3664  Economy / Services / Re: BitcoinFunding.com Seeking Beta Testers on: June 26, 2012, 02:47:16 AM
I am sorry but I think you have been misinformed that bitcoin is anonymous.  I explored that model of straight donation fundraising prior to designing the service and I do not believe it is in the best interests of the content creators and angels donating to a cause.  You are happy to disagree with me but I base my business model on Kickstarter due to the huge success they have had.!
I have not been misinformed it is more anonymous then a twitter login or creating a user account that is linked to a bitcoin address. Also it is so sad that all you did was take existing site, clone it (Not even designed that great), and just add bitcoins to the name and currency. You didn't even look at the flaws or how to make the idea better that is truly sad. This could have been a great idea but again it is a failure clone, that doesn't look at the core values of what make bitcoins a great system, and ignores them, just to be a greedy.

OK first off the text describing what the fund could be used for is way too small, also this is BTC funding why are you using dollars, come on! ALSOOOOOOOOO THIS IS WHAT MAKES ME MAD, IF I WANT TO DONATE TO A FUND WHY MUST I SIGN UP, I SHOULD GET A UNQUIE BITCOIN ADDRESS TO DONATE TOO AND BE DONE, I DON"T WANT TO SIGN UP, BITCOIN IS ANONYMOUS THIS IS KILLING THAT VALUE!
3667  Other / Off-topic / Re: Generate Google Authenticator OTPs with a TI89? on: June 25, 2012, 03:50:57 AM
one of those did say it had an internal time system, that should be good enough if it keeps time well. now just get someone who knows of TI-Basic and your ready!

Also it may take too long to enter in the unix time into the program
3668  Other / Off-topic / Re: Generate Google Authenticator OTPs with a TI89? on: June 25, 2012, 03:38:16 AM
it is should be fairly accurate and the grace period isn't that long, I have implement google authenticator on some sites and it wants it too be pretty accurate. But honestly I don't think a TI-89 has any time and that is more important the grace period can always be tweaked in code.
3669  Other / Off-topic / Re: Generate Google Authenticator OTPs with a TI89? on: June 25, 2012, 02:15:03 AM
The programs are written in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TI-BASIC so you need to find a programmer for that language. BUT you do want a device that has a good track of time, and I don't even know if a TI-89 can keep track of time let alone if it is the wrong time it would be completely wrong and the you will never get the correct number to enter.

3676  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcoin Camming Site on: June 24, 2012, 07:58:00 PM
This is the best Idea i can get is install sqlite3 and create a bash script to output it to rss, probably you have to put it on a cron for every hour or so
3677  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcoin Camming Site on: June 24, 2012, 07:34:32 PM
Please provide a URL that shows the schedule using plain old HTML.

If he is going to do that, he might as well make the RSS feed of the schedule they would take the same amount of time using a php RSS library http://simplepie.org/
3678  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC Plugin System Idea on: June 24, 2012, 06:44:52 PM
Only way this would work is if plugins could not touch sending BTC or receiving BTC also if it had a kill switch so at anytime I can just hit a button and disable all plugins or there is a build with no plugin system.
You mean something like safe-mode?

I guess a safe-mode, but I rather just have a kill switch and not have to restart it
3679  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Chrome extension for GLBSE on: June 24, 2012, 06:42:34 PM
Put it up on github so we can see the source before installing it, it would give more trust on your part, and YES I KNOW I CAN DOWNLOAD THAT UNZIP IT AND LOOK AT THE SOURCE but that is annoying.
You cannot be sure that the github source would be the same as the one in the goggle store.
So just download, unzip and look at the source, if you want - that's the only way to be sure.

who said I was ever going to download it from the chrome store. If I have the git clone source I will just load that into chrome and it will always be update since whenever a git commit is made I will fetch it Smiley but I will look at the zip for now
