I deposited thursday and could never sign up for the new depositors freeroll i emailed support and they never responded there was no ticket in my account and no indication of what the password was.
I had a similar problem with some satellite tickets that I won when I first started, are you sure you are looking in the right place? To use a betcoin ticket, you have to go to the website, log in, click the little portrait in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and click on 'bonuses'. That screen is where you should see any tickets you have, and you have to click 'register' on that screen to use them. It's a pretty bad system and nowhere is it explained how to use it. Thanks for the reply, yea that's where i was looking for it, that's also where you get the daily gift, but i didn't have any first deposit freeroll tickets there. The New Depositor Freeroll is a password freeroll and what is your username so that we can review and send it to you. As for the tickets being a "bad system", the other option is to auto register you in tournaments that you may not be able to play which is one of the biggest criticisms about satellites. We give you now the ability through tickets to win a ticket and play any day when you have time. The response to the ticketing system has been overwhelming positive and in fact this is our first complaint! We know you can't please 100% of our players 100% of the time but we will always try! This site is all types of awesome It's hard to believe there is a site like this in 2015 with all the rewards that they offer and status points that never reset like other sites in the industry where you have to be a slave to the site just to keep your status and obviously no bs when it comes to depositing and withdrawing thanks to bitcoin. I have a question though - I unlocked some Casino bonus chips via surprise box, however when I try to go to the blackjack tables or slots via betcoin.ag to play through to unlock my bonus, it says there was a log-in error. Bring back the old main page design. This new looks awful and the big picture is all pixelated. Does not look professional at all.
I like the new look myself. It is less busy, but to each their own. Thanks for your feedback drotto and wwwin. The new poker landing page is an improvement and now will all be dynamic with rarely anything being outdated. wwwin you are referring to one picture that is only pixelated because the pixel size was not large enough for the main image. We really wanted to feature the player and that is the only image he could provide. If you look at it now, it has an image that does fit the size and there is no pixelation. The lead story will change several times per week. |

Ironically we had just as high traffic numbers yesterday, because the website really wasn't down except for about 10 minutes. We just wanted to provide an update to the DDoS attack that happened on Wednesday. We receive DDoS attacks almost twice weekly as many online companies do but they hardly have an effect on our service and this one was quickly taken care of as well, however our security is extremely high and it began to filter IP's of many of our quality players to a 520 error that if they clicked retry would take them to the website. We have fine tuned this filter and everything should be working perfectly. Please let us know anytime if you have an issue.
Statement is appreciated, next time maybe put one on the website and if not accessible maybe send an email to all of your customers. SSL Errors can be quite scary for your clients. As to your other ticket, the affiliate is highly trusted and Betcoin ring games will remain in mb...Bitcoin.

Also, it is publicly known that we have no plans to integrate WPN ring games because they are in $ and everything but shared tournaments is in bitcoin. Our base currency is bitcoin and will remain that way by choice. When we first started we entertained the notion of being just a skin of the WPN which would have included ring games but that would have meant the based currency in $ which we didn't believe made sense if bitcoin and litecoin would be the only transaction options. This is all excellent information to share and we appreciate you asking these questions. Yeah the site's been getting DDOS or something. They are probably overwhelmed with emails and questions. Plus they've been working on a lot of new features and stuff so they have a lot on their plate. no point in sending 5 tickets and non stop emails.
Except the non-response I was referring to is dated from 10 days ago and had nothing to do with the actual website issues. Thanks nonetheless for the infos on the site, hopefully we'd get an official statement because seeing SSL errors ["Error 525", if memory serves correctly, among others] when you load your wallet is not really reassuring to say the least.
