pump again.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoiners now is your chance on: November 13, 2019, 07:08:04 AM
yes maybe this is the right time to buy altcoin. before bitcoin divide in May 2020. because usually when bitcoin is bullish then altcoin will also follow. and now almost all altcoin dumps are good opportunities to buy. I always recommend buying the top 20 CMC coins. because the top 20 coins already have a large trading volume, market capitalization and community. so there's no way the coin will suddenly become zero or crash. and also safer if used for long-term investment. I chose eth, xrp, ltc and also eos.
369  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you use FB's Libra? on: November 13, 2019, 03:57:50 AM
if true libra coins will be released in 2020 and already available on the market, of course I will buy them. because I heard that the purpose of mark making Libra coins is to make it easier for us to send money as easily as we send photos. and if this libra is released then we can do libra transactions through the whatsApp and Messenger applications. so this is very interesting to try. and I think this libra coin is included in a stable coin so it won't rival or affect the price of bitcoin.
370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best ways of bringing Bitcoin to non-crypto users on: November 13, 2019, 02:44:17 AM
I just ordered the Wirex card and hope to get it soon. The idea is to receive crypto (Bitcoin) by doing stuff that I would be doing anyway.

What other ways do you know to receive / earn Bitcoin for everyday stuff outside of the crypto world that could bring Bitcoin and other crypto directly to users for them to spend?

I believe that a good way to get started in Bitcoin is to just start as an investor in Bitcoin as a store of value. Then as that individual learns more about this asset, he/she can gradually branch out by using it to make a purchase or trade for another cryptocurrency.

yes I agree with you the best way to get to know bitcoin is to enter into a bitcoin investment. we can benefit from bitcoin investments. and then if it's already profitable we can start learning to use bitcoin for payment.
of course before investing we must study bitcoin in earnest and study the risks we must face when investing in bitcoin.
371  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Prediction 2020 - 2021 on: November 13, 2019, 01:31:12 AM
I am not a bitcoin expert or a good trader in analyzing prices, but I am happy to share my analysis here about the price of bitcoin that I might be able to make a discussion here, so what do you think about this

https://twitter.com/Blackjincrypto/status/1010749595763105792

2012 - Bitcoin halving
2013 - go to the moon
2014 - hacking problem from MTGOX and others
2015 - Bitcoin prices wake up from the downturn
2016 - Bitcoin halving
2017 - go to the moon
2018 - the bitcoin problem is usually about HACK
2019 - Bitcoin prices wake up from the downturn
2020 - Bitcoin halving
2021 - Huh You know it
http://www.bitcoinblockhalf.com

So if you hear the news saying there are some bitcoin trading sites hacked and how much in 2018 this might just be a coincidence Smiley

I don't think my analysis predictions are correct and hopefully not true, but if you have other predictions please share here, I will definitely appreciate that

edit to add analysis images

good analysis I also agree with you that bitcoin has a certain pattern. which is sometimes the same as the previous pattern. if we compare the current condition of bitcoin to bitcoin in 2015 before bitcoin halved in 2016 bitcoin also declined. after that bitcoin split in half and finally went to the moon in 2017. I predict next year bitcoin also has a pattern like that. bitcoin will halve by 2020 and will be able to reach the moon by 2021. I am optimistic that by halving the amount per block will decrease but demand is always increasing this will make bitcoin prices go up.
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin is The Best in Terms of Utility? on: November 12, 2019, 10:48:33 AM
in my opinion the best altcoin in terms of utility is ethereum and ripple. I chose ethereum because almost all ICO platforms use eth and I also choose ripple because with the technology that is owned by ripple we can exchange easily with local currency. ripple technology can also make it easier for us to exchange ripples with currencies in the world because ripple is already connected with banking services in the world.
373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Still Better than US Dollar? on: November 12, 2019, 06:55:36 AM
in my opinion bitcoin is only superior in value acceleration. but in terms of revenue, market capitalization and use, of course, the US dollar is still better. because the US dollar has been recognized as a global currency, all countries have accepted the dollar as a global currency and we can use it anywhere. bitcoin is good as an investment tool but cannot be used as a means of payment and also anonymous and decentralized bitcoin is not preferred by most governments.
374  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Halving Effect??? on: November 12, 2019, 05:27:28 AM
If I speak from an economics background, bitcoin halving is expected to rise its price! Because this is deflationary in nature which decreases the supply of it and increases it purchasing power. However, cryptocurrencies are not designed to fit into the definition of standard money so no one can assure you about the outcome! What everyone is doing is, speculation! It sometime goes right and sometime goes wrong! You already have an example, Litecoin. Which didn't come out as expected after halving and the price is in the red zone. Whoever is saying that bitcoin's price will go higher after the halving, they are all speculating and no one is certain about what's going to happen! So don't get confused and don't try to get an answer! Probably you will get it all wrong!

yes I agree with you if you see the cycle of bitcoin a few years back everytime after halving bitcoin will be bullish. so I'm sure next year bitcoin will be bullish too. The last 2 years we have been in the bear market so I think next year is the time for the bull market. this is our hope that all of us can be realized. we can only hope and speculate anyway in the end the market will determine the bitcoin bull or not.
375  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy every dip! on: November 12, 2019, 04:07:54 AM
Buying every dip is easy to say, but difficult to identify the dip (for me at least!)

Every time the price of bitcoin drops I am afraid of the point that it is going to stop or it will be ongoing for a long time. Looking at charts and trying to make my TA sometimes prove me wrong!

Yes, I agree with you, it's very easy to say, but it's quite difficult if practiced. for example, right now the price of bitcoin is down from $ 9,000 to $ 8,800 in my opinion this is a good opportunity to buy. but sometimes people are afraid that the value will go down again so they postpone buying hoping the price can drop even lower. but if I will still decide to buy even if the value of bitcoin goes down again I won't regret buying. because I'm sure that in the future bitcoin prices will pump even higher. I just need to wait and be patient until bitcoin is bullish.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What have been some of your biggest losses/mistakes and successes with trading? on: November 12, 2019, 02:51:15 AM
My biggest mistake is that I don't store my password or wallet key properly. at that time I was a beginner and I was very careless not to record or store my wallet password correctly. so then I forgot and couldn't open my wallet. so that it is the same as losing my money. since that incident I always keep my wallet key on the computer and also on paper and flashdish. so if one day my computer has a problem I can still access my wallet from another computer.
377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin down on: November 11, 2019, 10:48:46 AM
Bitcoin is back down to $ 7500 and altcoin is also following Bitcoin, is this to buy BTC when it is going down badly or waiting for the price of $ 7,000,

yes i think now is the right time to buy. Don't delay buying if you already have money. because most bitcoin users are sure that bitcoin will soon be bull run we just have to be patient and wait. because we for the past two years have experienced a downward trend in bitcoin. a few more months after bitcoin split in two I'm sure bitcoin will run. and if in the next one or two months bitcoin dumps again you don't need to panic to stay afloat. or if you have more money it's a good opportunity for us to add to our bitcoins. now what I do is keep trying to increase the amount of my bitcoin. so that next year I will get a big profit.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can't survive alone on: November 11, 2019, 05:34:42 AM
I think it's normal if most people suggest to sell altcoin and replace it with bitcoin. because bitcoin is the main currency in cryptocurrency. and bitcoin is also always a reference for altcoin. when bitcoin falls, some altcoin bears will also experience a decrease. if we have limited capital then I also recommend investing in bitcoin only. but if we have a lot of capital I think it's okay to try to invest in altcoin. and suggest investing in the top 10 altcoins of CMC. the existence of altcoin makes the crypto market bigger and crowded.
379  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why only 6.2 percent of American citizens own Bitcoin? on: November 11, 2019, 03:45:31 AM
I have read not 6.2% but as many as 8% of all Americans who already have Bitcoin. in my opinion the amount of 8% is quite a lot. and maybe 8% are represented by millennials.
and in my opinion it is indeed millennial generation that can use and utilize bitcoin well. but I am optimistic that the United States is a country that is friendly to bitcoin because a lot of crypto and exchanges come from America. so I'm sure the number of bitcoin users in America will always increase.
380  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat currency value and Economy debt on: November 11, 2019, 02:29:46 AM
I never thought bitcoin could crash due to the huge debt impact. and in my opinion when bitcoin can reach a price of $ 500k it is unlikely that bitcoin will fall down and crash.
and when the country has a large debt I think they will still use fiat money to pay. I think it's very risky if we pay off debt using bitcoin, which has high volatility.
