3661  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMERS from POWERBET.IO on: April 08, 2017, 11:24:28 PM
Can you guys just quit with all these "jurisdiction" talk.
Besides, I don't see anyone "bragging" here, aside from the one who's always on about 'take em to court, juridical blah blah'(I have him on ignore  Roll Eyes)

@OP, are you even considering going to court? You have that option, true. But would you?
Of course, if you feel that you 'can't let them take your money and should stop them', then do so.
Do be prepared to spend your money and time, is what I'm saying. Consult with a legal counsel and see what your possibilities are.

Now, what I think is that Powerbet.io should return OP's deposit. I consider taking a players fund 'especially in this case' and without proper discussions/solid proofs of cheating, as shady behavior.
That's like stealing/using their so-called "sole discretion" to take players money.

You think there's a chance he might have had 'inside info'? Then VOID his bet, return his deposit, and ban him from your site. That's what a reputable site would do.
If you have me on ignore, how can you see my posts?

Take em to court is indeed juridical blah blah and criminals usually give you your money by itself! We also do not need polices and courts!

If something happened, we simply report it in the forums and everything will get solved! Cheesy

Thank you neochiny for your response...

You guys jnow anyon who is into this matter, anyone specialised for this cases?
Legal expert neochiny informed you that you can go to the court, for what do you need anyon?
3662  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: powerbet.io Just another of these silly SCAMERS on: April 08, 2017, 11:12:34 PM
You wonna know what is wrong with a scam? It embezzles your money, that is wrong!

Help would cost time and money, because powerbet.io is hiding. Why would anyone like to pay your costs?

If you drive a car without an insurance, you have to eat the loss if an accident happens, simple!
3663  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMERS from POWERBET.IO on: April 06, 2017, 05:23:41 PM
You really have no idea how jurisdiction works do you!?
No, not at all! I usually throw the ball and if I am lucky, I will hit a litigation case. But it is only luck! Wink

yet you keep arguing about it, if you just read at least one of the links, you'll understand at least the basics of jurisdiction but your unreasonable sense of pride is limiting your understanding.
Which part did I not understand?
3664  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: --SCAM ALERT- Powerbet.io on: April 05, 2017, 11:10:34 PM
Anyway, there's a lot of scam accusation about powerbet.io right now, but all of them have broken certain rules which
I looked up after reading the accusations.
Good to know you are the server admin at powerbet.io!

I don't know what your problem is,
No problem, just informed you it is good to know that you are involved in the powerbet.io fraud scheme!

but by reading the comments in the thread of the accuser you can tell what was the reason why they're accounts is frozen,
Yes, you can read "their" reason, but this does not necessarily mean this really happened.

powerbet.io also have T&C that you can read which you deny for no valid reason.
O.k. mr server administrator, based on which circumstances/laws do powerbet.io have valid terms and conditions?

( I read some of your posts) just do a little reading in the comments you will learn something,
You read my posts and you learned something? What did you learn?

I also looked in your trust, and reputation is not good, so I'm just gonna ignore after this. Tongue
Where can you see my trust?

My reputation is not good based on what?

Yup, shills love to ignore me! Cheesy

Is this a self moderated thread?

Why did you delete 10 of my posts in your satoshidice threads suddenly? Did you move to censorship?

No, it's not self moderated. I think you are referring to an old thread that is being updated or deleted/replaced.
I refer to your invest in bankroll thread: Satoshi Dice - Play Instant Bitcoin Dice & Invest in the Bankroll

And no, the thread is not being updated or deleted/replaced. Just my 10 posts were deleted and you can still see my posts which were quoted from others. Very unprofessional!

Yes, there are several Bitcoin sportsbooks who offer this or lifetime bonus: Bitcoin Sports Betting
Can you discuss there specific promotions here? Remember, we are not looking here for FDB only, but bonuses while we keep playing on their sportsbook sites.
EDIT: I think this is just for him to get referrals, i check the sites and there is no promotions like this on bitcoins.
No, I can not discuss all the books, but all books mentioned on Game Protect website have a "details" page. I am also open for feedback and sportsbook suggestions?

I think this is just for him to get referrals, i check the sites and there is no promotions like this on bitcoins.
Yeah he just want to get referrals. Also I don't recommend using 5dimes for betting because some users warned me that they store your passwords in plain text.
Says the one who has his affiliate link for ForuneJack in his signature! What info do you offer?

I have a "details" page for every site and no one is forced to register with Game Protect. But you can use the info and you can also give your feedback.

3669  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiDICE.com - The World's Most Popular Bitcoin Game on: April 05, 2017, 07:51:58 PM
Its hard to say because some of the site outages still exist however a couple weeks ago the admin was online and he fixed many of the issues. I don't think its a scam but I really think the owner is being very negligible. And when it comes to other's people money, that's never a good thing.

I don't understand why they don't hire staff. Around the world there are people willing to work at almost any rates, and it would really help this site.
The gaming server parc in Curacao usually has no outages. So they probaly do not pay for technical stuff.
3670  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshi dice is back now check it on on: April 05, 2017, 07:37:11 PM

3672  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM][Unresolved] BetOpen.co stole 5.97 BTC because of 'fraudulent' activities on: April 05, 2017, 06:59:10 PM
Win a bet 21x in a row is possible. In roulette you can win 48x in a row with simple chances.

How much was the chance to win for each of his bets?

Quote from: BetOpen
2 days before the issue were active: Won - 7, Lost - 10
The day before : Won - 8, Lost - 7

On the day issue were active :
WON - 21(same sport and bet type), Lost - 2. Probability - 0.00024%, which means average user will need to place same amount of bets for 416667 days (1141 years) to 100% achieve the same result

1 day after issue was fixed: Won - 3, Lost - 2
2 days after issue was fixed: Won - 1, Lost - 3.

Also you need to show us proof of your accusation? Your statement and his statement is contradictory. As you surely know, at a court you have to deliver proof if you want to confiscate the money of someone!

At satoshidice (now megadice) someone registered an account, placed the same day a $250 slot bet and won a x1215.92 multiplier jackpot of 303.73 BTC!

you said it yourself that they are in the same country!
Yes, each jurisdiction has they, so they is in the same country.

and please learn to read a sentence as a whole and understand it as a whole. do not break it so you can understand the whole sentence.
I understand that you are a 30 cents poster, but without content, no one can understand your sentences! Especially as your sentences make no sense, are not related to the reality.

jurisdiction limits the authority of the court especially is the person is in another country.
Which jurisdiction limits the authority of which court based on which laws in regards to which person that is in which country?

the meaning of jurisdiction itself can tell you why the court's authority is limited.
here you go I'll help you what is the meaning ofjurisdiction and other types of jurisdiction. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/jurisdiction,https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jurisdiction_stripping and there is a type of jurisdiction that allows the court to have authority in other countries https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extraterritorial_jurisdiction but it is limited and can be stripped. I'm referring to the second link.

by the way, it's if not is.

I did not read the links, but if a court is limited in other jurisdictions, then I go to the court in the other jurisdictions, because the court of a certain jurisdiction is not limited in that jurisdiction. Therefore, no idea what your problem is, especially as you still avoid to add content to your sentences.

Learn a thing or two about Jurisdiction.
What are the one or two things you learned about jurisdiction?

since they are in the same country filing a case is not a problem.
Who is in the same country? What is the name of this country?

and then this part of the sentence "if not then filing a court order is useless and he will waste more money by hiring an attorney." is irrelevant. because you said "yes" that they are in the same country.
Even if "they" are not in the same jurisdiction, YOU for sure do not know the court's decision!
3679  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Powerbet.io withdraw problems on: April 03, 2017, 10:07:54 PM
Does anyone can suggest me how to solve this problem?
- Ask them for the name of the operator + jurisdiction and request a court order

- Avoid to deposit to sites listed here: Online Gambling Scams

- Preferably use sites with consumer protection service
