Your local moderator is the only responsible for it. if you report it to moderator they might not understand the problem because of language barrier
I guess the only thing I can do now is to keep on reporting threads that are not in the proper boards and hope the local moderator in charge will come online soon to follow up with my reports. Highly possible, also warn the threads in question that it is against the rule if you don't post in the right section for a specific thread. that way they won't create another thread in local board that belong to child board altcoin |

This will be a good idea but hard to implement, if someone wants to run a campaign that person has to pay for a little contribution of the server memory, let's just say a minimum of 0.10Bitcoin per month duration of the said campaign would be a good idea. But users who joined in that campaign would also need to post a 300 minimum of characters because the person behind the campaign want it that way which conflict every thought I knew about running a campaign the smart way. |

I'm planning to make my own Signature with "Silent26" bla bla design and just wondering if it's okay for me to wear a signature that I will create. Yes you can put your own signature and it isn't against the forum rules AFAIK. I've already done it a few times in the past. P.S That is why signature space is created to advertise yourself/anything that you would like other ppl to see. For the meantime if local moderator is missing in action just warn the topic and or a new one stating the fact that if oneself didn't read the sticky thread in our local board it doesn't mean you can just create a topic/thread that doesn't belong to the ideal/appropriate section.

If I think myself like this spammer how I'm going out of this new merit system? The answer is simple, let's go out to the field and we can talk about buying merit  if you see someone selling his merit in any way possible automatically banned that individual along with all those account he/she merited for the sole purpose of spamming/farming. that is incorrect, i do not have to. i see that most people are charging over 1% per day. i am charging 0.5% per day. now if a user wants to take advantage of the cheap rate, they will have to pay the escrow fee. me being a newbie does not change my terms For helping the community oneself need to make sacrifice to be deem trustworthy, however, oneself could also use it as a diversion for oneself original plan. Why does it have to anonymous ? Pretty sure the mining farm will be operated legally on the land it’s mounted on.How come one wouldn’t expose his ownership if he’s running a mining farm ? What would you do with the video anyway ? Maybe your objective will make it more obvious as in why you are doing wanting to do this anonymously ?
There's a lot of way for an example: oneself could present the video as his/her mining farm and start a mining opportunity online which he could use to scam someone with a promise of ROI, or pyramiding scheme. |

We could also award someone with bitcoin upon achieving a certain amount of merit, however bitcoin payments were only happening in the sig camp, and I doubt anyone has a spare btc to someone. a lost bitcoin is a donation to everyone :-D
All day we spend our time to make the community a good place and new ranking system was introduced, hence the possibility of spammers in this community will be lessen in a year.
