Well, this is one of the things that can sound very high level when you say that Dortmund can counterattack and yes, analyzing their style it is completely like that, they defend very well but in part they take advantage of the speed of their players to make the best plays, this is something to consider from Dortmund, however I don't know which strategy is better, in the long run this is better than attacking all the time, because in a moment Chelsea if they attack a lot they will wear out and they will not be able to maintain the level as to run the same, that's when Dortmund can fully take the advantage, it's something that should be considered by the technical directors, especially Chelsea.
Quote

Chelsea has lots of work to do if they've to qualify against Dortmund, they've started accumulation of points which is two draws in the Premier League, saw some Chelsea fans already making fun of Chelsea's Enzo Fenandez, I think that's just too early and he'll gradually adapt to whatever comes.

And Graham Potter dropping Aubameyang off the squad for the Champions League squad for Chelsea was predicted, he is currently not at his best, it time he leaves for one of those famous turkey decisions to hide he's face.
How many goals contribution had he got ? And besides that the Coach has to use players he has full trust in and Aubameyang ain't one of em.

I'm happy with Real Madrid's win against Valencia. It was a tough game at the start, but Asensio and Vini answered with a goal each in the second half. I really expected this kind of performance, but Real Madrid have to get used to getting better from the first half and scoring goals. They mustn't let a draw last too long into the second half, it will definitely open up more opportunities for their opponents to strengthen the defence.

Right now we are only 5 points away from Barcelona, and I don't think it is a difficult number of points for us to touch. Barcelona has also done well so far winning a lot of match, but it seems like their goal productivity has been dropping lately.

I loved the way Real Madrid responded to Valencia's counter attacking system last night, if Real Madrid had calmed down for em to operate, they'd have found the back of the net one way or the other.
I'm still not cool with the midfielder's, maybe Ceballos should have more time to play than Toni Kross, for he's young and vibrancy but when it comes to vision, Toni Kross is not to be compared.

Karim Benzema! Was he really Injured ? He had no way of scoring yesterday, it's two games without him scoring now, how long until hes back from the Injury ?

Barcelona are forging ahead and I love that. Love to see how they shape when in possession which has help them concede fewer goals so far. The zeal to represent the badge amongst thr player's and win is something I've observed close-up. I'm sure they'll go far this season to the extent of winning the Spanish League.

Newcastle are also reported to have joined the race to sign Jude Bellingham in the summer. However this doesn't seem a realistic transfer to me honestly.

Because there are already Real Madrid and Liverpool going after him. There is no way Newcastle can race with those teams for him. Of course I know that Newcastle would be ready to pay whatever he wants as they have a huge budget. But money isn't enough by itself in this. Newcastle don't have any achievement yet. Finishing the Premier League in top 4 isn't enough for Bellingham to choose them. He would like to sign for a team that have a much stronger squad. He would prefer a successful team as well.

Newcastle for Jude Bellingham ? Hehehe this should be Newcastle trying to increase the demanded for Jude Bellingham, because there's no way he'll want to settle for a club that's not directly involved in the Champions League. Right now, Newcastle doing peng but there aim for the Champions League spot hasn't be secured completely.

Two possible clubs Jude Bellingham will possibly end with would be Liverpool ( He's Father's number one choice ) To Real Madrid which I don't see happening. So sad he'll miss such a big opportunity to play for Real Madrid at a young age. He'll have enough freedom to play since Luka Modric will be out of Real Madrid soon.

During the World Cup we already saw him chilling and smiling with Liverpool Captain after been asked if a possible move to Liverpool would be possible. My interpretation might go wrong but seems possible.

if chelsea is held to a draw or loses to fulham in the match then I'm sure the owner of chelsea will be very frustrated because the money he's spending is fantastic but there are still teams that lose. Let's see what Fernandez can do in this match, will he give Chelsea a glimmer of hope or even become one of the flop players!
I don't think the owner is doing pretty much cus, why will Chelsea suddenly depreciate in regular performances?? Someone even went ahead to say that thing aren't going on well in the club, and that until everything gets better, they won't regain their unity which is a major factor that encourages failure.
I wasn't surprised that the lost Thier last match and played a 0-0 score against Liverpool. Well, let's see what happens with Fulham today.

Sandra 🧑‍🦰

I just got to see the lineup for the game against fulham, I'd lie if that's not a killer formation, the defense lineup goes well and they are two pacy fullbacks who knows how to defend when defending and attacking when necessary.
They'll gradually regain the unity, Enzo Fenandez is a youngin but I love his leadership qualities and in the defense, I need not exaggerate about Thiago Silva, the new black lad pairing with him seem composed and also a neat defender.

When it comes to attack I'm not just cool with Kai Harvertz, ever since he's been used down there how many chances has he created ? How many goals has he scored, I know they're tryna find balance but Kai should be dropped off that role of a Central Attacker.

Roma really performed badly, their defense was still very chaotic, Cremonese got 2 lucky goals for them (1 goal was a penalty and 1 more goal was an own goal), even though the pressure given by Roma was enormous but it was useless, all of them were thwarted by the Cremonese goalkeeper.

juvenstus vs lazio will exciting, even though on paper the chance for juventus to win is quite big (they are the hosts) but without good anticipation and strategy, Lazio can beat Juventus easily.

Disappointed with the results, didn't view the game not even bothered to see the highlights of the game likewise.
It's back to back loss, one during the league game against Napoli, I felt like this would be a turnaround for Roma to have a win during the cup games.

Even at Manchester United, Jose Mourinho and his squad is always fund of low chances created during the first half and fighting back during the second half which is not a good way to approach game's.

Everton now have a new manager in Sean Dyche, and Dyche will have to get more out of the same squad he inherited from his predecessor Lampard. I know him as a man that can breathe confidence into his players. Now they'll playing against Arsenal at the Goodison park and I feel Dyche will want to prove point by getting a result. Arsenal won’t take it easy even though they’re away but I’m still not sure how the outcome would be.

( Currently Smiling )  Sean Dyche is the only Coach that has brought a club out of relegation twice if my guess is accurate amd complete.
The Toffees ( Everton ) are currently headed down below the relegation zone and what the appointment says is that they don't want to be relegated so Sean Dyche knows how best he does he's magic. I'm hundred percent sure of Everton not been relegated.

With the game against Arsenal, I hope y'all gunner's expect eight defenders if not nine defending. I'll ask anyone betting and staking high to avoid the game against Everton and Arsenal. There's every possiblity of the game ending a fulltime draw.

Fun Facts: Arsenal lost Manchester United and drew against Southampton. Arsenal lost to Manchester City and will draw to Everton.

Barcelona will likely win this season La Liga, Real Madrid is not even in the second position but in the fourth with Barcelona away with 5 points, that is not that far though.

It should not be hard for Real Madrid to win Valencia, it is a home match for Real Madrid and Real Madrid has not lost at home in this season, while Valencia won only ones out of the eighth away matches. Real Madrid is even far better in their h2h.

They have too do that for the club and the fans, I've never been a Barcelona fan but I don't know what seem to push me support them so well this season, could be the fact that I feel like Real Madrid already won alot and it makes the league boring. Hehe

Far more impressive than Real Madrid currently, they take every single game seriously as they approch em. Good defending job Barcelona has done, they're just so solid when it comes to defending.
I'm looking forward to the game against Manchester United, we'll see two tactical intelligent coaches displaying what they've got

Off course it would be difficult for Real Madrid to win Valencia, did they win the last game at home. I hope Valencia hurt them. They didn't get improvement in midfied, so sad Luka Modric and also Toni Kross needs to be dropped entirely.

Yea, I think Erik Ten Hag is in good position to bring back the lost Identity of Manchester United, watching Manchester United now gives you hope and believe that the club is headed in the right direction, but he needs time to get the team there, it's not going to be a one season fix, and if he gets the time he needs and the appropriate players he will surely take Manchester United to a new era that will bring back the lost glory of the club.
Manchester United is already in a cup final in his first season and still in contention for the top four spot, already through to the next round of the FA cup, and will later face Barcelona in the Europa League that's a positive sign of something good coming from the gaffer.

Die hard Manchester United fan but I'm still damn reluctant to say Erik Ten Hag has got this, deep inside if me, what he's done so far gladdens me deep to my bone but I want to see them winning the finals against Newcastle at Wembley finally.
But once Manchester United gets ride of the glazers as the owners and gets some sensible owners who wants to see the club winning trophies back to back would surely invest and re-invest in the club.

We headed the right directions if we sure continue this way. I believe we making quality signatures of players who has personality and character and also worthy of representing Manchester United badge.

I've seen many stories about people from Nigeria actively using Bitcoin. It wasn't only about a huge trading volume, but also about actual use cases, such as accepting it as payment in a local store or fundraising for an important project to improve the lives of local communities in cryptos. Since people don't seem to hide that they use Bitcoin, I suspect that the ban isn't really enforced in Nigeria, but in any case, it's about time for the government to step in and to adjust the policies to reasonable and friendly ones. After all, Bitcoin isn't bad for the economy of the country, whereas banning just encourages a shadow economy, which is not as beneficial for the state.

It's good too read and see that them cranky and retarded old brains has started functioning properly ( CBN ), and if I guess right they're huge holders of Bitcoin privately and then try to brainwash others from using it.

Yesterday, some bank's in Nigeria if not all had network challenge, it was difficult to recieve money it was difficult to make transactions for some else like. All because of the shortages of the new fiat currencies they brought up. I was stucked inside as I couldn't make it up for soccer drills.
The usage of Bitcoin has been massively going on and won't be stopped, but I really doubt if the usage of Bitcoin is going down for day to say activities. What's really done is convertion to fiat currencies.
3790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: February 01, 2023, 01:39:54 PM
Regarding long-term players, I think Erik ten Hag will do this in the summer transfer market, considering that today the winter transfer market has officially closed. Both manchester united and barcelona have shown epic performances this season and there is no doubt that the meeting between the two in the Europa League has been eagerly awaited by many football lovers around the world.

Manchester United are now looking to strengthen their squad. And they are ready to spend big to strengthen the squad. Ten Hag's main goal now is to foster bonding between players and bring stability to the team's match strategy.
The match between Barcelona and Manchester United might be very competitive. Now both teams are playing very well. Their coach Xavi and Ten Hag are doing their best to strengthen their team. It is difficult to say which team will win.

Erik Ten Hag has done his possible best to strengthen the squad so far, that by the corner, he has demanded nothing more than the best from the player's from every match day and that alone has been clear enough with how they play.
You can see Fred, Garnacho and Pellistri all doing impressively beautiful when they're given the chance to play.

With the recent Injury on Eriksen, they actually approached Bayern Munich earlier enough for the player, I believe Erik Ten Hag had a good relationship with the player when he worked under Pep Guardiola down that ends, he should know the strength amd weakness of the player already before approaching him.

Sabitizer looks energetic and has good passing abilities, but I'm still keen to see how fast he adapts at Manchester United.
3791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 01, 2023, 01:19:16 PM
It will be a very difficult job for Jurgen Klopp as they have to meet a team as strong as Real Madrid in their poor form. Maybe now Real Madrid is also losing stability, but when compared to Liverpool, Liverpool has worse performance than Real Madrid. The main task of both coaches Ancelotti and Klopp is to be able to apply a precise strategy to show who is better and advance to the next round in the Champions League this season.
Liverpool is still struggling with its performance. The loss against brighten was so bad for Liverpool. Liverpool lost against brighten two times in a row. That's a very bad achievement by Liverpool caused by we did know that if Liverpool has been buying some players.
Cody gakpo already bought with lots of money but he can do nothing for the club. Darwin nunez was also a failed transfer by Liverpool. There are so many players who can't even perform so well against brighten.
The win against wolves should not be counted as wolves was an easy team. Madrid is even better than brighton.

Problems like thus with Liverpool starts with either of the management or the coach himself, it's just that the fans are not making compliance yet, if they have just as Manchester United fans wants her owners to sell the club, if Liverpool also has such fans, chasing the owners wouldn't be difficult and change if coach can be achieved immediately.

We've been talking about giving Klopp much time because of the trophies he's won for Liverpool, The Premier League and the Champions League, but this results need to at least get better.
If they face off Real Madrid ( though they're very subpar lately ) the Champions League will be considered over for Liverpool in a shortest wavelength.

Real madrid as a team needs to do more in other to remain relevant in the race for superiority in the laliga, they have been inconsistent in their winning, playing draw in the Copa de Rey with Real Sociedad is not what was expected of a world professional team like Real Madrid they hurt the anticipation of many bettors and fans, they have to do something fast in other to right their wrongs for a good result.
Real Madrid got a draw vs Real Sociedad in La Liga and not in Copa del Rey. Well in both cases, this is beyond the expectation from Real Madrid..
They will play this Thursday vs Valencia which just sacked their coach Gattuso. Dunno if that was the best move to do, 2 days before the match against Real Madrid! I assume they aren't counting on that match a lot and they are feeling safe from dropping to the relegation zone since the teams there have difficult games too

With the game against Athletico Madrid if I'm sure, that game finally got to be a fulltime draw with Real Madrid getting the job done during extra time.
With the game against Real Sociedad, that was double draws in a row. With the game against Valencia, that game seem like a first half draw result and then Real Madrid winning the second half.

Gatuso hasn't been much of a good coach, at Napoli and presently at Valencia, I expected the sack bit it came just too early, good decisions because the results weren't getting improvement.

Three points today will see them behind Barcelona with two points. In the past games, Real Madrid Benzema hasn't been much of a good goal scorer.
3793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 01, 2023, 03:48:07 AM
It is true that all decisions that are best for the team rest with the coach and Joao Cancelo should not fuss with Pep Guardiola on this matter. But fortunately Joao Cancelo took quick steps to leave immediately while leaving Man City heading to Bayern Munich and did not stir up the atmosphere in the Manchester City lobby.

Anyway, I'm still wondering where Ruben Dias is? it's been a long time since I saw him in the starting line-up until now, I saw his name on the bench, but why hasn't he started the match since the start of the game and it seems he isn't injured either.

Trying to Analyze Ruben Dias and Joao Cancelo prior to the FIFA World Cup, during the Fifa World Cup and after that. Have you considered how much efforts they have put in themselves.
Ruben Dias wasn't much of a regular starter, I won't say the same from Joao Cancelo, he's drop could be as a result of change of attitude during the training or underground beef.

Cancelo wasn't used too well for Portugal National Team, he also has a low rate compared to that Paris St-German right full back and Dalot as second option. Used as a left full back and wasn't up to the regular Joao Cancelo I use to know.

Pep Guardiola is a complete tactician,he wouldn't drop anyone for no just case, he has his reasons which I believe will be kept private.

Raphinha didn't suit Barcelona.

There are some rumors about him being moved from Barcelona to the united.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/man-utd-transfer-deadline-day-29085247

I don't know whether united was still trying to bring him to the old trafford or not. it seems like the dead line already passed and sabitzer has become united's choice during the deadline before the end of the transfer season in January. It seems MU is still believing it weghorst.

It would be so good if raphinja will be joined with united but it seems like a dream now.

When you talk of a playmaker, Manchester United has a player called Anthony who came in from Ajax but hasn't really settled in well in the club. It's difficult to see him beat a player these days for Manchester United, all he does is dance around with the ball at the right wing.
As a fan I hate to see such charade going on within the pitch when we have a game to win.

Manchester United don't need Raphina, it was actually Chelsea chasing the brazilian at the start of the season but he choose Barcelona as he's first choice. He suits Barcelona, it's just that Dembele has been very consistent making him having lesser game to play.
3795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 30, 2023, 07:15:45 AM
I don't think Lukaku move would be good for Tottenham. Because I don't see any meaning in this while Tottenham have players like Kane and Richarlison already in the team.

If Lukaku comes to Tottenham I assume he would like to be a part of the starting eleven. But it is too difficult for him to get the position from Kane. Because Kane is showing an amazing performance in this season also and he is right behind Haaland in top scorers now. Lukaku's fate would be the same as now. He can't take his place back in the starting eleven from Dzeko now. Besides I believe we don't have the old Lukaku anymore. He was indeed bad in the World Cup and he doesn't seem good in the Serie A now also.

Off course Yes! Don't forget that Harry Kane has been linked with a move outta Tottenham Hotspur to Manchester United and Bayern Munich. The move to Manchester United seems likely in my own view but time will tell.

So imagine Harry Kane out and Romelu Lukaku filling up his role for him, they already have a good relationship at Inter Milan Yes! ( Antonio Conte and Romelu Lukaku ) where we saw Lukaku banging and scoring goals that season.
He can still bang those goals in if he is available for Tottenham Hotspur next season, Antonio Conte knows how to make good use of the player.

The same way Hallaand is scoring, I think Lukaku and Haaland should be considered in the same category, give them the ball to send it back in.
3796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: January 30, 2023, 06:43:49 AM

Mourinho has been criticized for his excessive defensive play but his Chelsea successes are still sought after. I think he might get another chance again. Because all the conditions seem to be preparing us for this process. However, if he returns to the team again, I don't know if he can use the players in the team efficiently. Because they transferred too many offensive players. And these transfers may not be very compatible with Mourinho's understanding of extreme defensive football. Apart from this handicap, Mourinho is not a bad option for them in my opinion.

Jose Mourinho is no bad Coach, on no account will I support such statements but then if you get to see him tactics, they're simply outdated. Football has really evolved from those over defending tactics, the last three Premier League won did you get to seethe tactics used ? All attacking, both defender's midfielder's and attackers.

Chelsea currently has recruited the right kind of players, but one two three players needs to come in midfied, Jorginho needs to go, Loftus Cheek and possibly Callagher.

This lads are too good to be managed by a very defensive minded coach, Thomas Tuchel would have done the job but so.sad he's currently not available. But what can I say if Jose Mourinho finally gets employed Toddy Boehly  ? Top 4 seems difficult to achieve ( Both Chelsea and Liverpool )
3797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: January 29, 2023, 10:43:44 PM
The game will soon be over and it's not too good for Madrid if they draw in this match especially Barcelona now getting away.
Extra time started and they still can't break through the current defense of Sociedad.
Looks like Madrid now has to really make something interesting because even 1 point is good enough but not too good in competition with Barcelona this time.
It was a disappointing performance from Real Madrid. Clearly the odds pointed out sme difficulty in this game even with Real Madrid playing from a home side, they had at least 1.80 odds on them and that means, Real Sociedad wasn't going to go easy on them. Am just disappointed at Real Madrid for not making use of so many quality chances that was created in this game and somehow, K. Benzema  didn't gt much of those chances. It was more about Rodrygo and Vini Jnr getting these chances an shooting it at the goalkeeper or just not putting it far from his reach. Vini Jnr had 2 really good chances and he missed it. Courtois was relatively free in the first half but, when the second half started, you could find Real Sociedad becoming more and more dangerous. He kept Real Madrid in the game practically. With 5 points now behind Barcelona, now that's a lot of pressure for Real Madrid team now.

At times I think it's okay and cool to go against the odds, check what I predicted above, for the game to end as a full draw result and it did. Vinicius should have put Real Madrid with the lead but he literally messed up but that was a super saver from Real Sociedad goaliee.
The visitors has a good la liga run, they haven't lost in thr last five game's. It's just that they did against Barcelona, but top top game tonight.

I should be smiling tonight, but have got FC Famalcao of Portugal forming a hard nut. My stake was a bit high so I was able to cash out a bit of it.lol

Sunday's transfer gossip:

Inter Milan centre-back Milan Skriniar will join Paris St-Germain on a free transfer in the summer but the French side have offered around 10m euros (£8.8m) to sign the 27-year-old this month. Inter have rejected the offer and want at least double that. We all know that PSG has no problems with its finances and can pay for everything  Grin

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/64441281

I hope the deal for Moises Calcedo comes to full conclusion before the transfer deadline, cause if they don't, the battle line has been drawn. Arsenal has every possiblity of loosing out on the league if this is not done to close up for Injured Thomas Partey.

Still won't be a nice idea chasing Declan Rice, Since Chelsea and Arsenal already made moves for defensive midfielders already, who's next for Rice would be Manchester United or Liverpool, he deserves a big side that plays week in and out.

Lukaku should just be around a team that passes the ball for him to score else, he'll have nothing more to prove here but being the waste he use to be. Skriner never had plan to go for another club but just Paris Saint Germany, good luck to him over that ends.

Thanks for the information.

I'm feeling very positive about Manchester United's win against Crystal Palace on this match week. I also remember their previous matchup in which Manchester United could have even lost the match. They could have won there if they had their usual scoring performance. I really liked their big effort against Arsenal anyway later on. This seemed promising for this match as well. In Old Trafford we watch a far different Manchester United. They are one of the strongest home teams currently as you know - 7W 1D 1L.

Here in this stadium I don't expect Crystal Palace to be much effective. Manchester United should have the control in their hands and finish them off.

Can we just also get Jadon Sancho returning back for that game, it'll be painfully interesting to see him back drilling those defender's off them feets and displacing em off balance.
The game against Crystal Palace ? That should be three points for Manchester United, we've got to do everything within our reach to ensure we remain in top four so we can get good transfer busy window.

Kudos to Arsenal they won the game, but Manchester United would have had an edge above Arsenal if Casemiro was present. Same tactics used to win Manchester City would have been used likewise.

I was watching Manchester City face Reading, and the match walk was really exciting. casemiro made 2 goals (1 goal came from Antony's assist and another goal came from Fred's assist). MU's opportunity to add goals is still very large because the ball possession is dominated by MU.

What a shame performance from both Arsenal and Manchester City, I was expect a lot goals will be scored but the result is just one goal lol. Both of the clubs are let their best players to play, so there's no excuse anymore, it's what it's. But Arsenal is only lose for one goal, so I don't think it will ruin their mental in the next match. There's few moments created for Arsenal, the close is on the minutes 33' where Trossard give cross pass to Nketiah but Nketiah shot in the wrong place.

A long shoot by Kevin De Bruyne at minutes 25's is really fantastic too, but it's too far from the crossbar.

I salute Arteta, for sure he was able to make Arsenal an extraordinary team, even Man City had a lot of trouble facing Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium. Arsenal has been unbeaten 6 times, but in this match, it looks like their record has to stop because man city beat them with a narrow score of 1-0. what I see, Arsenal plays very carefully, and just look at the statistics of the match, the strength and effectiveness of the two teams can be said to be balanced.

It's actually Manchester United who ran the show and not Manchester City tonight, thanks to the Brazilians who helped run the show, this is how a team should be and play.
