Mr. Admin - please check your e-mail queue. I've been locked out of my acct for a few days 'cause I forgot my password and maybe tried too many times? Please have a look ... too many fish slippin' away.

Indamuck

So, this request is running 12 hrs. I know this is a bootstrap operation, so my sympathies. Still, how much responsiveness should players be able to expect?
Hello Indamuck,

We are working to fix our password reset system.

Please PM me so we can instruct you how to proceed in recovering the chips.

Hello again,

I regged for the hourly 1K gtd #437069, but when the table opened to start the game, I wasn't in it nor on the list and my account was missing the s110 buy-in.

I played in the 1k gtd just prior to that one and my balance after busting out of it was s4,670. My current balance is now s4,4560 after regging for the above tourney, which somehow I was removed from prior to its start (I believe).

I could very well be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure I'm missing s110. I know its just a paltry s110, but if you could kindly look into this for me I would appreciate it very much in case it might be some glitch.

Thank You and please don't Doom Switch me for hating your non-capped ring games.  Smiley

sn: Noodle

***EDIT***

Please disregard all the above. My mistake. I thought I had registered for the above mentioned tourny when in fact I registered for the one after it thinking it was the next one to go. It just popped up and that's when I realized my mistakeness. Sorry for that.

No problem Smiley

The rakeback seems nice. This may be be a really dumb question, but do those of use who already have accounts prior to this new implementation get the 25% as well? If so, do we have to do anything special to get it activated?

A couple of other questions:

What is the rake on your ring games for the various stakes (if different) and is there a house rake cap?

Thank You and thanks for the games. I'm really enjoying playing on your site even despite some of the kooky more interesting players and drama.

sn: Noodle
Everyone who was a member before has been grandfathered in. Nothing has to be done, your account is already collecting rakeback as we speak.

Updated tools will be available towards the end of this week which will allow you to track your rakeback daily.

Our rake is one of the lowest rates in the industry at 2% for all games. There is no cap to how much can be raked in a hand.

Enjoy the games!

We are now adding more tournaments to our schedule.
Idea is that players who win in the freerolls can grow their roll with proper bankroll management. s5, s11, s22, s55 will be running twice an hour. 110, 220, 550 and 1100 every hour. The tournament schedule we had was far from sufficient to create a stable roll from.

good work, impressed with the small stakes tournies, hopefully get new players on to play free rolls and like u said build up using proper br management. Eventually this could eliminate the eliminate the overlays in the bigger tournies, thus making ur loses smaller and eventually leading to u making money and being able to grow site and........take it from there
We are growing, and would certainly not have getting this far without the support of many of you!

Thank you Smiley.

any chance you may try to eliminate those 24-hour ahead registrants and sitouts some day?
thanks
Basically like we explained in the post before,

Our automatic template system does not let us set registration to 30 minutes / 1 hour prior to the tournament.

We are working on this issue and will update you all when it is fixed.

You are a sick bipolar idiot. Since April they have spent > $10K on freerolls and MTTs with big overlays and you say now that they want to take it back from the hourly ~$1 freerolls, mr. poker specialist?! Why do you play then??!
You are not fucking with my mind, you've got fucked in your mouth, that can't stop talking out of pain  Wink
what really worries me is that he has just signed up to this forum just to troll. Anyway, I am done responding to these kind of things. If feedback is serious, we work with it as we have shown the community, but we also have a business to run and have no time to get into pointless discussions with this guy.

1) stop the 48 hour pre-registration, so bots will need proper hoppers to wait for 30-minutes before a tournament;
2) stop the bots like : kurawa / 7Drag0ns

looks like those 24/7 housebots or 50-cent-a-day workers just sit in the freerolls to not let the company lose 25$ a day freeroll money!

just be aware, that this poker is not what it seems alltogether and there may be forces that are well organized to just take away your money by trickery!
We changed the freeroll structure. Only top 3 paid. Enterra has been stalling on us for getting the feature we wanted (auto kicking sitouts) or an alternative way to change the way we have to set up the registration window (x minutes before start of tournament). When one of those features is finished, we might change our freeroll strategy but for now I think this is the best way. With only top 3 paid, we hope the players that sitout and signup for all will understand that it is a waste of their time and computer resources.

And as for the remark about us being greedy which you apperantly removed from your post: you don't have the slightest clue how much money we have lost since we went live in April. If I could change that to 25$ a day, then please tell me where to sign, because as for now, you might use factor 20 on that number.

We have a schedule maintenance tomorrow June 24th from 11 am till 3 pm (GMT+7).

This server upgrade will fix several issues including the late registration mis-payment issue.

Thank you all for your dedication and support.

too bad no freerolls tonight... hope they fix it...
We have now switched to hourly free rolls where only the top 3 players get paid.

This should severely limit the sit-outs and incentivize constant traffic to our site.

Please stay tuned for a new bankroll building schedule!

cool, great idea.

any word on being able to ip block the person who was running those 3 accounts i posted about?
This person used different IP addresses.

IP bans went out on these accounts.

Thank you.

are you doing this because you want your auto-registration bots to keep real people from winning your freeroll money?

You sir are a lunatic  Grin
We are in over $100k on this project and you think i would be wasting my time building auto registration bots for winning back a few satoshichips every 4 hours?
We keep having bugs when putting a 30 minute registration window for the freeroll, causing it to run flawless for a day and then stop all of a sudden. We are working on this issue but there are more urgent things to fix first.
375  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiPoker ♣ Freerolls ♣ Hourly GTDs ♣ Lowest Rake ♣ 10 BTC Bad Beat on: June 23, 2013, 08:41:16 AM

376  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiPoker ♣ Freerolls ♣ Hourly GTDs ♣ Lowest Rake ♣ 10 BTC Bad Beat on: June 23, 2013, 08:40:30 AM
Hey, sometimes the poker tournaments don't open a window. Only a window for the tourney info, but not the table. This happened a few times. I just always register for nightly but I don't notice the time. Also just now for the 10k nightly (now I am left with 2000 chips vs 2 big stacks Sad) Can you guys look into that? Thanks.
Can this be fixed please? Just now I lost me 10k nightly BI again. Since I won a lot with the value/overlay etc I can't really complain about that. But I just wanna play some nice poker Smiley if the table pops up I cannot forget it :p
We are working on this issue as we speak. I credited the funds to ur account.
377  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiPoker ♣ Freerolls ♣ Hourly GTDs ♣ Lowest Rake ♣ 10 BTC Bad Beat on: June 23, 2013, 12:27:36 AM
Our template system does not allow us to set registrations prior to the start of the tournament

We are working to fix this issue ASAP.

In the mean time we will start adding tournaments manually to prevent from registration sitouts.

Thanks for your concern.
