Rating and rating more. We really can know anything on some ICO right? But we really have full details: How many listing, price, company, etc???
I think its based on that ignite will rate the project, basically it will mention the team, price, target audience, project outreach, partnership, etc and then rate each section and compile them together to come up with master rating or the final ignite rating based on all the sections reviewed. Its a kind of over the top rating system which is really good work
