385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Guess I got hacked on: March 31, 2014, 03:11:43 AM
Sorry about that man but that maybe because of a keylogger or a wallet stealer. Do of often go on gambling websites randomly or  faucets or anything that requires you to make a deposit like gambling websites???

Which anti virus are you using ??
I strongly recommend to scan ever downloaded file with virustotal and get a pro version of malwarebytes !!
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Hardware wise, which USB for Cold Storage please? on: March 31, 2014, 02:42:44 AM
What USB stick is best to use for cold storage please?

I read a review for the following:

Imation Defender F200 Biometric
Kanguru Defender 2000
CMS Products CE-Secure Vault FIPS
Kingston DataTraveler 4000 Managed DT4000M
Apricorn Aegis Secure Key

They are held to Military specifications, speed, durability and cost, the top reviews came to "Imation Defender F200 Biometric" and "Kanguru Defender 2000". However I would like to know if anybody had any other suggestions or comments on the ones mentioned here thanks.

390  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Some what of a noob, needs help on: March 31, 2014, 01:28:52 AM
i would strongly recommend buy bitcoins rather then mining as per current rate is concerned buy with half of your money and give a long hold and i assure you with delight after or at the end of this year Smiley

As of mining i will suggest you to mine litecoins comparing the difficulty and every factor that will be easy for you without much of an investment. Your hashing power is good though.
391  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: bitcoinhashingcloud.com, anyone used it before? on: March 31, 2014, 01:13:21 AM
golden words of staying away from a scam :Never trust anyone with your coins. Its always good to do google a bit before getting into any service or buying product. Searching the forum will be the first option you have as 99.9% of the services are listed/advertised/discussed here. Its good to stay away from the one haven't have any feedback   Smiley Smiley
392  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I think I can build a more secure web wallet than any other so far. on: March 31, 2014, 01:03:01 AM
I think using of web wallets can never be safe so i prefer just filling mine with the amount needed at a particular time and for that blockchain is doing well so far, so i guess another online wallet is not what's needed right now. Good luck with your project though and hope to see it soon in action.
393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Best way to keep my Bitcoins safe? on: March 31, 2014, 12:53:46 AM
OK i'll give you a glance of what you need in order to stay protected :

Be careful with online services

keep only small amounts of bitcoins on your computer, mobile, or server for everyday uses and to keep the remaining part of your funds in a safer environment.

Backup your wallet

Encrypt online backups

Use many secure locations for backups

Multi-signature to protect against theft

As of today, no hardware wallet has entered in production but they are coming soon:
Trezor
ButterflyLabs BitSafe
394  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Website Payment Intergation - What to Use? on: March 31, 2014, 12:46:16 AM
OK you can certainly pick up anyone you would like after all its your website so here is my first priority for you which is bitpay.com
i think its the best second will be what you are discussing blockchain.info  receiving payments API. Also sear the forum if iam not mistaken i've see an announcement in the services section a newly introduced payment gateway for bitcoin was being introduced and sound promising.  Smiley
395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did you buy bitcoin today? on: March 31, 2014, 12:00:11 AM

396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Question about wallet hacking on: March 30, 2014, 11:50:26 PM
There are many ways hacking a wallet l8ke dumping a keylogger on your machine or a wallet stealer which they installed on scam websites a backdoor try Google them. Also can you share the transaction links with us ??
397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 5 years from now on: March 30, 2014, 11:42:26 PM
Bitcoin is never weak its always been the base of every crypto coin out in the world. And people are talking negative about but I guess Bitcoin is still not in its worst considering the time when 2 pizza = 2000btc so it has come a long way and will continues to do so. And I can see a stable 1000$ for btc again in 2015.
398  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Malware and Spam emails : (Suspicious sign in prevented) on: March 30, 2014, 11:03:57 PM
Omg so it was more then phishing. No antivirus can detect it ok I understand it but there has to be some way possible to remove it isn't there any??? Plus how to check if its running in my system or not Huh
Install any av that detected it successfully on virustotal and if you have installed that xpi addon your pc is probably infected. You can download malware byets startup lite and look for any random startup entry and check running process (there is a process checker on comodo.com)
I didn't install that plug in my computer but will make sure to do a check with the process checker. My running avast  atm and have malwarebytes pro but they both showed my system is clean so maybe I should calm down and stop getting so finicky about it.
