Since they have to build their own blockchain at first, they will exchange the ERC20 token to their own coin later on. This is planned for Q2-Q3 2018, so I wouldn't expect that we see it earlier on any big exchanges. We are preparing an announcement about exchanges very soon. However it seems that we will be on some maybe even this year. But let's wait for an official blog post  |

What does it mean to allocate 30% of tokens for mining? This apparently refers already to those coins that will be in your new blockchain after the exchange of tokens? I am a bit confused by your questions, so let's try to clear it up a bit. First of all... let's open our WHITEPAPERNow - page 40 (pdf): you can see that 30 % of all tokens ever generated (150 000 000) will be generated during the TGE. Another 30 % will be mineable. You can find more about mining - or miners on page 33 (pdf). There won't be more than 500 000 000 tokens - it is a limit. Mining will be possible only for 25 years. After that, miners will be rewarded through fees. I hope I answered (at least majority of) your questions. If there is still something left, please don't hesitate to ask again but first go through those pages so we can make sure we have the same basic info. Thank you. We have a holistic approach and we are open source - those are the main two things that distinguish us from others. On page 37 in our Whitepaper, you can find some other solutions ("competitors") and why they really aren't our competitors. A holistic approach means that we not focusing only on one industry or supply chain but instead we can serve everyone. Not just big players, not just small companies but all businesses. This can lead faster and global adoption and better collaboration. |

Well competition is always good for the market. Even if there are some similar projects, it does not mean there is no room for one more. Especially if this one is maybe better then the other ones. Yes, competition can be good for the market but it could also be hard for SophiaTx to gain a foodhold when the competitors are already well-established. About which competitors are we talking? Can you give us names of similar projects? We are aware that there are some companies that are focusing on for example pharma or some other industry. BUT! They are always focusing only on one sector. Only on one branch or industry - what makes SophiaTX different is that we are focusing on whole B2B sector because there probably isn't a business sector which is isolated from others. Companies need to cooperate and therefore we are trying to provide a holistic solution which will work through all industries and for companies of all sizes. |
