All of these leagues made an official announcement.

We could see a speculative price pump to potentially over $10,000 before the halving. In 2016 we saw a pump pew & then a dump post halving. There will definitely be some fairly significant moves in the short term future. I certainly wouldn’t try short term trading atm.

It seems that the players have returned to England, meaning that the match will start soon in the near future some of the big EPL teams also do the same where players must return to their respective teams. It will be more exciting in June where European matches will start EPL, LaLiga and Bundesliga are the most fans of course I want to see the Liverpool and Manchester city matches again.
It feels like a long time since we saw PL football. I think it will give everybody a lift in these tough times to see football again. Football is such an important part of so many peoples lives, it’ll be good to get a small bit of normality back.

tomahawk, that game was one of the best CL games I’ve ever seen, I didn’t think they would even have a small chance after losing 3-0 in Camp Nou.
It most certainly was the greatest 2 legged comeback in CL history.

It could be just a request for their player to come back and do some test wether they are infected or not. If no, then they will proceed to train for matches or some other precautions. Well it is still a good news and If thing goes accordingly then we might see some matches to be played at the end of this month ( the latest possible ) .
I don’t think we’ll see any games played until June but all PL teams will return to training 100% in May. It’ll probably be mid June when we restart tbh!

Imagine if half a dozen first team players catch the virus. Does the team list them as unfit to play like they have usually been doing with injured players and then continue the matches with other reserve players or do all the players in the team get quarantined and the league gets paused once again? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) We all know players catching this virus is inevitable That is the real problem here. FA can set up the league perfectly, they can even put whole teams into quarantine but there will always be some players who will not follow the rules and some of them will bring the virus back. There are also probably some teams which would like to see league scraped in order to avoid relegation. What if somebody intentionally tries to stop the league and force some decision? I think there will be some teams trying to stop the league due to the threat of relegation but if there's no more games this season a lot of clubs will lose lots of tv money so it might level out. I think the majority of clubs want to finish the league.

McAfee is a degenerate drug using weirdo, please disregard anything he says referencing bitcoin. Probably best to disregard anything he says about anything to be honest. The guys brain is mashed potato.

Maybe there will be no celebration when the players score and just stay quiet because there can be no crowd. This is not cool. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Yeah, that’s going to be quite sad, there will definitely be a lot less passion shown by players during games. Without fans football is nothing.

Less than 45 minute halves is a ridiculous idea, if they can’t continue with a normal game of football (minus the fans) then they might as well cancel it all. Ridiculous idea to consider shorter games imo.

There will possibly be a pump above $10,000 in the next week, if that happens then the price will probably have a bit of a dump shortly after the halving. We’ll then slowly see the price rise throughout the rest of 2020 & then see new highs in 2021.

There’s not much between Barca, Real, Atletico & Liverpool & Man City, they’re fairly closely matched for quality. I think the PL’s other teams are stronger than the beet of the rest in La Liga though.

Pogba's contract will soon end at MU and want to be used by Madrid to bring in this French star. According to news from football.london websites, Madrid will bid Pogba for £ 70. Pogba himself is reportedly challenged to start a new adventure in his career by playing in La Liga will se if Madrid can bring Pogba to Bernabeu?
It makes sense for both clubs this deal, I think you mean £70,000,000 though, not £70 ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

The price won’t rise sharply immediately after the halving. It always seems to take a while, I suppose once the reduced supply of new coins takes effect.

For 65-70 million City should sell Sane, he’s coming back from a really bad knee injury. He might not ever be the same player. They should sell & reinvest the cash in the squad.

I saw a rumour of Pogba to Real today, 70 million pounds. I think Pogba will definitely leave Man Utd this summer so that could be your first big transfer this summer boys. Also I think Timo Werner definitely goes somewhere & Sancho will be going for huge bucks.

This season has lost totally the interest of the fans. With discussions that I am making with people they do not really care anymore about the EPL matches and if Liverpool or any other team is going to get the title. All leagues are a mess and it would something just to be done to finish the league.
Probably they support a team like Spurs or Arsenal who have had crap seasons & now nothing to play for? Liverpool - About to win first league title for 30 years Leicester - Desperate to grab a deserved CL spot Man Utd - Trying to get into the CL Chelsea - Trying to get into the CL Wolves & Sheff United - Trying to get Europa League football (outside shot of CL spot) Then you have City who want to try & win the CL still Fans of all those clubs will not want the season to end. I’m sure all the crap teams down the bottom want to void the season but that’s not because they're worried about peoples lives. It’s because they’re having absolute failure seasons & don’t want to be relegated. For the integrity of the sport the season will be completed.

^ Sure! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) You could also take me football transfer bet if you want to. It's hard to define what a big money transfer move is tho. Is that anything over 50m GBP? I think yeah, anything above 50 million pounds is a big money deal. Put it this way, if your club spends 50 million on a player and he flops would you be disappointed?

@Avirunes
Grealish looks a good player but Sancho would be a real match winner, he’s played & performed well in the CL too.

The got a new meeting Today.
Every single team wants to continue the season, probably for the money. Some players will start individual training on the 4th of May (Lazio players).
Cr7 will come back in Italy this week according to rumors. A lot of players are still around the world. What a mess.
Glad to see Italy will continue, we now have Italy, Germany & the PL which are all looking to restart. I haven’t seen too many stories about La Liga, I would be surprised if the 3 I mentioned above finish their sessons but Spain don’t.

Everybody has different targets, it all depends how much it costs to live where you are, how much money you have invested elsewhere & your age. It’s an impossible question to answer but it’s definitely advisable to have at least some portion of your net worth in bitcoin.
