Why do you find that interesting?  A company gets paid (in your case, the payment is rake) and in exchange that company performs a service.  When the company performs the service well/correctly, everything is fine because, to quote Chris Rock, "THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO!"  When the company doesn't perform the service well/correctly, whether real or perceived, there are complaints.  This is how things work.  Now, I understand that certain situations require checks for security and find most "my cashout isn't instant" complaints to be unwarranted, but this seems to be your line any time anyone levels any sort of criticism your way.  "We do it right some of the time, why do people never talk about that???"  Because that's how the world works.  Have you ever publicly lauded your bank because they correctly processed your transactions, or your power or cable company because they kept your power/cable on?  Of course not.  Because that is the expectation.  You don't congratulate someone/some company when they meet expectations.

On a completely unrelated note, is there any update on the SP/BP/RB that has been owed to players for months now?

I played poker at betcoin.ag... I was dissappoint because every third player is a bot... What you can say about this?

I played yesterday to see if the WPN feed was working.  And this morning I DID get paid some SP/BP.  So good job!

...however, I didn't get the full amount that I should have.  I payed ~$17 in rake.  That = ~65 chips paid in rake.  At 6 SP per chip, I should have earned ~400 SPs (all of these numbers are approximations as I'm deriving it from the SNC leaderboard points and taking the least possible amount of rake I could have paid to earn those points...the actual amount of rake I paid/SP I should receive is going to be a little higher).  At 10% RB, I should have earned ~6.5 chips worth of BP.  I actually received ~260SP and exactly 4 chips worth of BP. 

So, either the WPN feed wasn't working for part of the day, or the points are 'settled' many many hours before they are awarded and I'll get the rest of the points from yesterday tomorrow.

But this rollover requirement is really vague and unprofessional. Some other casinos has fixed rollover and list different games have different contribution to rollover. But this term isn't helpful, I still couldn't get the concrete answer.
