381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your opinion of Bare Knuckle Fighting and where to bet? on: April 13, 2019, 08:54:35 AM
Knuckle Fighting is what boxing was in the old days before people thought about boxing gloves, people were fighting this way hundreds of years ago. I think this is to violent for the modern mainstream boxing fan.

Yeah right, old games like this shouldn't be broadcasted in a mainstream media, the game is to violent and for sure it's more bloody than any other types of fighting games, in terms of gambling or betting, if there's a demand surely sports houses will cater and open book for this game.
Though thats the format of original boxing yet in our time it is too violent specially that now younger and younger has an accessible to the internet so we must prevent then to become bloody mined children’s we need some gloves to cover hands whenever the boxer goes up the ring to fight and i believe that the old days has gone and this is the new generation that must consider the less violence community
382  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 9K$, China Banned miners on: April 13, 2019, 07:36:51 AM
Good news, China Banned BTC miners,Demand will be increased so Price will go up.

The statement is clear that china is Considering to banned miningbut that was not decided so there is only a possibilities and not reality

Though in some point that would have a good effect in bitcoin price and market will sure move but still we need to wait until things happens
So it is too early to count the checks from the eggs that is not broken yet
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Locking Bounty Rewards To Avoid Dumping on: April 13, 2019, 02:02:54 AM
So there's this campaign that I've participated that locked bounty rewards in the hopes of avoiding token dumping. As what I expected, the dumping still happened. What's even funnier is that it is now the bounty hunters who complains unlike before where investors blame bounty hunters  Grin
Theres a same occasion that i have joined in telegram that the team Freezes the bounty for 6 months to avoid necessary dumping but as expected the price dumps more lol
Quote
If there's any coins or tokens that should be locked, it should only be the team's share (or maybe add those given to advisors). Both parties (investors & hunters) have invested either money or time to get their share and they should not be subjected to such restriction.
There’s no locking that must happen, because the successful projects will progress even the hunters dumps all their bounties
Quote
Instead of locking, teams should just concentrate on other methods such as buy back and loyalty rewards to lessen the chances of price crash.
And also they must find investors, lure them because of the project goodness and if this not happens so it only means the project is not worthy of trust
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins Delisting on: April 13, 2019, 01:42:28 AM
Well all exchanges need to take care their reputation, they need to maintain their credibility to maintain the volume of traders coming to their platform everyday. This only  be happen if they got a good coins to be traded, which traders will assure to have buy and sell every minute. Then coins delisted came out, they need to eliminate those bad coins which make their exchange looks dead.
Right mate because traders can be lured with the exchange good reputation and this can be damage by shitcoins or non active currency, thats why some exchanges need to delist thos inactive coin and may listed again upon activity depending to the dev of the said coin and the decision of the exchange company.this has same issue with Coinmarketcap in which some coins need to be delisted
385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Trader Brutally Tortured on: April 12, 2019, 03:02:46 AM
A crypto trader from the Netherlands had been brutally tortured in front of his 4-year-old daughter, by 3 suspects disguised as police.  The investigator suspected that the criminals stole some private keys, passwords that transferred the victim's fund to the suspect's wallet. How could the criminal know his a trader and identity, location? Could this be an inside job?

More information here:
Quote
This is the same reason why i am always against sending KYC in not so important matters here in crypto, specially when joining bounties because of the risk like this, earning small amount weekly (and sometimes a chance of being scammed)but obliged to give our identities

Hope this will serve as examples for those bounty hunters and investors as well to keep the security always and never just trust anyone for our identity
386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin could still crash below $3000 - Vinny Lingham on: April 12, 2019, 02:55:05 AM
Bring it on lol 😂

Would be very happy seeing the price of bitcoin drops even below $1k so this means opportunity to become a millionaire for me with investing only in bitcoins

But the sad part is i have read several predictions about this low yet nothing comes to reality,is there any chance that one of these predictions brings me what wish for?i

Well there is still a chance that it will go down, but every speculation need to see the market situation for now bitcoin still rally to going up and it form a quite hard support, so to fall down below 3000 it will need time and some bad news, which is not happening yet, we need to keep positive mind, putting too much negativity will make you choose the wrong decisions
But it seems that the rally end up today?looking at the market this morning just to find out the bloody value of all currency (though there are few still in green)maybe i need to sell out and buy back later, will decide later today

BTC has another minor rally. Fundamental still the same. Remember to take partial strategic profit and don't forget your stop loss and some on holding too. To cover all case scenario.
Then what can you say that after almost 24 hours of posting this bitcoin drops %7?sitting at $4,958 and has a market capitalization of $87 billion?what can we call this “minority BEARISH?lol

But i am still optimistic that this are only a small dump and will followed by pump within days
389  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How Much Can Someone Realistically Make From Airdrops in 2019? on: April 12, 2019, 01:39:07 AM

Blockchain was giving away Stellar Lumens valued at $25. That is a genuine airdrop but again you need to complete KYC to get it. Make up your own mind if your personal information is worth the money.
Thats it mate for few bucks our identity’s will be exposed and may use for another interest of the team and whats bad about this is the chance of being paid, just like what this other post says

~snip
That's right, now to get $5-$10 from airdrops is difficult and few airdrops need KYC.
Most of airdrops is scam and their tokens is not have a price.
This is my list of airdrops that i joined and most of them not give rewards. More than 50 Airdrops i add to my list from first 2018.

For how many airdrops he had joined, only few give rewards and this is frustrating thats why for me this airdrops are waste of time and effort to expect gains in exchange for KYC

There is a thread created something like this before and i hope this can be added for reference also

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4264404.0

And another one is to find scam sites

Hoping the threads is helpful for others and most importantly for newbies and those who love to browse via internet
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to Create a MyEtherWallet on: April 11, 2019, 02:44:50 PM
Hello everyone,

I have written this article to help anyone who wants to create a MyEtherWallet, if there is any feedback to the article, it would be very much appreciated. Also I would check out the platform I wrote the article on, I see it as the next steemit and you can earn tokens for writing content and upvoting articles.

https://www.publish0x.com/crypto-101/how-to-create-your-first-crypto-wallet-with-myetherwallet-xdqde?a=GELe3POa69

Also if you have any ideas of what I should write about, leave a comment!
DO we really need to have a tutorial just to create My Ethereum Wallet?this sounds weird because anyone can create MEW at any time in the most simplest way

But since this was created to help others specially those newbies here, but i guess its much better to create something that can help about security because we know how many times MEW platform has being hacked

Anyway thanks for this as a contribution for someone who not know how to create one
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why cryptos are facing such downfall? on: April 11, 2019, 08:52:48 AM
You name it, I will say it's falling. The rise and fall may be a part of a game, but just in a year, the value is getting less and less. There are several reasons behind it. Like volatility, bad press, stringent government policies, less security and many more.

Are you still investing in cryptos? If yes what do you think is the reason behind it and please share your views so that people who are investing and wanted to invest can learn more.

You have already mentioned everything that causes the downfall of the price so what are you asking now?you wants us to give specific answer in regards to what we think is?
Yes i am still investing in crypto because i took advantage of the lowest prices the bear market brings and now i am pretty sure of profit when the bull return and i guess were in the starting point now
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency investment on: April 11, 2019, 08:42:34 AM
I used to get worked up over a loss in cryptocurrency not until I realized that these losses can be mitigated using the right investment strategy.
Investing and holding a coin is not the issue here, the issue is knowing when to sell.
The most successful investors are those who know when exactly to sell.
And to do that, one need doses of patience so as not to fomo and sell at loss.
The difference between the rich and the poor is simply the ability to know the right time to sell.

Not just selling is important because we must also learn when the right time to buy, because before having a target price to sell we should know about how much the capital and in this the buying timing is needed.so what this means we must know when to buy and also the selling.
394  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Delete Telegram Message! on: April 11, 2019, 08:31:33 AM
                                         ~snip~

The feature you mentioned has been here forever yes but not the ones Shasan mentioned where basically If I'm chatting with you, you could delete my own messages from both parties and not just yours.
Is this a new feature?didnt know that theres such though i feel safer because i never answered anyone who sends me private message and report instantly as spam
Quote
Taking screenshots is not really that useful because one can always deny and say the pictures have been photoshopped. Exporting the chat history is also not useful because it will result into an HTML file that can be edited afterward.
WEll thats the sad part since on those everything is editable so the issue can be denied at anytime
Quote
So, It's better to avoid Telegram or any other chat method really. Keep it to private messages in the forums.
But most of the campaigns now requires joining telgram group,so better that keep safe in using and never entertain anyone in your inbox unless you are the one who started the conversation
395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Regulations only for BTC to increase in FIAT value? on: April 11, 2019, 08:11:39 AM
Dont know why people do forces out that thing about Bitcoin replacing Fiat yet this thing wont really happen even on our dreams.Traditional market would retain and as long there are
governments who do hold up, they wont really let those things to happen thats why dont really expect that this scenario would be plausible.Sad to say but in further for bitcoin to be recognized, regulation
is one of the ways.
Agreed on that mate, bitcoin will be the future currency but Fiat of paper money will remain as traditional transactions are in need of this mode of Payments

And besides cryptocurrencies needs being online means internet and electricity must be in action for the transactions be succeeded while traditional will not.regulation can be done for recognition but with our concent as crypto community,so the people of the government cannot take advantage of the situation
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen in the new bullrun without the past huge power of Tether? on: April 11, 2019, 07:43:57 AM
Bitcoin is gaining momentum for the next bull run which this time will be in real greenbacks.

The next bull run is THE bull run, in U$ cash.

The Fed keeps printing dollars, China keeps printing Yuan, Europe keeps printing euros. They've printed U$ 300 trillion in debt that nobody's gona pay.

The next banker-created crash will make Bitcoin into digital gold.
Atleast theres a more positive reply from this tether thread lol

I believe that bitcoin can mooning without tethers interventions as we need are investors ,i mean Real investors that will trust crypto all the way and not just to profit and leave

                                      ~snip~

I think that's not the main reason why bitcoin was all time high 20k.
There are much bigger reason and one of the because lending ICO with super ROI and ended scam, and that's why the price dropped so much also
That’s another answer mate, those damn scammers brings this market to the lowest and that must be stopped
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Boycott CNN - Spreading negative news and mentioning we are begging whales on: April 11, 2019, 06:58:11 AM
The way i see it?why affected on their statements when that is really true?many of us are looking for another player to enter and buy crypto to help the market grow and i see nothing wrong about this

Looking for investors is just like a real state agenthos asking for someone to buy property because this will bring him profit same as the company.

So whats the problem about that?you are just exaggerating to react mate.dont take it seriously instead use this as motivation
398  Economy / Speculation / Re: The BEST time to buy bitcoin is not there yet. on: April 10, 2019, 05:51:22 AM
as for 2019, the most likely highest price i will be 4k to 5k, very unlikely we are going to see anything above that.

The worst possible thing to hear this year... 💔

BTW, I think that you should post your analysis in Wall Observer BTC/USD thread.
But we’re just in Q2 and already having that more than $5k value,if this will continue then what according to this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5129663.0 will happen and that 7 weeks may surely brings us to that $6k breaking and again may test the $7-8k but ofcourse everything is speculative and no one can really tell what would be the value for tomorrow
399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin posts seven consecutive weeks of gains on: April 10, 2019, 05:29:21 AM
Is this also the time to begin listening to Tom Lee's advice again and start looking for a bitcoin bear to make fun hehehe?

I reckon most of us only begin listening when everyone is dumping which ends in losses.

Lol, I'm not good at making meme but I'm sure there could be thousands of meme on Jamie Dimon or Warren B floating around. I don't know about Tom Lee though, we all know that he is a perma-bull so I guess it doesn't count. Smiley
Yups for how many times Tom Lee release a predictable comments in 2018 but none of them comes closer to expectations, though this time its kinda near but yet people don’t wanna believe him now

But about OPs link if this will be reality then storing bitcoin now is a good strategy, but I doubt since for how many chances people are victims of misleading market prices so keeping assurances won’t provide losses at all
400  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Saving your private key in your email is a lethal move on: April 10, 2019, 05:18:08 AM
Finally I decided to USB flash, but I'm not sure that's safest place.
Storing private keys in USB FLASH is safe as long as they aren’t in the hands of an attacker. I hope you have hidden the USB Flash is a safe place.

But the first safest option is HARDWARE WALLETS, second USB FLASH, third is a paper wallet in my opinion. But paper wallets has some risks unless the user laminates it.

@OP, you may want to check this article for all the best possible options.
Yups that’s totally safe as long as the USB will remain safe and other than that i guess writing in paper will also beneficial for us and our successors as we really don’t know what will happen in future and accidents happen in none expected occasion
I have written my private keys in separate formats an gave to my children each they deserve so when time comes I’ll passed in unexpected ways they will continue my legacy here in crypto
