So I was wrong, Thanks for helping me bud. I was just curious that's why I posted in this thread. 🙂

No Problem. There are people who asked me about it and I've been reading some posts of some of the Merit Sources I know.

As what theymos said, there are merit sources wherein we can get merits. And I think merit generates time by time.

Merits don't really generates "time by time" since based on this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3041961.msg31308627#msg31308627 how long a sMerit Source replenishes.
3682  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: March 10, 2018, 06:58:57 AM
the merit will lead to new memers never to get rank rise, and surely more and more people people will quit from this forum, i just want to know how to handle those hero and legend members with scam posts? i think most scams are posted by those high rank members who participate in bounty campaign
No, it’s possible just work hard and smart.

I know that this is the intention, but it's not how it works. Equating working hard and smart with the possibility of gaining merits, is not reality. There are way too many great posts out there which recieve no merits while weak posts receive several merits. The causality that's being claimed here, does not hold on average

Then make a thread with those "great" posts without merits entitled "Me Applying to be A Merit Source". This is the greatest solution for your complain. Members may merit those posts that don't really makes sense to you but I think they have their own reason why they've done that, these reasons include merit trading and alt accounts.
3683  Other / Meta / Re: Merit points possible outcome on: March 10, 2018, 06:25:39 AM
I would like to ask, the merit points have a supply right? I mean, there is a finite amount of merits that can be given. Then, everytime you give a merit it will be halved, lets say the total merit points is 1M then eventually it will be 500k smerits available if 1M merits are given away. Then 500k merits, there will be just 250k smerits available if it is given away until it reaches the point that we can't give anyone any merit., just imagine there is two accounts 1 has 10 merit and the oter has none, then they give merits to each other, you will see that they will eventually can't give merits anymore.

how will the members of this forum will rank up? Is there a way to generate a merit points? Or what will you do if no one can give merits anymore? If I am wrong in anyway please tell me, I would like to be informed and to be corrected.

Day by day, it will be hard to get merit points because the supply or amount of merit points are halved.

There are some merit sources that are given 300 sMerits (not sure) every month. Merit sources replenishes their sMerits every month. I think that might answer your question.
3684  Other / Meta / Re: Relaxing video for rank system and how to level up easily on: March 10, 2018, 05:53:06 AM
Thanks SuiMikira, FlightyPouch, guschin for advice and comments. corrected the misleading mistake and updated. Cheesy

I did not watched the past video before this mistakes but I think it is really great video.

Though I am quite confused since with 7 (including me) viewers watched the video (based on the people who posted here), the views are still at 2. Does that mean other members who said that they've watched the video are lying? Or is it just another rule of YouTube?
3685  Economy / Economics / Re: what benefits you've got from bitcoin in 2017 on: March 10, 2018, 04:33:14 AM
It taught me to live on my own. I started earning and beared my own expenses

You can live on your own with out Bitcoin and any other digital currency since this is not the one that life still going on. In fact there is a lot of other digital currencies that can also taught you to live on your own and can also give you profit that you do not need to have a problem in your expenses.
3686  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin down ( Mt. Gox is dumping ) on: March 09, 2018, 06:12:04 PM
Bro, no one will tell us what's ahead. I personally expected that from the beginning of March the market will stabilize, but we will again be presented with surprises. Let's wait for a better time. It's hard to guess what price the bitcoin will be.

But the best move for investors is to immediately identify a good time to invest you can't say that guessing is hard since we investors need to quickly analyze the situation and then make a move.

I am also planning to invest if the price dumps again.

Thank you for the answers and I guess I will be using this document to verify my account.

3688  Economy / Economics / Re: Imagine Bitcoin recognized around the world. on: March 09, 2018, 03:35:24 PM
Do you think there will be a chance that bitcoin will be recognized by all people around the world? If so, what would you contribute for the success of bitcoin in adapting human culture?
I think bitcoin is already ecognized all over the world because of its popularity. Bitcoin is very popular now because it is the highest price value compared to any other cryptocurrencies and paper money. I think only sharing and promoting about bitcoin I could contribute for the success of bitcoin in adapting human culture.

Yes, bitcoin is already recognized in the world but there are still people who do not know it. I think the government will not make any regulations about it if they do not know it, and the fact that they make regulations of it means that they have a lot of population using that currency.
3689  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: March 09, 2018, 01:24:04 PM
Don't want to go through that shit, anyone here going through that?

You can ignore video call request. 3x na akong nakatanggap ng email requiring me to undergo skype/video KYC as an additional verification. pero till now in good working condition pa din ang account ko at still enjoying 400k daily limit and unlimited monthly and yearly limit.

My account is still at lvl 2 and I am planning to upgrade my account to lvl 3 using a Barangay Clearance, sa tingin niyo guys matatanggap agad?
3690  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Meralco tataas ang singil up to 1 peso per kw/hr. By nxt 2 months. on: March 09, 2018, 01:11:35 PM
Singil ng kuryente tataas ngayong march at april ng up to 1 pesos per kw/hr.

http://www.journal.com.ph/news/metro/meralco-increases-power-rate-this-month

3691  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: March 05, 2018, 01:16:17 PM
Do we really still need the MEW even if there is already an ETH wallet with our coins.ph? What is the use of ETH wallet in coins.ph if we still need MEW? Is that only for easy conversion of our ETH? I already update my coins.ph wallet and I already created my new ETH wallet there.

To answer your question.yes need pa din yung mew if you care about control of your eth.just like Bitcoin need Mo pain yung private key para masabi Na Sayo talaga yung btc.Coins.ph is just a tool to convert your crypto to real money but not a storage of your assets.

Wala silang ibinibigay na private key para sabihin na ikaw talaga ang may ari ng wallet, it is just there for you to be used and you can't really say that it is your since you don't have the private key of that wallet.

Good luck guys and Happy Trading.
3692  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: March 05, 2018, 11:29:54 AM
I think that bitcoin volatility can't be controlled because nobody have enough hashing power or money to start doing something with market nowadays.

But as other members said, if the people unite, they can make this happen. Ever heard of the good Satoshi theory? Satoshi Nakamoto is said that he holds millions of bitcoin and in the Good Satoshi Theory, they said that Satoshi is using that million bitoins to control the price in the market. Anyways, controlling the volatility of bitcoin is very hard.
Maybe yes, if we continually do what we are doing today just like this creating  and implementing good ICOs that can be promoted here and in any other channel just like in social media which is very influencing and encouraging many investors to buy tokens such as bitcoin.

I am not sure if that is really a way to control the volatility of bitcoin since bitcoin without this ICOs and advertising, it is still volatile. It is decentralized so there is no group that control the flow of it in the market. I think the more investor invest in bitcoin, the more volatile the price will be.

3694  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Other Ways To Get Merits (OUT OF THE TOPIC COMMENTS WILL BE DELETED) on: March 05, 2018, 02:17:31 AM
Nothing wrong with your objective, as what like the other said, getting merit from the higher rank is difficult for us newbies, and if we ask merit from our friends.and relatives repeatedly some red marks is coming from the mod, it is really mahirap, I saw beautiful and artistic post but it does not received any merit, the real problem is giving merit also depend on the holder's mode not depends on the quality rules, nakakainis pero there's nothing we could do, only if theirs a bounty campaign and reward is merit, I will work for it!!!

Ang merit ay narereceive mo not because may mga kakilala ka na tutulong sayo but because you are posting constructive and quality posts that can help contribute to the whole forum and it's members despite of your rank.
If you want to receive some merits, there are some threads in the Services Section and in the Meta Section that review your posts and give you merit if they like your posts.
3695  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ano kaya pag e broadcast natin sa Radyo, or sa T.V ang Bitcoin? on: March 04, 2018, 07:35:10 PM
Actually we could advertise BTC through broadcasting on Radios channels and Television through the life of people who were change by it. I mean yong mga nakapagsimula ng pa I bagong Buhay dahil dito, duon maingganyo ang ating mga kababayan to inquire more about BTC then education and seminars will follow.

3696  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Other Ways To Get Merits (OUT OF THE TOPIC COMMENTS WILL BE DELETED) on: March 04, 2018, 05:30:09 PM

Wala pa silang mashshare or maibibigay na info to other members of the forum unless marami ka na talagang alam tungkol dito at yung other topics na pwedeng related dito. Kaya nga ang ipinapayo sa mga Newbie and Jr. Members is magbasa ng magbasa para may maibigay at may maicontribute dito sa forum.
3697  Economy / Exchanges / Re: COINS.PH are now Accepting ETherium! on: March 04, 2018, 04:58:13 PM
This is good news. Because we can use ethereum to cash out our money in crypto currency, But I just ask, Is the withdrawal fee too big? Is Bitcoins similar to withdrawing?

The withdrawal of PHP, BTC and ETH are always the same, the only difference is the cash. If you will be looking at your account's limit and verification, you can see that you're limit is the same for example, if you are level 2, nothing will change, you can still cash out 50K pesos per week and 250K pesos per month.

And you can still cash out using the same options either bank or money pickups.

I'm from PH, and this is a great news! But I think the ETH wallet for now is still developing and is now open for beta-testing. But if this will be published, it could go ETH price a heck higher.
I also like you excited about this information. As you said, this is just a beta version but not yet officially announced. If in the coming time it will be officially announced price ETH and Altcoin powered will fly higher and faster.

The beta test is done and the actual updated app with ETH wallet is now on the playstore. You do not need to wait something that is already there.
3698  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: March 04, 2018, 04:26:24 PM
So as far as we know BTC currency is growing wide, do you think there will be when it become a national currency? If yes, why?If not, why?

Why not!Its a big possibility for that because btc now makws people unforgetable experience for earning income.Maybe its not only national currency but i must prepare for international currency because it was really a demand to all over the world right now.

If bitcoin became a national currency, it's decentralized feature will be brought down that means bitcoin will not be decentralized anymore. That also means that bitcoin will not also be a volatile digital currency since they are not decentralized anymore and the government will control it's number and circulation and that will be a disaster for some bitcoin users.

And the "unforgettable experience" you are saying about earning income will become no more.
3699  Economy / Economics / Re: What coin do you believe will be next to bitcoin? on: March 04, 2018, 02:12:23 PM
I believed in Ethereum coin which will be accepted next to bitcoin.otherwise blockchain also be counted to the next to Bitcoin.

I don't think so since Ethereum is the nest of new altcoins and ICO projects. There will be no next bitcoin since bitcoin will never die and will never wilt. With a lot of people supporting and following this first successful digital currency, I doubt that there will be another digital currency that will replace it to it's throne. HODL!
3700  Economy / Exchanges / Re: COINS.PH are now Accepting ETherium! on: March 04, 2018, 12:25:42 PM
I think this is the result of the news saying Philippines accepting bitcoin and it is a good news for filipinos since we all use Eth wallets to store tokens and stakes to be converted to btc, but still I recommend MyEtherWallet since it has metamask as protection from hackers.

I think it is still great since not all of the traders are getting great profits from their tradings since they are been all eaten up by the fees to send it from exchange to exchange.

When I sold some of my altcoins, I spend $50 from cashing out my profits by depositing it to an exchange, sending it back into my wallet then send it into shapeshift.io where I convert the ETH to BTC to send to my coins.ph that is a long adventure and so hassle to do. With coins accepting ETH now, I do not need to spend that price and that will be reduced almost 10 times.

I do use MyEtherWallet for holding up my coins and for my tokens, but if I will be needing some fiat, I can just send it directly to cons.ph
