I feel like Koeman is not the type of manager that will make you suddenly become the best team in the world, but he is the coach that can take the best out of each player and that is a rare trait in most managers. Think about it, even the great managers like Mourinho can only play very very well if the team is built around his own strategy, he is a park the bus counter attack type of manager and with it he has won UCL and many other trophies and he is a great manager because of that, but give him Spurs and we have seen what happened.
Koeman is not like that, maybe he will win something (well he has barceloan, a la liga title is not that weird) or maybe he won't but when he is your manager you have the 100% confidence that he is playing each player at 100% and that is the great thing about him that allowed him to be manager at a club like Barcelona.
No coach can do sudden success or make a bad or in trouble team become the best team in the world. It is unrealistic. Everything takes time and luck as well. If success comes mainly from luck, it won't last long. Long success is built up from long preparation. You can check this fact with Dortmund, Liverpool with Klopp, Italy with Mancini, Atalanta with Gasperini, and Bayern Munich. Bayern can get troubles in one or two seasons but it is from their tactics. They have high quality player resources that contribute to their success long term.
