3761  Economy / Goods / Re: HOUSE FOR SALE IN PORTUGAL, BTC on: October 22, 2017, 04:48:15 PM
Do you really think anyone is going to actually buy your home in BTC? And for what reason, you're not even showing any pictures, giving an address, you're just telling us that it's near Lisbon, which is where EVERYTHING is near.

I don't know if you're a troll or just a shitty person for trying something like this.

Plus for the fact that you had a bunch of SHILL accounts come here and spam bids. PAINT EM RED!
3762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Steem Investment Before Hard Fork Velocity 0.20 on: October 22, 2017, 03:37:42 PM
Is Steem even a relevant cryptocurrency anymore? I thought a ton of people used it, got paid, and then left it for good?

In any case, I'd avoid shitcoins like Steem and any 'leakage' which you've found related to advice on buying it up. Number one, I highly doubt you found anything and you're just trying to get people to buy into Steem so you -- or whoever you're working for is to make a pretty penny when people were given falsified information and made a horrible investing decision.

Avoid shitcoins and just invest in Bitcoin, whatever you said is worthless anyway.
3763  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tokenised Real Estate Asset : the future of property investment? on: October 22, 2017, 05:41:12 AM
Will tokenisation of real estate properties bring about larger and inclusive ownership by people from various social strata of life? Also, will it enhance deeper liquidity and access for investors with deep pockets and huge asset class portfolio.

Real estate will always be one of the best and most stable businesses to get into and it is also very lucrative as it produced so many millionaires and even billionaires like Donald Trump no less.

However, I do advise that you should not post a thread like this on this section. There is an appropriate section for us just have a little time to look for that. That can be helping the forum and your thread will not be moved.

Well just taking out the notion that this is in the wrong section. But the big thing here is that a coin like this won't work, a coin like this is going to end up like the rest of the shitcoins. While it has an amazing idea behind it, this idea relies on people from the Real Estate Community, massive amounts of bankers, and normal everyday working people to get in on this idea.

People could simply form corporations if they want to own portions of a property, be it a S-CORP or however they decide to do that.

Thoguh this is not the future of property investment, nothing digital cryptocurrency is.
3764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: HOW TO EARN BOUNTIES on: October 21, 2017, 04:43:11 AM
The big thing with these bounties, is that they're usually run by these shitty ICO campaign managers who are already part of a scam (the ICO itself) and they're just going to try to get free advertising from tons of spammers and people that are new to the boards. So, I would just avoid this entirely and try to stick to things which are more regulated by the boards themselves -- such as

Signature Campaigns, Loaning, and so on and so forth. Don't waste your time though, if you could make more money doing the same amount of effort in the same time at a real job then do that.
3765  Economy / Exchanges / Re: My Bittrex Legacy Account got switch back to "Unverified" ! Anyone else's ? on: October 20, 2017, 08:32:53 PM
The KYC policy at Bittrex is quite recent. I am afraid you need to comply.

I'd like to feed them bullshit but I'm afraid I won't be able to correct it and that they might lock my account and freeze my money at some point.

Yep, I would personally never take such risk. In this world, never leave any chance for anyone to "screw" you, friendly advice.

Yep, they will screw you if they have the chance too. So, If you want to continue to trade with them and get the money that you already have their the only choice you really have is to provide them with this information ASAP.

KYC is a real bitch, but once a company gets 'too big' then they're forced into doing this sort of stuff by the country in which they're located.

So the only way is to comply, or die!
3766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country banned bitcoin? on: October 20, 2017, 08:16:11 PM
People ban bitcoin and other currencies that are compeititon to the currency of the country becuase they want to retain their power, I can't stress this enough on this forum. And they're doing this because the ones with the influence and the money are the banks, who practically bribe (or the legal term of lobby) government officials to retain their power as well.

In short, people don't give up their power willingly.

In Russia it is not forbidden: no law describes coproevaluations as such, in particular, does not equate to surrogates or anything else

It'll be forbidden of it's too much of a compeititon to the Russian currency.

they think that if the use of our banks is tax-rich, and if there is such a use, our state will go bankrupt, all the banks and we would have forbidden it immediately.

Plus Banks can control everything about the currency (inflation and so on)
3767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Guarda wallet for Bitcoin Gold on: October 20, 2017, 08:12:06 PM
I've always been confused with people like you, who do the good ole' have any of you heard about this just to get views and stuff to it? No one is going to download it based on what you said. You're trying to get people scammed, it's simple and you should be painted in FULL RED for doing something like this, even if it isn't a scam.

Bitcoin Gold is also shit, so yeah.
3768  Economy / Economics / Re: Natural money on: October 20, 2017, 07:44:22 PM
Natural money is the solution to many modern problems!

Friends, we think that development of a decentralized and a digitalized economy is a modern challenge for many countries, since states lose exclusive control over monetary policy. Adaptation and compliance with the requirements of time is one of the tasks of progressive societies. The scientific and practical association Jus Naturale sees launching a self-regulating tax system based on the state crypto currency, which we call Natural Money, a way out for countries in this situation. The idea of Natural Money is a modern interpretation of the Silvio Gesell free-money idea. It is natural money in conjunction with online clearing systems like GEO that could solve many social and practical problems facing the state while ensuring society in free circulation of goods and services. Since modern scientific community is not ready to discuss this topic yet, we offer advanced crypto-community our proposals for discussion and criticism.

Read more about the idea of natural money: https://jusnaturale.com/en/ideas/natural-money/

The idea is interesting, but it's highly depends on ability and desire of a state to cooperate.

This is the simple thing that I've said so many times on this forum. Governments, like anything else, are going to want to retain the power that they have -- they're not going to give up the power and the influence which they hold over their citizens and their economies just because people want them to.

This would work, and I've always said that Bitcoin and other ideals could work -- but they work at the whim of govenrments and how they feel as if they should regulate them.
3769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Do You Cashout BitCoins? on: October 20, 2017, 07:33:56 PM
Coinbase is where it's at, you just have to be fine with going through the KYC and other sort of government sanctioned regulations where you're going to have to give up some of your personal information so there is privacy concerns with that. I know that others have other methods such as using Paxful, Local Bitcoins and so on and so forth but I'd rather have issues with privacy rather then pay disgusting fees that are just going to take SO MUCH MONEY.

COINBASE FTW!
3770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which exchanges are supporting Bitcoin Gold? on: October 20, 2017, 06:59:09 PM
I would hope that no exchange ends up supporting this fully, as I think this is just a cruel ploy for some people to make some money and may end up disrupting the network which we all trust to facilitate transactions. But this question has been asked here before, so this is worth taking a look at.

Good luck there bud!
3771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin really getting KILLED by FORKS? on: October 19, 2017, 11:24:01 PM
It went from $2000 to $3000 because of the firsk fork on August, so you can make your own conclusions about it, the first fork made bitcoin grow a lot, because there were a lot of good news after this one and everybody wanted to buy more bitcoins because the free bitcoin cash.
The same is happening with bitcoin gold, everybody wants to buy, because they want those new tokens for free.
And it makes the price grow, it is worth for us.

Well the notion that people just bought Bitcoin to be able to get free Bitcoin cash is just false, that's not true in the least. People thought that during this time, they'd be able to grab Bitcoin during the dip and then make some good money off of it when the fork failed. Which is the reality of what actually ended up happening.

Back to the point here, Bitcoin isn't being killed by forks that's not true. Bitcoin is weirdly thriving due to forks, at least IMO.

The only way a fork could kill bitcoin is if the community supported it, which would just be the community saying Bitcoin isn't doing well and needs changes.
3772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How likely is it that Bitcoin will remain #1 in the next 10 years? on: October 19, 2017, 09:49:30 PM
It will always be the #1 coin, and I don't think any of the other shitcoins (as I like to call them) have anything on bitcoin except for the small fact that they have a high market cap (Still not higher then bitcoin, just high)

While I may contradict myself on some posts, Bitcoin is the coin which is used to facilitate transactions and its primary role isn't just for trading -- as per the role of many other coins. So Bitcoin will dominate just due to the fact that it's used. BITCOIN #1
3773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment in New ICO on: October 19, 2017, 09:16:56 PM
How far is it safe to invest in new crypto currencies, I mean what factors to look in them?
---
Currently, many ICO projects are scam. You should check carefully on a project development team is the best.

Ex, Kyper network have the contribution of Vitalik Buterin.

This right here, and if the ICO's aren't an outright scam they're simply just something that MAY seem good at the time but it's just going to end up being a shitcoin with no use other theen filling the pockets of the core team of 'developers' who premined / instamined the shit out of the coin in the start of it.

99 percent of ICOs are scams primarily because of the amount of money they raise. They arent worth the millions of dollars they are raising when a venture capitalist wouldnt even give them a couple hundred thousand. The majority arent good idea and are going to fail.

This as well, if they really wanted to make some money with their idea they'd go to the people with the money and the massive business connections.

Avoid ALL ICOS
3774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs threat of DDOS attacks and ransomware on: October 19, 2017, 04:55:19 PM
I don't think someone hacking the scammers is really going to do it, that's just going to do what you want out of this. All we want is for these people to know that it's not profitable to do this sort of thing, and we show enough people that this is bullshit and spread the news - which in turn makes this a ZERO profit venture for the scammers and then they won't be doing it anymore.

So, just cut them off by their money -- ruining their lives (in my eyes) sounds a bit harsh. So I'd avoid doing that.
3775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC ATMs on: October 19, 2017, 03:30:46 PM
Well it does matter on the laws of your country, as that kinda dictates what kind of privacy laws they're adhered to follow and do follow. I know here in the US the laws matter on state to state, so in  most states you don't have to get the name of who you're going to be selling these Bitcoins to up to a certain amount of money being converted to BTC.

But just so you know, these ATMS charge a very high fee on the conversion so I'd seek out other methods of buying BTC if I were you.
3776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC profits on: October 19, 2017, 12:18:50 AM
You're never going to make 5 percent everyday, anywhere. Do you think of how insane that would be if this was something that could happen anywhere. And even if it is possible in Crypto, which it isn't on a consistent basis, the amount of risk that would be present with this sort of investment would ACTUALLY be insane.

So this isn't possible, seek thinks such as index funds from Vanguard that are actually providing good returns and safer returns compared to crypto.
3777  Economy / Economics / Re: Vanuatu, world’s first county to accept bitcoin for its citizenship program on: October 18, 2017, 11:02:39 PM
This isn't even news, Vanuatu? I don't even think most people in that country can put them on a map, let alone people from first world / developed nations that are fully educated. This isn't news, this is propaganda by the bTC community to make them feel better, and while I am also part of this community and a user of bitcoin i don't think this is something which should really be spoken about as we end up looking bad.
3778  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin from Investment to Daily Purchases & Uses on: October 18, 2017, 10:12:11 PM
Believe it or not, we're still in the early stage of bitcoin, it's not widely known around the globe as of yet, but once it becomes mainstream, we might see the price becomes stable as more people beging to use btc. But I think it would take decades before a cryptocurrency can be adopted as a currency for daily purchases, some stores in europe and asia already implemented the use of btc, but we're still far away from what bitcoin can actually be as a currency to society.

Also,  you are comparing btc with fiat currency so your example doesn't make sense. If a pizza costs you .002 today, after a big surge in the btc price, it will cost you the same .002 btc.

I wouldn't say this is true about the early stage of bitcoin, as we've pas through the early stage by a long shot now. As the early stage would be the first time it was invented and used, by Satoshi himself.

Moving onto the thread, I feel that these days Bitcoin (like most other altcoins) are trading coins and not really currencies that are used to do as they were made for. While Bitcoin is used more then most altcoins, I feel that it's still more of an investment then a currency.

3779  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: why so many currencies? on: October 17, 2017, 04:10:26 AM
Well this is what I've been trying to show people in this community for the longest time, we won't in any way shape or form benefit from having multiple currencies. It's not going to help anyone that we have tens of thousands of altcoins that can do this this and this, but aren't used by a single soul. If all of these people rallied behind Bitcoin and provided news time for Bitcoin we'd be even higher in price and we'd have more people actually using it, but no, we have tons of Altcoins that are shit.

No reason, just greed for the developers that make these shitcoins and sell them in mass amounts.
3780  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 50 Bitcoins in 1 Year Blog. Thoughts? on: October 17, 2017, 02:50:26 AM
While this would be interesting to follow, it seems as if one of those things that would never happen. Though I guess this also depends on the amount of money you're going to be putting in at first, cause 50 bitcoins profit is nothing if you're trading thousands on the daily if you get what I mean.

But like, if you did something like $100 to one Bitcoin over a year, that'd be insane and a more realistic outcome (Even if that is like a 5000 percent return)

I'd watch it and follow it though, youtube videos and something of a thread on here would be nice too.
