The private round is what seems to work for many ICOs given the market conditions. They should get as much as they can being on the private round. This stage would determine how things would look forward. Sure, but what are the exact dates for the private sale? Will it be running until the main-sale starts? Or will they even have a pre-sale before the main-sale? |

Having an MVP before the public sales is a great idea. Neuroneum team seems to be busy with the MVP and private sales. I hope they keep ahead of the roadmap. Are you sure they are working on a MVP? Sure, it would be good to have one released before the main-sale but I am not sure if they have planned to do so. Edit: Just saw that the MVP release is planned for August 2019, so after the ICO. |

What do you mean with 'deal for a cheaper electricity supply'. I don't understand. The users that are offering their computing power are responsible for their own electricity supply. Yeah, suppliers are meant to provide electricity I believe they are going to include the fee in subscription and neuroneum will manage the pricing I still don't understand what exactly Neuroneum should do about the energy supply? If I decide to use my unused computing power to mine cryptocurrencies (or sell it on their market place) over their platform, why the heck should Neuroneum manage the pricing of my electricity??! |

beating the competition is not the most important thing right now I believe they will have to ensure they make the platform as user-friendly as it can get I like to think about the competition too. I’ll like to know what advantage Neuroneum got over the competition. It’s a decentralized model that feels more secure and transparent for users. Btw I think Neuroneum has a friendly team. They have made a comparison of their project to their competitors. You can find it in their whitepaper. Sure, such a comparison is probably biased because it should highlight the advantages of Neuroneum but I think it's still worth a read. The best thing, however, is to make your own comparison with different sources. In the 'market' section of the WP, Neuroneum mentions that Amazon & Google are the biggest cloud computing providers. However, I could not see any direct usage of the word 'competitor'. As I think we can all agree it would take years and billions of $ for Neuroneum to get to this level. i thought i was the only person thinking in that direction they are silent and it feels strange they should at least come out with update so that the community will be well informed So do i, i saw a lot of projects with the same features , a lot of them planned but after a while of waiting, they just disappeared, I hope neuroneum is not one of them since a lot of people are not looking to this project I hope this silent of this project and their team have a good side like they are working that they are not announcing it that they are busy planning and working for the good of this project, because this kind of project should be having a deep plan to be more successful soon. As I said earlier. I wouldn't be worried too much that the team isn't that communicative atm. They are in the private sale right now, so they will now try to attract as many private investors as possible. I am sure this behaviour will change once we get closer to the main sale where everyone of us can contribute. |

As far as I understood, they have long timeline for their token sales and raise funds. Hopefully market will be stable by then. True. Long timeline is something which is not understandable for me. If they have confidence, they should have to complete the sales at the earliest. If they have of long timeline for their token sales I think it's for the best for this project because market not recovering yet and if bullrun come with their token sales I think it's a great chance for Neuroneum. I honestly don't agree; long sale durations tend to mess up everything; the price can't be stable of you keep the sale open longer that it is meant. I think sales shouldn't be long. In my opinion it also makes no sense to extend an already running sale multiple times. But I guess what they mean in this case is that there is such a long gap between private sale and main sale. And this is something I think is totally fine. |

The income from the private sale has now been at 1.1 million for a very long time. it still seems to be a very difficult time for ICOs. I hope this improves until the start of the public sale.
I noticed this as well but I think they are just updating it manually. That's why it probably hasn't moved for the last couple of days. But since it's a private sale for institutional investors the bar can change very fast even if only one investor decides to invest. |

Yeah, it's really frustrating. Not only for us, but also for projects that are looking to raise funds, this whole situation sucks. I just hope that it gets better until May. a lot of project are struggling to get by in this current market situation i personally think good and sound project will find a way of ensuring they succeed in this situation I think many projects find their ways in current market situation through private investments? It is just an observation though. For mining in particular it can be easier compared to other projects since you will have something physical? It's true that a lot of funds are collected in private sales. On the one hand that's nice for the project because it seems it's easier to raise funds this way but on the other hand a majority of the tokens will then be in the hand of only a few. |

Isn't it too early for that? I mean they are yet to push the mainnet and are still working on the testnet. It will happen though given that is the core of their proposition. Institutional investment means a great deal because huge some of money is usually the case here I really like to believe COVA have a good deal of investors because their technology is awesome
Instead of ICO, institutional investments are the way to go for future. Otherwise projects will not survive. Covalent team made a smart choice when they went on the private sales option. I guess that’s the best option in a bearish market. Also, Covalent got partners. Smart move i must say but i think they did their sales when the market was still good and sure they got what they needed. I missed the sales. But they gave a better opportunity to buy COVA tokens by getting listed on BitMax and huobi at a great price. Just few months and we are having a buyback. That shows the demand for COVA tokens is high. we all missed the token sell actually! they didn't arrange any!! but sure they didn't made us wait much longer as they got them listed in a pretty short time!!! gave me a better idea to buy some for me! Actually, no one of us would've been allowed to invest in their private sale. It was only for institutional investors. |
