We are currently updating the poker tickets as we are expanding it to include more tournaments. The tournaments are certainly showing up with nearly 100 in the lobby. Please let us know that you can access them.

Hello, I have submitted emails to support and it takes so long to get a response and I am now getting my bets refunded even though it says accepted during live bets on the new site. The bets weren't even put in on bad odds, they were fair considering the pace of the game when the bet was available. This makes the site unfair when it comes to live betting, it should either not accept the bet in the first place when it is submitted and give me a ticket # for confirmation stating the bet was successful then a few minutes passes and I get a refund for that bet and the reason is because odds not available is not right. Please credit back my account for the pending 4340.4 mBTC from ticket #s 1826, 1867 and 1893. This has been over a week now and I am still awaiting my funds.

The closet thing I can find is https://www.betcoin.ag/support/what-are-casino-bonus-playthrough-requirements, which IMO is quite vague. Does that mean the rollover requirement could be as low as 10x and as high as 100x, and is different for every person?

But this rollover requirement is really vague and unprofessional. Some other casinos has fixed rollover and list different games have different contribution to rollover. But this term isn't helpful, I still couldn't get the concrete answer.
