3821  Economy / Services / Re: CryptoTalk.Org Signature Campaign [Yobit Panel] on: November 19, 2019, 10:26:23 PM
I wore cryptotalk's signature in the first day and since posts in local boards weren't being counted, I removed the signature. The next day, news was reported that posts on these boards were then being counted. Upon entering the site, the message that appears in my "Bitcointalk UID" is "disabled for inactivity". Got a chance to return to this campaign?

Thank you!

This has been how the system work in the past until now, nothing was change except the limit per day.
I am not sure with this recommendation, but how about changing your email, maybe this would work for you, and don't forget to give some feedback after.
3822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How many ICO and IEO are you already following? on: November 18, 2019, 11:36:30 PM
The quality of projects where you are taking part means absolutely nothing. Much more important parameter is the quality of chosen projects, because with one shot, you can make yourself rich and by taking part in 100 bad IEOs/ICOs, you will only lose money.
It's possible with careful analysis on the project we are investing, though we can never guarantee that a project will succeed, at least with our effort done before risking our money, we will not regret even if it will fail. I would always agree that quality over quantity is more important here as this market itself are even telling us that only few number of projects are legit, the rest are just scams.
3823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 18, 2019, 11:16:18 PM
This is remain to be seen as SMB is mum on this issue. Personally, i like Wells to be deported lol, just kidding, don't like imports who got attitude problem, they are always a problem to their teams, seen that regularly in the PBA.

The thing is they got problems at the later stage, if they only know that in the beginning, maybe they can find a suitable import for them.
it's a struggle for the SMB to get their grand slam, and if they loss in the elimination, I am pretty sure a lot of teams would be so happy.

Do you also notice how the Northport are doing so far?
I think they also have a shot to advance, I can't tell but I have a big feeling Stand would help this team.
3824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will IEO be good in the future? on: November 18, 2019, 11:35:25 AM
but to buy IEO on large exchanges with good projects is difficult because there are limits and number of buyers,
We need to support other exchanges then, let us not allow that big exchanges will monopolize the market because it will likely result to hype only and eventually the price will dump and some investors will loss their money because they got disappointed.

When we have more exchanges to cater good projects, there will be a balance in the market and less manipulation is going to happen, that's what we need so this market will look stable.
3825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 18, 2019, 11:18:42 AM
It's an early celebration for their coming championship this season.
yeah its too early because the real battle is in the playoffs.

Just one wrong move which they make could lose all the efforts of taking the 1st spot or the 2nd spot in the season.
It wont matter anymore and wont be written in history.

This is also why they are saving energies of their superstar and somehow keeping them safe to avoid injuries.
They are already preparing them for the playoffs even though it is still far away.

The real value of Lebron James will be seen in the playoffs, once he is in the playoffs in the past few season, he always get to the NBA finals, just last season he miss the playoffs so probably he would be in the Finals this season too, however, the journey would be harder because he is the West, if he was able to dominate the teams in the East when he was still playing with the Heat and the Cavaliers, in the West its gonna be a different story.
3826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again on: November 15, 2019, 02:11:19 PM
Bitcoin still continues to suppress other altcoins and BTC dominance continues to increase.
it doesn't continue to increase, I've been monitoring it on a daily basic, it reach like 70% as its highest this year but current at 65% only.

But i still believe that altcoins will come back in the future. But it is impossible for me to know when this will happen. And until that time, i think it would be less risky and more logical to choose BTC as a safe harbor until this happens.
All of us are hoping for this market to grow but all of us also don't know when its going to happen.
I'm pretty sure you miss the last time this market boom, some people think its a bubble, because after that boom, it started to fall until it settles now.
its been 2 years more or less that we haven't seen altcoins moving its usually bullish move but we don't give up easily, things will eventually change and those who hold longer will surely benefit when the right time comes.
3827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sports predictions on: November 15, 2019, 01:23:53 PM
Im very confused how to win with high odds in soccer prediction. Because winning with low odds is very basic IMO ,
So you are saying that you can easily win in sports betting with low odds? did you keep a record on it?

i mean it's not specific but mostly low odds always win , the potential is higher unlike with high odds as its 50/50 chance wherein very unpredictable.  Is there any strategy you know except viewing their past game or history?

TBH, I don't usually bet on low odds as although it gives a higher chance of winning but in return of your amount risk, you won't be getting a good amount.
I like to satisfy myself by betting odds like over 2.00 and its really challenging but its possible, and I believe you can do that if you are good in the sports you choose, this is just about being more consistent in winning so you will be profitable in the end.
3828  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 15, 2019, 01:01:29 PM
Woops! Sounds like the same deal with Dwight Howard if I am not mistaken.
A daily contract? What is happening with the NBA? Why are they doing this kind of deals with professionals.
Is Melo really that bad for him to be in probationary period?
I dont think so. The guy is being too underrated. There are more players there which is not better than him and yet then have yearly contracts.

But as you said, it may be his last chance for redemption. Time to practice more and let them see what he is capable of.

Those guys are kind of in the later stage of their careers and these type of contracts benefits both to management in case they want to terminate immediately and to the player who wants to prove himself again. I think this is also needed to bring some players who once had an inflated ego back to earth.

I wasn't expecting the signing to be the honest since both Dame and CJ are good to play. This may turn out good for the Blazers since they're struggling at the moment.

It is hard to understand what's on Melo's mind right now. He is rich and is not young. But he still wants to continue playing professional basketball. Maybe he feels he needs to prove something? But his recent resume, is doesn't sound good. I hope he just retires. Or at least he should not accept daily contracts. It is degrading.

It's his chance now to show that he still has that skills to help a team, he also needs to understand that he will not be leading the team now, CJ is still the main man of the team and he was just sign to help a team which is struggling early this season.
3829  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC- When it back to 20k on: November 15, 2019, 12:09:24 PM
You are not alone even you have many people here who also feel the same way with you, I know how you feel, if you sell Bitcoin now you only lose 60% of the capital you bought for $ 18 thousand before, of course it hurts , I think you can trade your Bitcoin with Altcoin to look for profits to cover your other needs, if I were you I would survive 2020 soon, hopefully hope will bring you back to the price of $ 20k
It's okay to wait if you are investing for long term.
20K isn't an impossible price to achieved as BTC had already achieved that in the past, particularly during the last bull run.

The market is still here, its still alive and we are seeing a great development within that does not converted to a price appreciation yet, but its understandable as the entire market struggles.

Look at the big picture here, the future is bright for bitcoin because it survive and show some recovery this year, for sure it will once again pump in the future.
3830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Counted Or Estimate All Your Losses And.... on: November 15, 2019, 11:33:41 AM
The regret makes sense because no one enjoys losing money.

I am a gambler but I did not regret losing money as I ensure that I only gamble what I can afford to lose.
People will only regret when they go beyond their limit because they loss control and bad consequences happens.

For many years of being a gambler, I become more matured and understands that as a gambler I have more chance of losing that winning, so I make sure I always gamble within my limit.

3832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's worse: cigar addiction or gambling addiction on: November 15, 2019, 09:29:37 AM
If something makes you feel good after taking it, make sure to check the advantages and disadvantages, if the disadvantages outweigh that advantages then you really should not continue using it.
Those that are not harmful but have some advantages should be done moderately to avoid addiction.

If we refer this to gambling, this actually depends on the person's capacity to control himself.
Gambling should not be seen as a bad activity as it's a kind of activity that could provide the best entertainment we are looking, if we handle ourselves properly.

This even offers an opportunity for those who have skills in gambling, but since the reality is not everyone of us are winners, we should know if we should be aggressive or just do it moderately to enjoy, that way, we can prevent ourselves being addicted because we are honest with our real chances.

Enjoyment according to Google:
Quote
the state or process of taking pleasure in something.

Question is, can enjoyment and moderation exist side by side? They probably can but won't be that easy. You'll need to be very discipline to overcome the temptation to play thesame thing frequently for the enjoyment.
In my opinion, you should only "enjoy" what is beneficial (and not harmful) to you. Kill off the feeling of enjoyment whenever you are on something that does not benefit you. Just play  and aim for the price.

You will get a real enjoyment when you are not doing harmful activity and gambling is not harmful as long as you remain a responsible gambler.
if you close your mind and conclude that gambling is harmful then the government should already ban this, I mean every government in the whole world.
3833  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: November 15, 2019, 09:13:09 AM
I don't think that altcoins can become more popular than bitcoin, so bitcoin will always be ahead. Because Bitcoin is not just the first cryptocurrency, it is an idea of freedom, it is an idea that brings progress.
Exactly, it was created by an anonymous person and that makes this coin an exciting coin to invest.
We've seen enough that would convince us that this coin is gonna succeed, based on the articles that I read, it says that bitcoin was declared dead many times, so if its a bubble, it should not be alive now.

https://ethereumworldnews.com/bitcoin-btc-has-died-328-times-to-date-and-counting/

people trust bitcoin more than all the combine altcoins although btc has very limited functionality compared to altcoins which has a better use case.
So that reality alone tells us BTC will remain the king.

3835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never possible earn free bitcoin without work. on: November 14, 2019, 10:57:38 PM
It is just false advertising. Clickbait to get you to join up. Everyone does it so to stay coming up in the google search they must do it too. It isn't fair. If it is earned then it is not free. It is like saying you earn free money at work? They want to make more money and need more leads so they will use these tricks often.
It is really not fair. Someone says, earn free Bitcoin but needs first to comply with some requirement before you receive our free BTC. If we think and understand, it is clear that we still need to work in order to have some and actually, it is clear to understand that there is no free BTC existed today.
Even a simple click still works for me too and I feel disappointed that people keep saying we can have this free cause definitely I can't see the reality of this.
3836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project to invest. on: November 14, 2019, 10:31:40 PM
I primarily pay attention to the project team and how long the project has been on the market. I would not risk investing in new projects, because now it can be dangerous.
Good thing you know that.
But we can't just disclose to open up our chances to new exchanges if they have reputable and supportive team members cause they might also able to compete for those old projects existed. Trust can be hard to give and yes, it is only be given to those who could give assurance of its returns otherwise, we'll be bringing regrets in the end.
3837  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is BTC now ~$8,780? Simple... on: November 14, 2019, 09:22:12 PM
This is just like the same, why is BTC price is at $10k? Does it keep asking why it happens? Why there is a drop?

Because this is all about market fluctuations and we are facing it all the time, thus never wonder why we have such changes every sec or every minute.
For we can't hold the price any longer, we can't still at the top all the time, either we like it or not the market will turning up and down depending on the market flows.
3838  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any Impact of AI technology in Trading? on: November 14, 2019, 08:48:17 PM
AI in trading would be helpful and bring a huge impact that makes your work easy. At this age, many of us were relying on a machine and almost we have all that in our home. In trading, this is a perfect tool but other traders prefer to use it manually since purchasing AI is very expensive. However, all best result was relying on us and how we command AI through the setting on the program that AI had. But sad to say there's no perfect in trading even you use a tool with this.
Only those who have a lot of money could afford to have this. Think of ist price, it won't really give much appreciation in the market.

Yes, it can be helpful some matters especially in trading but can't let things happen and even controlled this new technology for what we would like to happen in the future. NOt only just a positive impact but also a negative one cause it only changed our mindset and relying on this technology it sounds like we did nothing.
3839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ATL] ATLANT World's Real Estate Blockchain Platform Price Speculattion on: November 13, 2019, 10:54:53 PM
Maybe this is due to the fact that the bounty distribution is already over.

However, as I check the volume and it seems like I didn't see an increase of volume, per CMC, the trading volume is only $472.

3840  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is Preparing For the Bull Run After the 4% Surge on: November 13, 2019, 03:08:05 PM
It wasn't surprising at all, the market move in a different direction all the time. If we take a look deeply at its changes since last month we can see that prices aren't moving fast. Though fluctuations seem to be rough and rude but not it moves straight down nor to keep moving higher.

If bull run never shows today it doesn't mean that we no longer experience it anymore. The moment will come for sure and it surely surprises us, it may be we say next year cause it looks less possible to happen this year.
