381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS is next Ethereum on: April 23, 2018, 05:52:06 AM
It also claim to be the ethereum killer but right now they need to show what they can do. Their ico is so long and they already collected a lot of money so the rest will depends on the team ability to build the platform well and fulfill their roadmap. Ethereum already has a lot of userbase and transactions on their chain while eos still has nothing so far.
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO VS TRADING on: April 22, 2018, 06:59:11 AM
I want to start investing for ico and trading. Please to help from where should I start?

What needs to be prepared and cared for before starting it?

I am very grateful for the members who helped me in this forum.

and maybe this can also re-remind the new citizens who want to enter the world of investment (trading and ico).

thanks
ICOs are quite easy to follow as you'll only need eth and send it directly to their smart contract address and you'll get the token automatically, just remember to send it from your eth wallet which you have the private key, not exchange wallet. For trading, it's way harder than joining ico, investopedia is a great place to start to learn the basic and after that you should read books/watch videos to learn technical analysis.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Country and Cryptos on: April 21, 2018, 05:08:10 AM
In my country it's prohibited to do transactions using bitcoin, we have to use national currency for transactions that's why bitcoin here is called digital asset not digital money. They haven't released regulation regarding bitcoin so far but i think it's better to release one but they support bitcoin after that. Media also only release news about bitcoin when the price is up or down, not crypto in general.
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you keep your crypto informations securely? on: April 21, 2018, 01:58:16 AM
I use hardware wallet so i'm alright for some of my coins because the key is stored in the wallet itself, but for the one that isn't supported by nano ledger, i save the key in a document which then i save in flashdrive so it's save from hacker. Hope in the future that they will support all kind of crypto assets so it's become more important to have hardware wallet.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are the Green Days back ? on: April 20, 2018, 01:23:00 PM
The market will recover for sure but a lot of people don't have the patience to wait until that happen and panic sell after that they say crypto is dead because they lose a lot of money. They certainly haven't see bear market so this can be a good experience, investment takes time and the price isn't always going up so you have to be patient and hold onto your coins.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: give your best advice on: April 20, 2018, 05:37:39 AM
You should diversify your investment to reduce the risk but investing in a lot of ico isn't the right things to do. You still have to do some research about the project before putting your money there. You can just invest in 3 to 4 icos which you have done research. If you find 2 or 3 great project then why you split the money into a lot of average ico.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My BIGGEST cryptocurrency mistake on: April 20, 2018, 04:53:54 AM
My biggest mistake is holding some coin for too long and missed the best price to sell. I sold most of my token but got greedy for the rest and wait for an even better price. Turns out the bullrun is over and the price went down a lot so i have to hold much longer in order to get a better price than right now.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone have ledger nano S hardware wallet? on: April 19, 2018, 05:13:18 AM
I usually use the chrome extension for the eth wallet and bitcoin wallet but if i want to access erc20 token then i use Myetherwallet to access it. So far i never have problem with the chrome extension so you may want to check the version and the usb cable if you have major problem regarding it.
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you guys pay Taxes for profit? on: April 19, 2018, 04:47:07 AM
I don't use accounting services because i doubt accountant here know about crypto and the regulations regarding it, so far there's no regulation for crypto in my country so i don't pay taxes for profit as i'm not sure if i can report my losses so i won't pay it until there's a more clear regulation about crypto in my country.
390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a fake coin? on: April 16, 2018, 05:22:55 AM
Fake coin like they have the same name as the legit one but different contract address? Then yes there's a lot and if you are not careful you can buy the wrong one. There's a lot of token like that especially the one that only traded like etherdelta. There's also a fake project, they collect money and pull an exit scam.

Hello, someone using my profile to get my bounty reward, my real address is at spreadsheet row 322, not the one on row 245 so please delete the fake one, thank you.
392  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin solve the worlds problem? on: April 11, 2018, 05:01:42 AM
No it can't, the technology behind bitcoin is great and can change a lot of things but it's not powerful enough to solve the world problems. It can make a lot of things easier and more transparent but it can solve complex things like poverty and etc. Bitcoin and blockchain give people opportunity to make their life better but it's up to the person to take it or not.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you invested any coins of which price goes to zero? on: April 11, 2018, 03:43:59 AM
Have you invested in any coins of which price goes to zero?   How do you feel....
I only bought once coin that already at 1 Satoshi and luckily the price goes up until 5  or 6 Satoshi at the last December bull run so I immediately sold it. I won't do it again because I don't think I will be lucky again, the reason I bought it in the first place because I bought the wrong coin and there's no buy order to sell my coins to so I leave it at exchange.
394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins with Masternode? on: April 10, 2018, 04:18:44 AM
If you are looking for masternode coin then you should check masternodes.pro or mnrank.com because they have a good list of masternode coin. Personally I own monoeci and crown masternode, also have boscoin and excuse but their masternode is not ready yet. Masternode is good for passive income, the only concern is whether the project will stay alive for a few years so pick one with solid foundation not a huge apr.
395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 15 years until alts are popular on: April 10, 2018, 03:28:37 AM
Yeah it takes time and sometimes quite a long time but most people in crypto don't have that kind of patience to hold for a long time, most of them only hold for 3-5 months before moving to another coin. I agree that in 15 years crypto will become very popular and there will be a lot of coin that's worth more than bitcoin so it's definitely a good things to hold it until then.
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: dual security system on MEW on: April 09, 2018, 03:10:07 AM
is there any way to safeguard system on MEW besides Private Key? I am afraid of phishing on MEW
There's no way else but to protect your private key and careful when you are about to send from mew. You should bookmark Myetherwallet and open it from there everytime you want to use it, always check the url to make sure it's the right one and don't forget to check your pc to make sure it is clean from malware.
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: when is safe to sell my alts? on: April 08, 2018, 11:47:00 PM
Hi all i have a lot of altcoins i invested before the bloody days and now most of then are down lik 50%. Should i sell them with no profit but also no loss or shold i keep them a little more to make profit? what would you do?
Why are you going to sell now that the price is already down more than 50%? There's no safe time to sell your alts as everyone has different target that they are satisfied to sell but you shouldn't sell at loss. Wait until the bear market is over and when the next bull run is at its peak then you can sell your alts. You just need to be patient and keep holding until that happens.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The first earnings in the crypto currency. Where did you spend it on? on: April 08, 2018, 11:34:44 PM
Part of the money I have invested in new projects, and spent the second part on the family. And how did you manage your earnings?
I use the first earning to buy eth to invest in edgeless ico about March last year, it became my starting capital because I don't have any money to invest back then. The first thing I bought using my crypto earning is a notebook for my sister. Right now I am already using some of my crypto earning to buy other investment like gold and land.
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC at end of bounty campaign on: April 06, 2018, 03:26:57 AM
What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.

Is this fair?

Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

What do you think?
I'm those that support kyc for bounty campaign to reduce the number of multiple accounts but i do agree that if they want to implement kyc for bounty then they should do it at the start not after it finished because there's some people that want to remain anonymous and if they don't do the kyc their work will become useless.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is buying new listed coin profitable? on: April 06, 2018, 03:18:04 AM
It depends on the ico and the team, if there's still a lot of demand for that coin then it is profitable to buy at exchange because there's a lot of people that want to buy the coin and they will buy it at exchange, if there's no demand then the price will go down so you have to know hype surrounding the project.
