When the scrypt pays it looks at the oldest deposit and if it is confirmed and there is enough money, it pays?
How often the scrypt checks if it can pay?

We can't know if the deposits made earliest than us have been confirmed before; some deposits made 23minutes after me have been paid, they are almost the earliest deposits it doesn't make much sense; I think it would be better to pay in order of deposit, if the oldest deposit has not been confirmed the money stay in the wallet until it is and the earliest deposits can still be paid if they have been confirmed and there is enough money
You can limit the play to 3times per address to avoid having 12 deposits from the same address that arrive first

17o6s7T332WjD7NSY7PxnRTRagbNP6gQhx and 149caGFxoCWS5em8LwxvRB173yT51tY2Rg are the other 2 deposits marked as paid but I didn't received the payment!

Vor, help please Smiley

Great promo 10B of deposits => last 2 take home 200%

Both show as confirmed (e.g. awaiting payout) on my screen...

They were showed as paid before. How do we know the order in the queue? There are transactions Paid in the middle of transactions confirmed

My transactions are 17o6s7T332WjD7NSY7PxnRTRagbNP6gQhx and 149caGFxoCWS5em8LwxvRB173yT51tY2Rg

You should pay the deposits in the order they were sent but only once the transaction has been confirmed, that would avoid any problems

The order is a little screwy at the minute because BlockChain.info is messed up (originally I took the time from their API). I have changed the script now so it takes the time as of the epoch time in the raw transaction data. Never trust BlockChain.info's API lol.

Transactions are paid out in time order generally Wink

It is not paid in time order; it is paid in order of confirmations; I have no idea my order in the queue it is annoying 17o6s7T332WjD7NSY7PxnRTRagbNP6gQhx and 149caGFxoCWS5em8LwxvRB173yT51tY2Rg

gogogo! lets keep this train rolling.

reinvest after first payout and others will follow!

It is the main ponzi, it is still advertised (for less than a day though) and the limit is probably going to increase to 0.2 so I am not worried

www.ponzicoin.co

It is written as paid on the website before the payment has been sent

Wow how did I miss this one

I will be playing next week!! It is nice that it is always at the same time and that the last depositor get 250%, it would be better if the last 3 or 5 deposits were getting paid though

Personally, the way I see it is that you were silly enough to let your greed blind you into trusting the owners. If you can't exercise self control you'll have a lot more hard lessons in life than a couple of bucks lost.

I agree with you

I am still playing ponzicoin though but only with small amounts on money

I played twice and I have been paid twice, that changes the 1/5 paid last round Smiley

There has been a lot of deposits this round, it is cool, let's hope it is the same for next round

Restart in 17minutes, who will be here?
It looks like 17dESbnY2Pnuj2rKruwhb5R5zvMoYRpJnL will be paid 130% or not bc I sent 0.005 to test the 'last deposit paid 130%'

I am trying not to impose anything on my friends, if they want to discuss crypto (which they usually don't) I will and I will be honest but positive about them

If I have to pick 5 altcoins (change title) it would be LTC Dogecoin Peercoin Darkcoin emucoin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=494855.0)

I had about 12GH/s mining for me.  I figured it would be cool to have a place to store my btc and just reinvest.  But now the price per GH/s is dropping really hard.  If I sell out now I will lose out.  All well I learned my mistake.  There is always a chance of it coming back up again.

There is a zero chance of the price going back up to your pre-loss level.

But there is a 100% chance of you raiding your mother's purse.

0.0142 and descending, it will obv not come back; I sold at 0.04+ 2months ago

FHM are half the price of FHA which means it is a good buy comparatively if you will mine more than half what you will mine with your Ghs that you get April 26

The projected price of Ghs is now clearly written : 0.008 April 26 (FHA) and 0.004 May 26 (FHA), will a Ghs now mine 0.0142-0.008=0.0062 before April 26? That seems like "a lot"

Oh I missed this new thread, it should be better advertise on the original thread
There should be a link from the website to the bitcointalk thread, that would be helpful for the new players brought from the adds on bitcointalk

Adds could be purchased tomorrow on http://www.bitvisitor.com/getvisits.php and https://bitcointalk.org/annoyance.php/advertising once the round has started that should spice things up

3678  Economy / Speculation / Re: What would a whale do? on: March 14, 2014, 12:52:13 AM
I was looking for a post like this,  a post with good educated guesses

My opinion is that if we have the start of a big bull market everyone will go crazy and buy and we should see new all time highs bc there is a lot more money in the market.
The start of the bull market could be an economic crisis or possibly very good news for Bitcoin

The question is will we test the lows before we rise, we may!
3679  Economy / Services / Re: Can someone find those sc.ammers? I will pay 50% of what I get back on: March 14, 2014, 12:09:52 AM
No you don't understand I invested early in those and didn't get paid because the owner left with the money; that is very different from not getting paid because you lost the game by being a late depositor

Ponzis are gambling but taking the depositors money is sc.amming

I understand clearly; they are scams, period. You played the fool at least 3 times. If you can't discern between investment, gambling and ponzi, you should let someone else handle all your finances. You gambled, you lost, get over it. Hopefully you learned something.
You should get a negative rating for enabling these schemes.
WTH is with this: sc.amming
Is your "." button stuck to your "c" key?

You still didn't understand the difference between a gambling ponzi game and the owner running away with funds

@joshuar : a bit less than 1BTC

@apsvinet most ponzis are not sc.ams; idiots don't deserve to lose their money and don't insult me
It is a lesson you are right, it could have been more expensive i didn't gamble more than what i was ready to lose bc I knew it was gambling but when you bet on black and black arrives then the casino doesn't pay it is a sc.am not a gambling game
3680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2questions about altcoins : made money? % of chance altcoin will die? on: March 13, 2014, 11:58:48 PM
I am trying to get a grasp of altcoins but it is not easy because there has so many of them and I don't get the fundamentals, I can still try to learn though  Smiley

I am wondering if anyone can share his experience on getting a lot of altcoins very early on and seeing the price rise tremendously

My second question is : what is the percentage of chance that a new altcoin that has some infrastructure and support will die within 6months?

If your understanding of cryptocurrency starts with the % fiat gains you can make then you're starting off on the wrong foot, and if thats what this community becomes about then almost all alts will die.

I am a tiny bit interested in alt currencies and I see buying them as fun gambling hobby that will make me understand them better and maybe I will learn something as well
Do you have alt currencies to lose money?

@warning : I have some doge
