jesus christ dude...
quit it with the fucking pool spam. it makes you look bad. you keep talking up your averages, with horribly scaled block graphs (which make it look better than it is) but when you look at the blocks on your site, it's really not that great...
everyone knows poolerino is the best pool anyway.
Never used poolerino pool before but when i just went to it now it took a while to open up the homepage for the earthcoin pool and then got a timeout/not responding. Don't slag someone off and then recommend a pool which is very laggy. their frontend/login page is a bit laggy, but the pool itself is very stable, it went down 1 time hard (a few days ago) due to a hard drive failure. before going down they had 51% of the network and had the best performance. they are back, and already have 3x the hashrate and climbing of the other guy spamming shit.

In fact I am not spamming. I am giving everyone from our pool an update as they read this thread. I think you should look towards the people that are using 60pt fonts, bold, and large pictures that span the entire screen before coming down on me for creating relevant discussion and talking to the community on our pool and others like that. I do understand why you are upset - it did get pretty spammy back there - I have stopped posting the full page ads, even though others have not. But going forward I would still like to continue to address our miners and give them thanks. Come in to our IRC channel and let's chat. Get to know me a bit /msg binaryclock on freenode. Thanks! um, you have a few posts nearly every single page of this thread that in "some" way still spam your pool. either a blatant spam copy/paste of your previous posts talking up your pool, or your megawesomekillermystatsarebetterthanyours "stats" with stretched out plots. plus you belittling other pools that "cant handle the load". coupled with each post having a signature picture advertising your pool. its all spam, whether you want to admit it or not. if you want to "update your miners", then start your own fucking thread in the pools section and do it there, like all the other non-pool spammer pool owners do...

Again where are the wallets?
I don't want to trust a pool to hold my coins.
|
|
|
earth.vircurpool is still up fine.
|
|
|
Yup. Poolerino seems to be down, can't even log in. My systems have auto failed over to earth.vircurpool.com pool.
I have 3 pools setup now for my GPU rigs in the following priority: 1. Poolerino EAC 2. Vircurpool EAC 3. Middlecoin

i see that it says they could manipulate the blockchain but outside of rhetoric, i fail to see exactly HOW they would be able to do that.

can someone explain to me what the big deal is about owning 51% of the network?
luckily im already registered so im already in, but personally id rather mine on the largest pool as it gives the most probability of that pool finding blocks and me getting my share of it

Since you're revamping the site anyway. Can you make it a bit more mobile friendly?
|
|
|
seems there's no windows wallet... yet.
if this thing launches with no wallet and no exchanges, where will all of our coins go? lol.
|
|
|
1. where do we download a windows wallet? 2. when is the new launch? 3. can you solo mine or is it pool only?
|
|
|
hi, i havent checked in a while, but i was glad to see the admins (owners? operators? whatever your titles are) decided to refund everyone. you have earned my trust back and i will rejoin the pool when it's fully op.
question. i did a manual cashout about 3.5hrs ago, and do not see the transaction in my wallet. yes i confirmed the address. i know it said it would be queued up and might take longer than usual, but what is a reasonable amount of time?

All the thief has to do is transfer the money to an exchange, and then back to another wallet. Or transfer to another coin at an exchange, to a wallet, back to an exchange, back to BTC, and to another wallet and/or spend the coins at a bitcoin retailer.
The coins will not be traceable after all that and the trail will be cold.

I see that vircurpool is now estimating ~10,000EAC/day
The pool is also correctly reporting my Hashrate at about 1500-1800. So they are getting the right number of valid shares.
Also, using some quick maths. I'm submitting about 0.2% of the total valid shares and I have about 0.2% of the pool Hashrate. So that makes sense.

How are some of you guys getting such high EAC/day/KH values? Or are you basing that rate on a few days ago?
I just did 24hrs on vircurpool with 1.7MH/s and I've only got about 8000 EAC.
Did this pool take a dump all of the sudden for luck?
I´ve got 32.000+ with 3MH/s there and "EAC/Day" in "Pool stats" is pretty accurate for me. Check Your miner stats (HW errors, stales) and settings My miner is fine. I pulled the system from middlecoin where it was doing on par with estimates. No HW errors, and really no way for me to see stale %. But stales really can't be helped by miner settings I don't think. I use CGwatcher to keep everything running. It reports no stales even though I do see them pop up in the cgminer window. My WU numbers are normal too. Vircurpool was estimating 20,000 for me. So their estimate was off.

What pools are you guys on for those numbers?
I'm on vircurpool now.

Ok. I let things settle and it looks like I'm now getting about;
1.7MH/s ~420EAC/hr ~10,000EAC/day
Does that sound right?
I would think you should be getting around 7 or 800 an hour. I just tallied it up. Been running non-stop the past 7hrs, and I've got about 3000 coin. I do see a few longer gaps in my transactions, so maybe it's just bad luck.

looks like I have accidentally deleted wallet.dat file and all of my coins are gone somewhere. is there something I can do? I have no backup
You can send your hard drive for data recovery.
