3622  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if BTC never reaches all time high? on: April 10, 2020, 12:54:59 AM
I have no problem if BTC can't reach its ATH again. My target in Bitcoin investment isn't the ATH but certain rates to reach to be considered for selling. For me, if the price can grow up until $20k, it is more than enough. About the ATH of Nikkei 225, it is incomparable with ATH in BTC. We have unstable and unpredictable price moves, so it isn't impossible to see it suddenly improve someday.  Cheesy
As a bitcoin hodler, Reaching ATH again is a chance that we can never let go. I hodl bitcoin for-profit and buying and hodling it in some way that I am earning some profit. As you said it is not impossible that's why many of us is wishing that moment will happen again and bitcoin will surpass its ATH again.
3623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MOBA Gambling on: April 10, 2020, 12:45:01 AM
You know guys, I think the real gambling is not video games.
As a millennial, we should adapt to the technology that is bringing up every year. The ways people gamble nowadays are online and of course, traditional gambling isn't fading. E-sports isn't really a sport some years ago but today it is adopted by major sports event like sea games.

Bet games aren't new, But it is adapted by e-sports players for fun and of course, the money that is on stake for the excitement of each team.

It's fun you know.
3624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Memory lane (best match you gambled on) on: April 10, 2020, 12:37:37 AM
I don't remember every single CS:GO match I've ever gambled on, but one that was a big upset and was a massive win for me was NiP vs Vega Squadron at the first ELEAGUE Major main qualifier in 2016. Vega Squadron ended up winning almost 16-2 again NiP, and HLTV even shows you the scale of this upset (click for match link). NiP was considered one of the top teams in the world at the time, and Vega was still on the come up at the time. I didn't bet an extremely large amount on Vega, but it was funny and surreal at the same time that NiP was choking so hard.
I always feel that in CS:GO anything can happen maybe it is because the level is close for all players or maybe there is some matching fixing or anything involved but betting on favorite team is a big NO for me because I am quite sure that the underdog team will at least win 1 map in 8 out of 10 matches and getting crazy odds is normal.

I still wonder how sometimes Navi looses to small teams but beat Astralis and other top teams. Always has been a dilemma and I feel that maybe it is because big teams prepare big for bigger matches while being reckless against the underdog teams and that might be the only reason behind such chokes. Another thing that matters a lot is teamwork because we have seen how an average team can a menace if they are well coordinated.
Betting on an underdog is sometimes I consider a crazy move unless they have the history that can possibly defeat the mainstream teams. Getting crazy odds is one of the other reasons why someone is betting on an underdog. Upset happen greatly on esports games and we can't really be sure what team will win on a game.
3625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: List of Gambling Platforms. on: April 09, 2020, 11:23:34 PM
Some of these gambling sites are new to my eyes and I haven't tried them all but I know most of it. Some of it has campaigns here in this forum to establish their gambling site and to be advertised here. It's good that OP sorted them into their own specific games that they are focusing on. This way user can find gambling sites of their choice more easily.
3626  Economy / Gambling / Re: AceDBets.io Multi Crypto SportsBook[Fast][Interactive][QuickDeposit/Withdrawls] on: April 09, 2020, 11:13:34 PM
any plans of adding additional crypto payment options? I bet in LTC and ETH cheaper on fees
~snip
~snip.

Yeah it would be nice to see other cryptocurrencies added in the future however I know a lot of people like to use Doge and LTC because of low fees and fast transactions. I highly recommend everyone check out AceD coin which can be used to bet with on this sportsbooks as the transactions are super fast and the fees are cheap compared to most cryptocurrencies so check them out and maybe try betting using AceD coins and see for yourself.

so this aced is a crypto coin ? i thought it was only a site name , sorry im not familiar with this coin thats why  . anyway i know there are sitenames that carry the name  of some cryptos too and the site also use those coin as a primary currency for betting .

this is a good way for the people to try aced coin and its also a good way to promote the coin   .  the only problem that i only see is that most sports games are not yet available due to the lockdown and quarantine period   .

yea this project is developed and maintained by aced core team. i agree the lockdown has hurt most sports but there is still some some sports available for betting. We should slowly see more sports being available as lockdown period ends in countries. I really miss betting on basketball and hockey, but just a matter of time for us bettors.
I don't think that some of the betting games will be available as soon as the quarantine is lifted, I'm sure that the virus is still there even after the quarantine period is done and this will make the manager, organizers, and even players play some games that they should play. More especially team plays like basketball and hockey that need many players to play with.
3627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: April 09, 2020, 10:28:26 PM
As we all know , Coronavirus has impacted each and every industry in the whole world and sports isn't an exception .

If you take a look at this  , https://www.nytimes.com/article/sports-canceled-coronavirus.html or https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5232295.0 you will get to know how many tournaments across different sports have been affected .

But the question is , is this the right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? The assumption I am making here is  that the gambling addicts are addicts on sports betting and not casino game addiction or poker .

Why this question is because although I wanna bet on sports ( which I have been doing every week since 8 years ) now I cannot .

As for me, it's the best time for gambling addicts to quit gambling for a while. Our economy is dropping down and our future is still unpredictable. We couldn't rely our necessities in the government so instead of risky the funds that we have, we better save it for the future. It's a matter of survival so you have to make wise decisions on how you handle your money. We all know that gambling is not all about winning so there's no assurance that we could gain back a good profit. We better think of our family's future so if the worst situation comes, we still have something to sustain them.
There are people who have the mindset of just earning money knowing that they could lose in the run but the percentage of the trust in their skill is more dominant. Adding the scenario that the economy is dropping down, The gambler might take this chance to gamble more to earn some money to sustain himself into the time of crisis. I know there are people like this that have the gut to gamble even they have the possibility of loosing and bring more disaster into him.
3628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling on: April 09, 2020, 10:08:22 PM
People with such kind of habits will never choose gambling like platforms for their entertainment because they are like living based on calculating their income so they will give that amount to saving rather than spending. But if you are a regular gambler and betting on different games, different websites then you should keep track on the wins and losses or else you may keep losing money even without your knowledge.
Right, I also think that the people who are cautious about their losses stay full of defense by being extra careful on each of their wager on their bets. They are the type of people who chose to gamble for money. It's hard to be a person like this because if you lose you will have a grudge to earn back your loses and can possibly turn into more mess b losing more.
3629  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Traditional Traders are Setting Their Sights on Crypto on: April 08, 2020, 10:49:57 PM
I believe that traditional traders are beginning to see the potential of the crypto markets. This happened before the pandemic crisis even started. Over the past couple of  years, the Crypto market has slowly matured into one of the most interesting markets are the moment. Can you all remember that Bitcoin did hit $3750 last month? Well, it went to $7400+. That's over a 100% increase since hitting the low. Which stock assets have accompanied similar feat so far? None.
I think bitcoin didn't go as low as $3750 last month, I think the all-time low last month is not under $5000. I also think the dumped happen last month is because of the pandemic actually it is not only the cryptocurrency market that is affected even stocks and other trading assets. I think one of the traditional sights I see on crypto is when bitcoin got a massive dump or pump, Bitcoin price will be in correction after a few weeks it happened. It's the way I see bitcoin before.
3630  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade what you can't risk loosing on: April 08, 2020, 09:42:32 PM
People do not really care about their future as much as they think, they do huge investments and risk all their money because they believe if they can get it right just once they could actually make a lot of money and then their future will be pure bliss but what they are forgetting is the fact that if they risk all their money and end up losing, they are going to live a horrible future (at least until they recover).

Buying bitcoin with credit card is one of the examples of this, in USA you can do that with coinbase, buy bitcoin with credit card and if you do not have money in your card and go to debt because of it, there is really no point on continuing such a thing because you are getting money from one pocket and removing from the other one which doesn't make sense.
It's like being a happy go lucky person that doesn't think about the future and the possibilities that they can get after they trade/invest amounts that they can't possibly lose.

In your given scenario that being all-in in investment is a very cruel move especially if you don't literally have plans and sooner or later can possibly make your life worst because of the debt you have. This kind of scenario defeats the purpose of investing because you suffer from the investment you did and not acquiring a good life with the possible profit you can get.
3631  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Difficulty choosing a trading platform on: April 08, 2020, 08:15:44 PM
Since a lot of members here already gave you tips about a trading platform I'm just here to remind you that having the perfect choice for a crypto exchange won't guarantee you profits. Instead of concentrating what trading platform to make I would rather choose to study about technical analysis and the prospective cryptocurrencies I'll plan to buy.  A lot of newbies lost a lot of their money when they enter the market without any knowledge about trading or investing so it's their mistake on rushing in the market too quickly.
That's correct! Having a good trading platform is just a plus on your trading experience, Having a good platform can give you such good experiences but it's not certain that you will earn or will win the trades you are doing. Being prepared on the platform you are entering is one of the essentials of trading. Having required knowledge, starting capital and a good amount of trust in yourself is enough to have good trading experience in a good trading platform.
3632  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term investment vs. Swing trading vs. Daily trading on: April 08, 2020, 07:20:12 PM
Long term investor can do trading as well if he wanted to and have enough skills and knowledge regarding that, but without knowing anything then its really bad for them because they can lose their money when they trade more often.Long term investor doesn't need more skills like chart reading or others, when he see there is high price from when he bought then he can sell it and wait for the another opportunity.
Being patient is what it takes to be a long term trader, Waiting for a couple of months or even years is what long term trading is, All you need to do is to wait after you invested in such asset but it isn't easy when it comes to analyzing the coin before buying/investing, Knowing the possibilities of the asset you bought and predicting by analyzing the asset is hard especially we are talking about long term investment. I personally think that long term trading is not good for some people like me because I think it is not worth the time waiting for an investment to bloom, I'm more fond of short trades. But I don't mean it is not worth trying because I experience hodling an asset for more than a year and I gained some profit in it but I realized that short trading has more potential in earning profit thus it's harder than long trades.
3633  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 08, 2020, 02:42:26 AM
Yesterday and accidentally clicked ad and was redirected to this website, which looks same like Freebitco.in and they claim that they are using script ''from Freebitco.in adminn''.

Highly likely a scam. I've seen copycats, but this one is using this site's reputation to gain access to your earnings (and probably your login details here as well)

Best is to report the site for blacklisting.

using a site script is i think legal  . i see many gambling sites that are pretty simillar to each other but this does not mean that they are scam already  .  its only a script man just like a forum or just a normal website that we saw and identical to each other  . they still have many differences like site name or domain name  ,  color, fonts , design , etc   but phishing sites is a different story anymore and will be obvious or will not if phishers are realy pro  . thats why its still advice to check for the url and always bookmark the original site just to be safe
Right! Remember Bustabit? There is too many copy cat of Bustabit gambling concept and some of it is more likely Bustabit when it comes to the user interface, fonts, the way that the Bustabit works and even their FAQ is copied. I think these kinds of the gambling site is worth it to play knowing that they just copy almost everything from a reputated gambling site. I think we should stick to the original to make it safe.
3634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: April 07, 2020, 11:59:17 PM
Potentially, with all the casinos being closed, but I think most people are underestimating how online casino markets are booming right now. There is no limitations to how much you can play considering all you need is an internet connection.
Online casinos are the saviors of those who want to play gambling but can't get out in their houses because of this pandemic. I know there are some gambling activities that can't possibly happen in our situation like sports betting on other games (not necessarily all) but gambler is still a gambler they will find a way to gamble in order to reduce their desire to play.
3635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any Casino with good Investment Returns? on: April 07, 2020, 11:48:08 PM
There are many old/reputated gambling site out there that is still accepting investment like Bitvest, CryptoGames, and bitdice which have a good reputation here in this forum and well-advertised by the campaigns that they are conducting here in this forum.

CryptoGames and Bitdice already stopped their bankroll investment feature.

That's why it's now riskier to put trust on other sites that offer an investment like this especially the new ones that will appear if ever.

Oh sorry, I thought until now they are still accepting bankroll investment, Those two were a good gambling site to invest with. A new gambling site that offers bankroll investment will surely get a hard time getting the trust of the investors because investors need trust that a certain investment gives.
3636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: April 07, 2020, 11:35:09 PM
I won't be such a stupid to just break the bars and get out of my home impatiently and almost immediately once this outbreak ends as there is no guarantee that everything had been sanitized and cleaned carefully and it might take some more time for the things to come to normal. It's better to stay home and stay safe even after this pandemic ends because the effect it'll leave will be very dangerous compared to what we are seeing as of now.

Maybe you are right. I tend to believe that staying in isolation for too long weakens the immune system.
I don’t want to get sick, but I don’t want to be left with weak immunity after quarantine.
A person is a carrier of almost all diseases, everything will depend on how strong your immune system is.
There is something that you can do to boost your immune system that is an alternative to going out and potentially harm yourself with the infection of coronavirus. Try eating healthy foods and do exercise it can boost your immune system. Playing on a physical casino after lifting up the quarantine period is a bad move especially if you are avoiding this virus, It's true that not everything is sanitized. If you are hungry on playing gambling games try playing in an online casino, It might soothe up your craving.
3637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess online? on: April 07, 2020, 10:53:22 PM
chess.com
God, i hate this game!  Grin
I do not like cheaters, so l play with a very short time per game - 2 minutes + 1 second per turn.
Playing at this pace becomes really adrenaline. And after game it is very difficult to fall asleep or focus on something for me. Therefore i play online rarely.
doing this game drains your energy and mind but does not get money, it will be more exciting if this game is used for gambling as well so that what you play can get results that can help economic conditions because when you win against a bot or other people can get money.

If i add monetary interest when playing chess, my mind will finally explode  Grin I am not ready to make such sacrifices and risks. It may make sense to bet on professional chess athletes, but I'm not interested in betting. For me, chess is adrenaline which I rarely allow myself.
Maybe if a p2p chess game or a mini chess tournament here happens I can suggest that the organizer should offer a side bet from non-players to also enjoy themselves and have chills on the tournament. I don't really know how this would work but I hope it's a good suggestion because not all are good enough or knows how to play chess.
3638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any Casino with good Investment Returns? on: April 07, 2020, 10:26:51 PM
my recommendation is Bustadice...
even though it's only been 6 months investing in bustadice but I've got a profit, whatever it is if it's not tried it won't know, try it yourself  Wink

Good thing that you are profiting and i would suggest the same site when it comes to on site investment and we know on how big bustabit and bustadice is.So we can somewhat assure that we would end up profitable in the end of the month but we shouldnt expect much when it comes on how big the profits could be.It would really be the same when you do make active trade but this one is some sort of passive or doesnt even need
for you to deal actively before you can earn.Other site i do know that do accept investment is Bitvest wayback- i dont know if they are still accepting atm.
Investing in a reputated gambling site is a must when we are talking about investing. It's really risky to invest in a new gambling site even if it is offering a good return and promising terms. I personally can't take the risk of investing in new gambling sites. There are many old/reputated gambling site out there that is still accepting investment like Bitvest, CryptoGames, and bitdice which have a good reputation here in this forum and well-advertised by the campaigns that they are conducting here in this forum.
3639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: April 07, 2020, 09:51:47 PM
There are different things that I do and discover since the quarantine started in our place, Most of the things I do is self-learning from the internet to make myself productive every day since some sports games that I am waiting are postponed because of the coronavirus outbreak. I focus on some esports games like DOTA 2 and League of legend knowing about the latest teams and events to make my bet.
3640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: April 07, 2020, 09:07:00 PM
I don't understand why they are really forcing something like this, I get that the matches are usually bringing in millions of dollars and stopping that would ruin many peoples careers and financial situation however is it really worth it because the other side is health, we are talking about health of some people as well.

I can understand if they go fully young people who are under 40 years old as well but even that is not going to stop it. Island or no island there should not be a fight, UFC is out of their minds if they are actually doing this and I would be categorically against it.
Organizers of events like that is also doing their safety precaution especially on what is happening in our world right now. There are sports that can possibly resume even there is an outbreak like this, For example, esports tournaments, Esports tournaments are still happening now and It is quite ok conducting the tournament online. Though there aren't a major events.

I don't know why still UFC is not postponing one of their events fight, Maybe having both of the players fight without any crowd is their plan and safely check all of the people in the said event one by one. It's a great risk and it is the decision of the fighters if they will outstand the fight on this kind of situation, understanding that they will accept the risk on what they want to do.
