Dubito che il sistema possa morire così da un giorno all'altro, per le alzate d'ingegno di gente abituata a privilegi d'ogni tipo e sostanzialmente lontani da ogni buon senso.
Gli exchange classici ne sarebbero fortemente penalizzati in favore di exchange ancora più liberi - flyp.me funziona senza registrazione, del resto, no ? Rimane la loro percentuale su tasso di scambio.
Il problema si pone quando devi arrivare al denaro FIAT.

I don't know if this coin will blow up like Verge, but I'm feeling completely satisfied by the way devs are handling with the community and the project itself. Not many coins can claim this thing.

Holdare è da Coinbase users, il vero trader negozia, diversifica ed incrementa le quote. E finora non ho trovato un singolo trader dilettante che abbia fatto milionate di soldi con il trading, anzi il profitto è sempre marginale e c'è da uscirci di testa. Founder also lives in Ukraine (according to FB) 3. First person who owned official web site - Glib Ushakov, now changed to Jaap 4. They had many mistakes on the web site. For example: Ethereum contracts for b2x 5. Their business developer was Model, now crypto developer 6. They had as Chief Technical Officer - ex financial manager Marco Zumer - Now his profile deleted from site 7. They couldn’t give clear explanations about Satoshi Free coins. Because they don’t really know what are his addresses and how they are going to move coins? Do they have private keys for those addresses. Or they are going to create from nothing? 8. The only ways to get your “free” coins: send to provides by them addresses your btc. What?? Do you see any future of coins, which will open the code to selected providers? From the other side - what is the reason to have codes on github? Any wallet could support the fork from open codes. 9. There is no any ex b2x developer in the team. I don’t really believe that they even have someone technical educated to work with blockchain. 10. I have screenshots, which I shared with group in telegram and was banned. All messages were deleted So here they are:        Nice research ! And that dancer/model/actress who now is a 'crypto developer' and 'block chain expert' haha just too funny! Looks like the events turned out to be just a minor setback, we'll just have to sit tight . It was a MASSIVE setback for us, not a minor one. We are coping and reestablishing again, so we will be back with a rock solid infrastructure AND backend system in place for our future developments in 2018. Patience is the key, #crysx Well I hope 2018 can bring some nice surprises to the Sweepstake (it's broken since june...). |

Personalmente ritengo sostanzialmente inaffidabili le INTERPRETAZIONI rilasciate da Youtuber, Commercialisti Telematici, Avvocati e Giornalisti. Mi permetto di dare il mio umile contributo alla discussione. Commenti, pareri, interviste, dichiarazioni, comunicati, non possono in nessun modo essere utili in fase di CONTENZIOSO con l’Agenzia delle Entrate. Quello che conta in primis sono la NORMATIVA vigente, le risoluzioni e le circolari pubblicate dall’ADE. Al di là delle interpretazioni personali, l’Agenzia delle Entrate tratta le valute virtuali alla stregua delle VALUTE ESTERE. Pareri tecnici che ne diano altra definizione, anche rilasciati da autorità Europee e che non abbiano valore di legge in Italia, non andrebbero considerati. La risoluzione 72/E del 02.09.2016 parla chiaro, “Per quanto riguarda, la tassazione ai fini delle imposte sul reddito dei clienti della Società, persone fisiche che detengono i bitcoin al di fuori dell'attività d'impresa, si ricorda che LE OPERAZIONI A PRONTI (acquisti e vendite) di valuta non generano redditi imponibili mancando la finalità speculativa.” Quindi le OPERAZIONI A PRONTI non sono mai soggette a tassazione e non si applica la soglia dei 7 giorni e 51.645,69 Euro. Sono tassate solo le OPERAZIONI A TERMINE. Vale la pena di leggere il contenuto della risoluzione 67/E del 06.07.2010 che interpreta in modo chiaro i dettami dell’art. 67 del TUIR. (Preciso che per quanto riguarda il Forex vale ora quanto enunciato nella risoluzione 102/E del 25.10.2011). In particolare si esprime sul fatto che “le mere cessioni a pronti non sono suscettibili di produrre differenziali aventi rilevanza reddituale”. Le operazioni che coinvolgono i bitcoin, vanno quindi classificate a seconda di come sono strutturate. Se si configurano OPERAZIONI A PRONTI = No tassazione, No dichiarazione. E’ qui che bisogna fare attenzione e se pensate di rientrare in questa casistica, consiglio di non fidarsi delle interpretazioni di consulenti ed inviare INTERPELLO alla direzione regionale dell’ADE. ATTENZIONE, ATTENZIONE ATTENZIONE. Mi pare l’argomento che segue sia già stato toccato ma vale la pena sottolineare che si tratta di un problema irrisolvibile per chi non potesse documentare le operazioni. Anche ricadendo in una condizione di non imponibilità, se bonificate su un conto bancario un importo rilevante, Banca e Autorità Giudiziaria potrebbero chiedervi di rendere conto dell’origine dei fondi ai sensi della normativa antiriciclaggio, DLGS 231/2007 http://www.normattiva.it/uri-res/N2Ls?urn:nir:stato:decreto.legislativo:2007-11-21;231!vig= MINING. Per i minatori, ATTENZIONE: “In Italia, l’acquisto, l’utilizzo e l’accettazione in pagamento delle valute virtuali debbono allo stato ritenersi attività lecite” MA, “...le attività di emissione di valuta virtuale… potrebbero invece concretizzare, nell’ordinamento nazionale, la violazione di disposizioni normative, penalmente sanzionate, che riservano l’esercizio della relativa attività ai soli soggetti legittimati”.
