I don't think so. I'm living in a poor people area for so long and people here has a traditional economy. Meaning, they do what their parents used to do like farming and fishing. Years ago, there was no internet connection here and now that there is, people are just busy browsing Facebook and not using the internet to earn money. The people that has an access to the internet years ago mostly live in the city. Even though , iPayYou doesn't look as good as other services such as Bitpay for example , they managed to make Starbucks accepting bitcoin in their official application and that's definitly an achievement for a new service like them.
