381  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think their will be another Bull Run this year? I D0 NOT THINK SO! on: October 12, 2018, 06:50:14 AM
Many expects for that bull run thing to happen this year. But, with the movement price in the market it takes to occur to increase it’s value. With so many news like fuds, rather bad news it affects the price I think we can experience long to enter into bullish season.
No one can actually think anything at the moment and for one thing right now, the chances of actually seeing a bull run is something we are still very uncertain about. It has shown already with the way gains are pretty erased quickly and then we somehow still see the bulls trying to fight back. We are in an uncertain world at the moment, and how we get to proceed from here can only be known with time. There may be a bull run and we may end up not seeing one, but in the end, when the bull run comes, those who are taking the chance of the dip now will always be the ones to enjoy it.

we can just expect that we are still in a bigger triangle and how we break out from this big triangle is what would determine how things would pan out eventually.
That triangle formation is already happening and now we can expect upper break out to end this consolidating phase. Usually sustaining prices will not persist for longer and it may break into up trend hence the current situation definitely will not need to be an exception in bitcoin markets history.

Quote
At the moment, nothing is certain yet actually and for now, we will just see some dwindles between $6k and $7k until we are able to break out to one direction.
After few weeks of range bound below the $7k levels, now many experts started to believe that just breaking the resistances around $7 will be more than enough to have the first confirmation for another bull rally. This confirmation may happen at any time as prices had fell down up to $6.2 but recovering right now and this recovery may lead to break that resistances.
382  Economy / Speculation / Re: What the price of Bitcoin will be reached in 2019? on: October 11, 2018, 06:38:50 PM
I am not expecting too much about the price of Bitcoin at the end of 2019, I have seen the development of bitcoin prices since January until now it is very slow, my prediction that the bitcoin price that can be achieved this year ranges from $ 10,000 - $ 12,000 I think it's good enough .
I would not be expecting too much either, although we might attempt to make some good move upwards, but that would actually depend on how things eventually ends up turning out. For now, I would just say the only thing we can do is to just simply wait and see the way the market is going to be behaving since we have been moving sideways in a triangle for a while now and where the market would end up will depend on the break out we get to have eventually.

2019 will be a better year, whether it brings an opportunity to buy lower, or an opportunity to see some huge profit, but all depends on how we take advantage of now.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: price of litecoin before 2019. on: October 11, 2018, 04:15:44 PM
Litcoin is one of the oldest cryptocurrencies. But it's recent performance is too bad in crypto market. Actually litcoin has no advantage right now.
Being old does not really mean much at the end, what is important is to see it being used in the real life and I believe with Bitcoin having the scaling issue solved completely, and we start seeing real life usage, Litecoin may get affected to some extent.

But nonetheless, the market is big for every coin to thrive and one way or the other, being an asset, it would still be speculative, so whichever way, I want to assume that, it may find a spot for itself. As it is though, and like someone said, litecoin is in the shadow of bitcoin, and when we start seeing some real life usage for bitcoin as a full blown payment method, Litecoin would end up being of no use, but like they always say though, there may still be some community for it.

After all, Dogecoin as shitty as it is is still always making moves with pumps and dumps.
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Questions about launching a new ICO on: October 11, 2018, 12:56:52 PM
Well, there are so many things you really have to consider to read purely before you even start making attempt to launch your ICO with most of it being publicity. This is the fastest growing cryptocurrency forum in the world and being the forum that satoshi himself came up with back in the days, I guess, it makes it even a lot interesting.

The ability to find investors to invest in your product means you will have to create some awareness for it, and this is a very good space to start doing that which is why you see projects having ANN threads where they can discuss more about the project to investors or using the cryptocurrency section of Reddit to announce as well.

Bounties also can be effective on this forum which would really help to pitch out your product, team and idea pretty fast without having to spend too much.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: While Major Crypto Exchanges Flourish, Minor Platforms Struggle in Bear Market on: October 11, 2018, 08:05:40 AM
This week, the UK’s oldest exchange, Coinfloor, has slashed the number of its employees after recording a decline in its revenues as a consequence of the drop in daily trading volume of major cryptocurrencies and the emergence of many cryptocurrency exchanges in the local market.
I would say the big exchanges know what it takes to be able to retain their user which is something that is extremely needed in this space and what has made competitions between exchanges to be very strong. No new investor actually want to be using a small exchange and unless the exchange have something pretty much huge than what is already on ground, I would rather go for a more reputable one than a new exchange. It takes a lot to be running an exchange these days, and you will also need to be able to keep your game up high otherwise it would be hard to survive.

Small exchanges are not bad, they have the ability to absorb some investors, at least new investors, and early investors will not participate in these new exchanges.
Yeah, small exchanges may be good and equally, the more the exchanges we get to have the better for the competition within the space when it comes to exchange. Now, it is that competition that keeps separating the big ones from the small ones and apparently, there is no one that would not want something unique in an exchange and as the space is growing every single day, so are exchanges also trying as much as possible to step up on their feet to increase their revenue. With this in play, any small exchange that cannot keep up to the game will be left out which is one of the reasons why I said it is good for the space to be able to keep seeing multiple quality exchanges as time goes on.
386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Tomorrow is now. on: October 10, 2018, 01:38:22 PM
If you mean that we should buy Bitcoin today then for me it is not a good idea while this bearish market is still in effect because when we buy the dip but it dips even more. So i suggest we should wait for more weeks as the experts believed that we are still in the middle of this bearish trend.
The bearish market may still be in effect, but for those who may want to go long anyway, it is actually not a bad idea of a time to be buying and getting in.

A lot of people have missed a dip in the past all because they were waiting for a better dip, so they call it and until they see the market moving up, they only had to join FOMO at some point. The time when you should be bullish is when the market is bearish. The market is sure bearish now, and it is time to be accumulating the dips, not running away from it.

Not everyone knows what to monitor in the trend of a market to know when to get in and when to get out as they do not have trading knowledge, but as long as you understand the potential that is in the future, you will most definitely know this is a market that is going to grow in adoption and usage and nothing will change it.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Online Dating Going Into Blockchain on: October 10, 2018, 12:09:35 PM
I think this will be a cool thing.  As we become more digitized,  it's only normal that every thing follows the same trend.
Maybe when this happens,  you could take your date out to your favorite restaurant and pay with Crypto.  I know a currency though that you can already use at exquisite top restaurants and bars round the world - Tapcoin gives up to 60% off on purchases plus free drinks too!
It will of course be a very interesting thing. We know the outlook when it comes to online dating and it is indeed a very big space on its own and with the way we are seeing our dating apps are changing with the use of blockchain technology, it is obvious this is one space where there would be disruption with the blockchain technology. There is a great potential for blockchain in the online dating market and we all know how blockchain can really help curb some of the problems that has been faced by the dating industry in the past when it comes to fraudulent activities, scams and the rest.

Very interesting to see where it is going. As for me, I often use some escort agencies, and it would be great if such services used blockchain and Bitcoin. Maybe soon we will get it Wink
Well, it is not like I am surprised actually, judging from how the blockchain technology is going to end up penetrating every sphere of life and with the way things are going, I am pretty sure, we are approaching that moment where we will get to see that happening. one thing that blockchain can always help with is data, as well as the decentralization of it, which is something I believe can easily be applicable to the way dating online goes and would be a great benefit to that space actually. We have seen a whole lot of them coming up and certainly it is one big and lucrative space I must say.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About new BullRun. on: October 10, 2018, 05:37:57 AM
bull run is going to happen soon, when the bear market is stop..can't wait to double my profit
Well, that would be a good thing for those who have been able to accumulate the dip actually for now and looking at the fact that a lot of the altcoins have actually really gone a lot low to their historical bottom and gearing up for a break out upward with some already doing so and consolidating, I can as well just assume that the bulls are here. Sure, we will need some time to at least know how things would end up getting before the end of the year, but for now, we just have to be patient like someone said and see how things turn out. I am actually very optimistic at the moment and I hope my optimism come out to be a fruitful one.

Any min by now , just waiting for whales Smiley
It is pretty getting close to that minute and bitcoin will actually determine where the market would head within this short period we have. Bull run is something that I foresee actually for the altcoin market most especially, but at the same time, it is a lot of possibility to see the market doing great as long as btc is able to break out upwards which I believe is what most traders are actually looking forward to. Whether it will happen or not, I guess only time can actually tell but for now, we can only just be patient and wait for the moment.
389  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Litecoin (LTC) Long Term Price Forecast on: October 09, 2018, 02:59:57 PM
From the analysis you made, litecoin is currently at $57 , a few dollars below your first resistant level at $60 . Well from what I see and know about litecoin, it is going to go beyond all your resistance level to $100 by the end of the year.

If the price is currently at $57, and based on what the OP has stated below, its just a matter of time before we can see the price dipping around the $40-$50 as it was clearly overbought. but then again, we don't know what's gonna happen next, everyone is really looking at a big jump in December so let wait and see.
We really cannot say what is going to happen next and as it is, we can see most of the altcoin market moving sideways and trying to wait for bitcoin to pick a direction before we start seeing anything which to me seems like most traders just waiting on the sideline to see where the bitcoin market most especially will break out to before we start seeing serious participation in the market.

Definitely, if we get to see a break down to the lower part, the chances of seeing litecoin as well as other altcoins go lower is huge and if we see a major break out to the upper part for bitcoin, with the altcoins gearing up for a bull run, I would say testing new resistances and breaking them for LTC is possible.
390  Economy / Economics / Re: Evolution of money from barter system to crypto currency on: October 09, 2018, 11:58:40 AM
Maybe bitcoin or other crypto currencies can act as currency system in the future if people makes the stable price for it for that we need to acomodate bitcoin into full adoption not for the trading purpose only.
Even though decentralization has been on for the likes of gold and silver, it seems at some point it started tending towards centralization one way or the other, with the government being in control. So, I agree with the fact that this is an evolution of money from barter system that would change and disrupt the way we have been doing things in the past. However, people cannot make a stable price for bitcoin or cryptocurrencies, but when we obviously start getting to see real life usage, we can get to say that the possibility of seeing the market become more matured will be there and we might see some less volatility or some stability.

it is actually the usage around the world that would make the volatility to become less in the long run. That is what a lot of people are really not getting today.
When more people adopt bitcoins and bitcoin will become as a main stream of payment system then we can expect less volatility which may remain similar to how gold trades today. Cryptos will evaluate toward a momentary system, there could be no room of doubts in that.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: Ukraine plans to impose a tax on the operations with cryptocurrency on: October 09, 2018, 10:39:04 AM
How do they do that though? If all operations are encrypted, how would they know how much BTC, ETH or whatever was transferred. And how would such tax count: at the time of transaction, or at the time of paying the tax? Because we all know how volatile crypto is, someday you'll sell BTC, for example, for 7k$, then, at the end of fiscal year it will cost 10k$. Whats then?
Just creating the laws to try to regulate something like bitcoin is proving to be an incredible complex problem, so the implementation of those laws is going to be even more difficult, the truth is that as far as we know governments have no way to link every single transaction and address with a name and if they cannot do that then their capabilities for taxing bitcoin users are going to be very limited.
Well, but at least, they are making some attempt to see how they can simply just keep going about the regulation than keeping quiet about it. Yes, this is certain we will get to see more of news like this in coming years and it won't be that easy to implement most of the time unless you have to convert to fiat which most of the regulations would have to be done on the local exchanges of each country and this is where you really do not want to get on the nerves of the government thinking you can evade and get away with it.

Obviously, P2P transactions cannot be easily taxed as it cannot even be traced to a particular person, but however it is, I believe the whole taxation thing is going to work for a system with a good framework and it is a lot better than fighting it anyway.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins for buy now on: October 09, 2018, 05:53:42 AM
I don't think you need to be confused to determine which altcoins we should buy, because I think all altcoin prices are experiencing bearishness which is stagnant without significant up and down movements and on average all altcoin prices are currently very cheap if compared to the beginning of the year or mid year, but all altcoins are showing a pretty good value improvement chart, I suggest you to buy a top 10 altcoin version of coinmarketcap
This is not even a question anyone should be asking. Certainly, there are so many altcoins, and people will come up with their own coins that are worth buying, but at the end of it all, you really need to be very careful what you are investing in, because what you will see as an investor is different from what someone else will see.

It is like some actually believe in investing in shitcoins and having someone like that also give the OP an opinion will not usually turn out well. In essence, due diligence is important and the ability to do some digging up and research on the team and product is what an investor should be looking at so as to be able to make the best decisions in the long run.

Let me answer to OP, you may go for buying ADA, Siacoin and Kick. Well, you asked for 3 and these are the ones I can suggest for you. The fact remains that there are so many other coins and tokens you can invest in with great potentials, but like they always say, you cannot invest in everything at once.

As I expect that these days, people should be able to do due diligence themselves and know the reason why they should be investing in a particular coin or token rather than asking random strangers what to invest in. This is your money, and you should really be putting your money where your mouth is.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: 8 EXTREMELY USEFUL TELEGRAM TIPS FOR YOUR ICO on: October 08, 2018, 03:08:57 PM
Some pretty good tips I must say. The thing is that a lot of ICOs do not really value the importance of keeping an active community and retaining that community in the long run. So far we have only seen how a lot of developers, usually just keep their investors in a limbo and not even having an idea what is going on and even after the ICO, there should still always be some community engagement going on as this how a project will be able to keep up with support and encourage by announcing further developments.

Airdrop is crap.Basicly paying for increasing a number. There won't be any new members which will stay and start convos there once the airdrop ended.
But OP is just talking the different one. In my experience also had not achieved anything big out of airdrop but had killed my time. Also I incurred negative income due to transaction fees for moving to exchange. Maybe airdrop works only for owners and not for its participants as per OP's view too.
394  Economy / Speculation / Re: Tomorrow is now. on: October 08, 2018, 02:05:37 PM
Yes, bitcoin can be a good store of value, the value of bitcoin can continue to grow and is very good for investment, and in the future bitcoin will be more popular and can be used as a payment method other than fiat.
This can be a store of value but you know even we cannot tell others to hop in they already noticed the growth of bitcoin market. They just afraid to joined because they might lose in this battle in crypto.
No one will actually get to tell them when the time comes, but the only problem with most of them is that they end up joining FOMO at the end. Anyone who understands that this is evolution of money taking place and the chances of seeing this space develop and grow more than this in the future is definitely there, then, such a person will understand that this is something they should definitely not want to miss a chance to be a part of.

Surely, it is normal that in every adoption level, there will always be laggards hence at the end, it is just something we cannot help but end up seeing. Here, I heartfully agree with OP as bitcoin is already turning as legit thing which may be the case of store of value or medium of exchange but definitely moving toward a universally acceptable.
395  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy Bitcoin Now For end off year 2018 on: October 08, 2018, 11:34:04 AM
is this the right time for us to buy bitcoin?
It may not be a wise decision to buy right now if you believe the price will go off soon before 2018 ends. I mean it is a great idea to buy right now since the price is very low and certainly dipped but you should do this by knowing that you will never know when the price will go up, maybe it will go up before 2019 or maybe it will go up in may of 2019 or maybe it will go up in 2020 and spend all of 2018 and 2019 low. Buy if you can hold it for long enough to wait, if you can't wait and the bitcoin needs to increase before 2018 ends than do not bet your money into it.

I will learn more for coins in the market.
I never recommend to go for any other coin except bitcoins even some of altcoins have performed in the past. Keep your investments within bitcoin and you will never get disappointed. Yes, altcoin investments are very much similar to gambling and the chances for your success is only less than 50%.
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's are you expectations about cryptocurrency at 2020 on: October 08, 2018, 09:10:11 AM
2020 means 2 more years, enough time and I think have many important things will happen in the next 2 years. crypto will continue to be popular, help everyone and can solve problems that we often encounter today. indeed there are many obstacles and attacks from the other side, but the right will win and according to the will of the community.
That is actually enough time indeed to expect the best to happen. I am sure by then we should have already started getting close to mainstream adoption and there would have been huge development in the crypto sphere. Cryptocurrency is the future of money and it is good things a whole lot of countries are beginning to accept that fact.

What is important is to know that as long as we start seeing real life usage across board, things would have changed and I believe in this coming years, this is something we will eventually get to see anyway. But honestly, I expect a lot of coins to end up dead in the long run and those are the ones without a real life product and all they are just good for is pump and dump in the crypto space.

By 2020, I expect a lot of changes in development to have occurred. Probably by then, the scaling issue of bitcoin would have become a past, we would have started seeing many avenues that permits real life usage and certainly with things like this, we will get to see mainstream adoption. Now, in cases like this, only coins or tokens with product will be able to stand.
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good bounty campaign to start right now on: October 08, 2018, 05:23:57 AM
there are many campaigns now every week out of new campaigns. but the results were not as good as last year. yes, this is what I feel right now
Another better option is trading, I think you can do it and not focus on the bounty campaign.
The results are still not bad. There are so many good projects, with great idea and product popping up daily, and you only have to be able to do your digging to be able to find them. At least, recently, I bumped into lynked.world and I must say it is a pretty much interesting project, as well as so many others like Eternal Trust, KubitX and the likes. The thing with finding a bounty is to filter out what you would not want to invest in if you were to be using real life money and concentrate on the ones that would give you something substantial in the long run.

Yes, there are sites in which the bounty is all automated and there is no need to submit reports, and this simplifies the life of all bounty hunters.
The fact that you get to see sites where everything is automated does not necessarily mean they are good bounties. What is very important when it comes to selecting bounties is just to try as much as possible to do your own due diligence. In that way you will be able to eliminate the bad ones from the good ones and channel you focus on the good ones. A lot of people think it is the number of bounties that participates in those counts, but usually, very few quality bounties can be worth more in the long run than hundreds of shit projects.
398  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Solution for your market problems. on: October 07, 2018, 04:17:11 PM
the biggest problem . i wish the price of bitcoin rise up. because this month i lost 2000$ in trading Grin Grin
That should not actually be a problem, which is just a wish for you which obviously if you can be patient enough, you will get to see your rewards since that is what you are after.

Losing $2000 in trading is simply because you never took your time out to learn and it would be a good thing if you have been able to learn from your mistakes and have made necessary adjustments otherwise, the market rising eventually will not change anything as at the end of it all, you will still find yourself making the same mistakes over and over again until you lose far more than that. Have a strategy, stick to it, and build a confidence around it, as that is always the best way to go in the long run.
399  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Technique to plan and launch an ICO successfully on: October 07, 2018, 01:13:24 PM
Don't encourage more ICO's, there are too many of them already.

You are giving an idea to the greedy people that looks at ICO as a way to make more money through collection.
Unfortunately, either he is promoting ICO or not, people will always end up getting greedy but all he has said actually is nothing new. The ICO space is supposed to at least be a bridge between real products and decentralization as well as real life usage, but the thing is that this space has been turned into rubble as we keep seeing scammers invading the space and just stealing from investors.

It has become terrible to the extent that even the ones that eventually got listed still remain shit coins anyway. It is just a space that is enriching some and stealing from some, that is how I see it, and until we start getting to see some regulations, this is something we will keep seeing.
400  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading outside of crypto? on: October 06, 2018, 03:26:50 PM
If you really want to go outside crypto, you will have to understand where you are going into in the first place and all the perks involved. The main reason why you have done so well in crypto trading and mining was because you did your research had to learn some few things to start getting something substantial from it in the long run.

Stock market, Forex or any other market is something you really want to do some study on your own, get to know what it is all about and how you can go about either trading in any of them before you even go ahead. They are totally different worlds and you have to thread them based on the knowledge of that particular space.
