I began prepping and serving 3am "early morning" breakfasts and pots of spaghetti at age 3
That's where I stopped reading. Protip: If you want to sound convincing you can't be too unbelievable. Haha, psy, you fall for it

dual old p4 coolers to mach gpu0 and gpu1 temps This is the stupidest thing I've seen! At least put them to the right where the VRMs are. I can't see if you are using thermal paste but if u aren't, put lots of paste cause the surface is not perfect, and put them on the back of the VRMs, hopefully you will see a drop in the Phase Temperatures. Pending an RMA, and limited in my abilities to properly fix it by warranty seals on the screws that hold the cooler, I decided to keep my dead-fan 5870 mining until I get an RMA number:

Found this it follows most of euro and uk law.
Basic laws on knives
It is illegal to:
sell a knife of any kind (including cutlery and kitchen knives) to anyone under 18 carry a knife in public without good reason - unless it’s a knife with a folding blade 3 inches long (7.62 cm) or less, eg a Swiss Army knife carry, buy or sell any type of banned knife (the list of banned knives is below) use any knife in a threatening way (even a legal knife, such as a Swiss Army knife)
How long is the credit knife or do you not know?
UK law yes, EU law - NO! (you should look up the laws of the specific country) UK is a police state and has some of the most fucked up knife laws in the world, thank god other EU countries are not as bad. I highlighted the part you might of missed. No, I haven't.

So they made about $35k in 4 days if the sales continue at the same rate they should reach about $700k, close enough to the $850k goal to maintain the same prices: 6. I think if we can hit close to $300K, I will have a good chance of getting the distributor to allow us to continue in the best price tier since 98% of the sales will have been from March.

1. Can the OP edit the posters' posts in his thread too? 2. Are moderators able to see the posts deleted(/edited?) by the OP like they can see in normal threads?

Except some minor inconsistencies he did a good job and I am happy to see the enthusiasm instead of the constant bashing.

Thanks for offering use of escrow. It's a rather easy way to make things possible (apart from building trust yourself here and/or on #bitcoin-otc). I'll have to find out who "John K." is, though.
That's our forum Moderator, Johnthedon(n)g, silly!

some bank transfers can take upto 45 days in rare cases all depends which banks are involved which country's and what check have to be taken out
SEPA should theoretically be one business day. 15 days? I say fractional reserve. lolwut? it always took me 3 business days, sometimes 4 if I sent it too late +1 for the fractional reserve though, wouldn't be surprised if it were true...

If I'm reading this correctly, Coinabul offered to reimburse the USD value of the coin to you, right? Isn't it a common practice to issue refunds denominated in BTC when the original purchase was done in BTC?
Depends on the prior agreement, and if there is none I think it's obvious that it should be repaid in the same way. Loans in the lending section are also given in BTC and repaid in BTC. It'll be quite troublesome in this case as if BTC depreciated in this timespan, or gold increased in value in this timespan, coinabul would have another problem in their hands. I guess the easiest way out here is just to have Coinabul send him the coin directly. Too bad, looks like a deliberate fuckup from Coinabul in this case, if BTC gained in value so much the better so they can remember to treat their customers properly.

No, you have not stated before that delivery is only in EU but that shipping in EU is included in the price. This does not exlude the possibility of shipping to other countries. And we have 3 timezones in EU. As for the escrow I understand how it may be problematic for you but you need to understand that on this forum we had HUGE amount of reputable forum members turn into scammers and running away with thousands of dollars, I myself have lost $200 to one of them with no chance of getting the money back. You might want to have a look at this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=83794.0

Give Coinabul 14 days? There's another guy who's been waiting to get his BTC back for a month: http://bravenec.eu/coinabul/You wanted the winner to send you the coins withing 1h which is funny considering there people from all over the world, in different timezones. By 24h I meant to say give the highest bidder 24h to send the BTC. Moreover you do not seem to be a very established user on this forum with an account registered only a few months ago and with a low post count. Considering that a quite old (by Bitcoin standards) BTC business Coinabul had a history of defrauding at least a few customers (and only a few have revealed themselves so far) I find the notion of using an escrow for this transaction quite reasonable. Some reputable forum members will even do it for free.

Scammer tag for not paying within 1 hour is inappropriate. Nobody can watch this thing 24h/day.
You understand, when you bid for an auction that ends in 24 hours, your bid is in excess of € 1000, and the ending is a certain time that you know previously and accept when you bid, between 9p.m.-10p.m. Wednesday evening to be precise, it is entirely reasonable that you can remember to check if you have the winning bid, and make good of your promise to pay. What exactly qualifies for a scammer tag in your humble opinion? Yay, we all live within the same timezone Make it 24h and with escrow.

You don't need 51%, however, and it can be done with a lower hashrate. Ozcoin recently had 6 blocks in a row, and they're nowhere near 51%.
This. If you have a bit of luck you can double spend with 40% of total hashrate. If you are luckier you could double spend with 20%. If you are very lucky you could double spend with even less.

Glad to see people are willing to take legal action, will this be the first bitcoin suite? (apart from bitcoinica's which appears to be going nowhere)
EDIT: you could one more poll option - I am just an observer curious how it ends.
