about the faucet, IIRC they will remove it completely in the v2, so its probably a faucet which using the bankroll of the app owner So the faucet amount will be higher depends on bankroll? Because most apps will only give around 30 times claim for each day so it wont be abused, although if they change it, I am sure they will find more abuser too I'm fairly sure that they said that the faucet will be funded 100% by the app owner. The faucet amount will be dependent on what the app owner wants it to be, and not the bankroll for the specific app. It will affect a lot of things, as some sites are removing the faucet all together (Bit-Exo). Also, every app gives 288 claims every day, as it's 1 claim every 5 minutes. LIke I said before, this site really needs to hire additional personnel because the admin isn't a scammer but he obviously is very busy in his life to fix these simple issues.

Your idea looks like lottery and i am quite sure that you will also suffer from not getting enough participants to start lottery. You could rather think about creating jackpot where people have to hit specific number to get that jackpot just like dice site.
