381  Economy / Gambling / Re: Question about casino, sports bet on: June 02, 2023, 07:23:04 PM
If OP wants to access a gambling site on their version of the application, why others are against it lol?

Self-preference and we don't have to be the same with each other. Honestly, I have 3 installed gambling platforms on my phone although it's not a crypto-based gambling platform. I'm more convenient using them thru the app and I'm not that noob with regards to security.
<snip>
I completely agree!
I don't get why is there a need on trying to hold the OP back from wanting to use a gambling mobile app. I must agree that most betting sites are responsive enough for mobile browser users, but the thing is, mobile application are much more (should be more) UX friendly. Easy navigation compared to playing using browsers which sometimes I find the need of zooming in to tap an element.

I like betting using browsers, yet I won't discourage the OP from using apps. We do have our own preference, better yet just give the OP what (s)he is looking for.

To OP, you should be familiar with cons and pros of using mobile applications instead of browsers (and vice versa.)

I clearly mentioned that it won't be easy to bring them down because they are based out of Russia. You clearly misunderstood what I was trying to say here.

Learnt this information from some other member of this forum who provided proper evidence highlighting the fact that 1xbet and 1xbit are operating from Russia.
Yes, that's one of the reasons why it's hard to stop this scam site from operating because they are from Russia, whereas Russia is a country that I'm sure no one wants to get into trouble with Russia.
<snip>
I cannot agree that operating in Russia is the reason why this site is hard to take down. It may be one of the reasons, however, I believe that their success is due to the having huge advertisements being done. We can see their names printed on the Team jerseys of a lot of sports and e-sports teams. They sponsored tournaments and even held their own.
People say that 1xbit is being used to help gather more funds with their main casino, 1xbet, which they have their full-force marketing whilst having little to no care for 1xbit.

I watched it before too.
These kind of contents helped me understand things better, usually for concepts.

I noticed that there were some concerns being discussed here about the first digital cash... I am not sure if the video creator had that mistaken. However, as a learner, you should also have to try verifying information you get.
385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is not a steady income haven on: June 01, 2023, 09:50:41 AM
Gambling places are not for steady income, if you want steady income with gambling, online or offline, you have to be a owner, build your own casino and watch yourself growing up into a filthy rich billionaire.
<snip>
It is a common misconception, especially among new gamblers, to believe that gambling can be relied upon as a way to earn money. Honestly, I also had that belief before, I thought that I could rely on gambling to earn money. However, I'm glad that I to realized that this belief is not accurate or advisable.

It is important to understand that gambling is primarily based on luck and random outcomes, and the odds are typically designed to favor the house.
To those players that still have this kind of mindset, reconsider getting rid of it. IMO it is not a good thing to have as gambling mostly relies on luck, results are unpredictable, and the house has the edge over us (players). Gamble responsibly.
386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 31, 2023, 04:04:16 PM
How do you guys see game 1? It will be interesting to see the battle of strategies in this series. I'm thinking coach Spo will try to focus the defense on Murray and the supporting players. He knows they can't stop Jokic no matter who he puts to guard him so may as well let him take all the shots to tire him out as early as possible.

For the whole series, I believe it will be dominated by Nuggets.
For the game 1, Nuggets probably already formulated strats against Heat since they (Heat) just came from a 7-game series.
Initially, I think this year is Nuggets'. But who knows what Heat can do.
387  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: May 31, 2023, 09:55:02 AM
<snip>
There are pros and cons for players when choosing a gambling site, whether to choose a non-KYC site or a KYC site.  It's essential to carefully weigh your options and decide what you believe is the best choice.

When deciding to meet KYC requirements,  be cautious about sharing your personal information. Once you share your personal information, you cannot control how it will be used. There is no guarantee that your information will be kept safe and used properly. Unfortunately, in many cases, you may not even be aware if your information has been misused.Given these uncertainties, be careful and think twice before sharing your personal information with the platform.

389  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: coinzino.io scam on: May 30, 2023, 10:30:11 AM
<snip>
OP,  are you sure that you have not violated their terms? You have not abused their TOS just like what they are telling you?

In any case that you had a violation, I believe that @Coinzino Casino specified which terms have been violated (not necessary to publicly disclose it, but between the 2 parties, it'll be sufficient). On the other hand, if you are not guilty, I hope that you can get back the funds stolen from you.

If I am asked for my opinion regarding these issues of accusing and banning players for breaking the terms of service, it'll be best to provide evidence that the user really did what they accuse him of.
390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you invest in a project that might take years to outshine the market?? on: May 28, 2023, 03:28:09 PM
I found out in the blockchain world, many people are losing patience when they start to invest in a project. Their understanding about "long term" is no longer years but weeks.

Some project need time to build and shape. What do you think?
I don't have any statistical data, but I assume that most projects that are good and serious tend to have much solid start-up unlike those projects that aren't.
I will personally invest to projects that I think will have a good future market value. I always consider the use case, the team, roadmap, Whitepaper, etc.

Do you have like a summary of results of your betting tips? It'll be nice to have that. I suggest that the included data there should only your tips shared from this thread. A win-rate ratio will do.
If you have a green percentage, then potential bettors can decide better if they should follow your bets or not.
Personally, I am glad that there are people who does things like this, it's an effort. Goodluck!
393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: As a Gambler and a Die-Hard Fan of a Club Would you Bet Against your Club on: May 28, 2023, 11:47:49 AM
<snip>
As a gambler and a die-hard fan of a club that has been having a terrible season, would you bet against your club, knowing that their loss would be your financial gain? Or would you stay loyal and not bet against them?
Well, if we see them struggling, then that would be a good scenario to bet against them, right? In the first place, placing a bet shouldn't be subjective, so if you find them having bunch of disadvantage over their opponent(s), you should take that chance to win. Gambling is not a way to showcase one 's support for club, team, or anyone in sports.

I just want to confirm if the reward of $5k is per category or that is already the whole reward for this contest?
The $5k prize pool is the combined amount of total prizes for each categories.
I assume that there is a initial $1k total prize for every category  (max 4 winners for every category).
I guess, if there are only 2 submissions, the pool for that category (which is $1k originally) will be lessened (e. g., $500) and then the half will be distributed to other categories. On the other hand, it is also possible that those 2 artists will enjoy the $1k.
395  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How I accumulate bitcoin as a newbie? on: May 27, 2023, 08:40:49 AM
The investment of bitcoin is really cool opportunity and really wants to grabs the time here with you to learn and become like most of you who have accumulates tremendous bitcoin breathing different prices in your wallets. I will love to follow step by steps advise that you personally used to gain value of digital assets in short or long term investment/trading?

Please just attend to this helpful questions amicably and be polite in your answers?
Where do I begins? What's the best wallet you're using? Where do I buy bitcoin with easy exchange without scams?
Finally, should I do it now that the price is not stable or I should wait a little in case it goes down again?  We are all here to learn.
Bitcoin's value is always not stable. No one  can tell exactly if it'll go down or up. We can only predict,  i is great that there are technical ways to analyze the bitcoin market. If you are planning to trade, that'll help you much. You can also hodl  if you believe that BTC's price will rise more in the future. You can accumulate it by buying, doing business, offering services, and other ways where you can get paid with bitcoin... or any other method (then convert them to btc).

kamakailan lang ay nabalita kung saan naibalik ang mga nanakaw na funds sa mga projects na ninakaw ng mga hackers ang mga sinasabing dahilan kung bakit ito naibalik hindi man buo ay dahil sa mga sumusunod:
    <snip >
[/list]

My first thought about this thread is that it's about bitcoin trading, like, the literal trading. But it seems like you meant about earning through bounties. But the last sentence made me confused again. Regardless, I assume you are referring to bounties.
It is hard to earn through bounty hunting. There are very few promising campaigns but has bunch of bounty hunters.
If you have any service that can offer here, you can try that. Like, if you are a designer, Social Media Manager, etc.

399  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: May 25, 2023, 03:41:31 PM
Changing of terms and conditions without notifying the users or gamblers is normal with online gambling websites? Then when you did something wrong or about to withdraw your money they will tell you that you don't read their terms and conditions, and you start arguing with them until you decide to read the ToS again and you find out that it's different.
<snip>
I believe, those casinos that are serious with their business usually doesn't have the need to change their ToS without notifying their users, the reason is that their documents are already well-written since the beginning. If there will be changes, they'll choose to inform the players as practice of professionalism.
On the other hand, those who casinos that tend to abuse their terms against their players are those casinos that we need to avoid. They are not serious of delivering good service, they just want to take other people's money, so better to think avoid these kind of casinos.

I like my balance displayed in fiat, USD in particular.
Although it is like that, my deposits are mostly in bitcoin, few times in ripple. These deposits are most of the time not just displayed but also converted into fiat. I do not like it if my wallet's value is constantly changing because of the volatility of Bitcoin or XRP.
I don't track my gambling expenses but I think that is a great idea.
