How can I tell what tier I am at for the player's club? I don't see that anywhere.

 - click on you nickname at the top right (beside your chips balance)
 - in the dropdown menu click on wallet
  - at the center of the page you may read your status point/betcoin points and other infos



if you click on profile in that drop down menu you will have your current tier right next to your nickname in the center of the page. But you you wanna know you SP click on wallet

Site's being attacked. They definitely need to look into security and protection as it gets bigger and bigger.

We just wanted to provide an update to the DDoS attack that happened on Wednesday.  We receive DDoS attacks almost twice weekly as many online companies do but they hardly have an effect on our service and this one was quickly taken care of as well, however our security is extremely high and it began to filter IP's of many of our quality players to a 520 error that if they clicked retry would take them to the website.  We have fine tuned this filter and everything should be working perfectly.  Please let us know anytime if you have an issue.

He has tied the record created by Deputydog01, of 6 final tables in a session! (This is a very rare occurence)

A Phenomenal accomplishment, and on top like whip cream, he also won a seat to the $500 Cage.

The amazing thing is young Trill played all these tournaments STAKED by other Betcoin players and stakers and in his own way is paying it forward.

He is using his winnings to stake other players in the Betcoin.ag community chat room.

For example, he staked fellow Betcoin Poker player Girlscout in the 45 btc ($12,000) for a handsome 10th place finish.

We created this chat room for players to help players and the commerce it facilitates.

Thanks for your feedback drotto and wwwin.  The new poker landing page is an improvement and now will all be dynamic with rarely anything being outdated.  wwwin you are referring to one picture that is only pixelated because the pixel size was not large enough for the main image.  We really wanted to feature the player and that is the only image he could provide.  If you look at it now, it has an image that does fit the size and there is no pixelation.  The lead story will change several times per week.

I had a similar problem with some satellite tickets that I won when I first started, are you sure you are looking in the right place?  To use a betcoin ticket, you have to go to the website, log in, click the little portrait in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and click on 'bonuses'.  That screen is where you should see any tickets you have, and you have to click 'register' on that screen to use them.

It's a pretty bad system and nowhere is it explained how to use it.

The New Depositor Freeroll is a password freeroll and what is your username so that we can review and send it to you.  As for the tickets being a "bad system", the other option is to auto register you in tournaments that you may not be able to play which is one of the biggest criticisms about satellites.  We give you now the ability through tickets to win a ticket and play any day when you have time.  The response to the ticketing system has been overwhelming positive and in fact this is our first complaint! 

We know you can't please 100% of our players 100% of the time but we will always try!  Good luck.

Right, but what I'm saying is that the traditional poker ticket system is that the ticket is on your account in the client, and when you go to register for a valid tournament it lets you use the ticket.  Doing it through the website is something unique to Betcoin.  I see that link now, but for newer players, it's near impossible to find that on your site and, as I said, it's just an un-intuitive system.

I actually like the tickets in the website the way it is now, I've had no trouble finding it.

It's just that the ticket i was looking for was not there.

This site is all types of awesome It's hard to believe there is a site like this in 2015 with all the rewards that they offer and status points that never reset like other sites in the industry where you have to be a slave to the site just to keep your status and obviously no bs when it comes to depositing and withdrawing thanks to bitcoin. 

It really is amazing and i hope this is just the beginning.

i agree with this the poker tickets should just be in the account on the client, going to the website to register for a tournament is a waste of time and irritating to do.
