2942  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin climbs the price level to 27k, what do we expect next? on: December 27, 2020, 08:15:50 PM
Short term predictions are difficult to make but we will see new ATH after new ATH after new ATH in 2021. Big money is piling in & the supply of coins is drying up on exchanges. We are going to see $100,000 & above next year, it’s going to be glorious.

According to some news, Real Madrid are targeting Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden. He hasn't had much playing time so far and Real Madrid hope that they could exploit the situation and sign him. I think Foden is a very talented and promising player and he can prove himself better at Real Madrid.

Foden is a good young player but Real Madrid is a real pressure cooker. I don’t think it’d be a good move for him to go there, even somebody like Hazard can’t live up to the expectation at Real. Foden should stay at Man City imo.

City win and managed to be in position 5. it looks like City is ready to take second place or maybe it could become a great opponent of liverpool in the fight for the league
Although Manchester City did not have a good start this season, but they are now in a very good position. I hope to see them in second place in the points table in the next few matches. I think Liverpool, Everton Manchester City, and Manchester United will fight for the title in this season. Day by day this season is becoming very competitive.

The title race will end up being Liverpool vs Man City, all the others are pretenders who won’t last the distance. Those two have the best coaches & best squads, once winter really kicks in & injuries & fatigue piles up it’ll be a big battle of Liverpool vs Man City.

Happy Holidays everybody!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to everybody. It’s been a bad year for the world mostly but bitcoin is flying right now, those of us who are invested are very lucky.

Have a great festive holiday everybody.

25000 USD, incredible really. I never thought such a rise was possible so soon. It looks realistic now to see 100,000 USD for one bitcoin at some stage of 2021. This is beyond my wildest dreams.

Alaba's contract is going to run out at the end of this season. According to rumours, Manchester Utd manager Solskjaer wants to sign him. But in my opinion, Bayern Munich will extend his contract if they can come to terms with him. If it doesn't happen, then we can see him playing at Manchester Utd next year.

He’s a good player, I like him a lot. Bayern shouldn’t let him go on a free transfer so it’s possible he may get sold in the January transfer window for a smaller fee than he’s go for under normal circumstances.

There was a match between Leicester and Manchester Utd today. Both teams played a good and balanced game. I wouldn't be surprised if any of them won here. Manchester Utd got ahead two times in the match but Leicester managed to equalize the score and the match ended in a 2-2 draw.

Great advertisement for the EPL, two teams attacking, desperately trying to win the game. No bus parking, no defensive style, just attack. I really enjoyed that.

I think a draw is probably a fair result.
2950  Economy / Speculation / Re: Christmas 🌲 Bear 🐻 Already Started Munching! on: December 24, 2020, 02:57:41 PM
Some really misguided people in this thread. The halving wasn’t long ago, we are nowhere near where we were in the cycle in late 2017. That point is late 2021, there is a load more space for growth & price discovery. There is no bear market right now, we are fully in a bull market.
2951  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will COV-19 Be Upgraded to COV-20 in 2021? on: December 24, 2020, 02:12:52 PM
No, there is already supposedly a mutated strain of covid-19 in the UK. They are saying it’s no more deadly but is a lot more transmissible. We will see what develops but expect covid-19 to be around for at least another 6 months sadly.
2952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 24, 2020, 12:02:53 PM
Mourinho parks the bus often when he needs to but the problem is that it never worked in the Premier League. You cannot park the bus against teams which force you to play openly as they like to attack.Almost all teams of the Premier League play an open football and Mourinho park the bus strategy I think it will not work.

Mourinho won titles in the past playing this anti football, it’s very ugly but it has won him trophies in the past. The thing is when he won those trophies he was at clubs with multiple world class players, at Spurs he doesn’t have that luxury.

I think success for him this season would be top 4 & winning the Carabao Cup. They are not going to win the PL playing that way with those players.

Thomas Tuchel - PSG Manager has been sacked after PSG's performance in Ligue 1 as it seems. Bit shocking as I thought the board would trust him a little bit as he had good last season and given how we have been working after series on injuries and so. Anyway seems like time is up for him now.

(Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1342053100404822017)

I think he probably deserved a little more time. He did get them to the final of the CL last season which is impressive, I know they lost but it’s tough to get that far. He won the French title twice & other domestic cups, I’m not sure what else is expected of a PSG manager.

Great goal by Cavani to win Man U the game 1-0 against Everton. This puts them into the semi final, would be fun if they avoid Man City. That would be a great final Smiley
2955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple and two other executives are in trouble with SEC on: December 23, 2020, 02:40:02 PM
This is the well known problem with any asset that is centralised. Guys, do yourselves a favour & invest in decentralised coins, it’s the only way to avoid this kind of nonsense.

RIP heavy XRP bag holders.
2956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2020/2021 on: December 23, 2020, 02:36:21 PM
I also think Manchester United should win their match against Everton even with both teams fielding weakened sides but it is a knock out competition and anything can happen.

Stoke against Tottenham will be an interesting game to watch because Tottenham have lost their previous two premier league matches and need a boost but will Mourinho field a strong team? Spurs need a win to bring back some confidence ahead of their next premier league match on Sunday 27th December against Wolves.

I think both Everton & Man Utd will rest players. The thing is, it’s probably the only trophy they can both realistically win right now so they should be fighting to win it with full strength teams.

There is never an excuse to beat your husband or wife. If you feel like the pressure is heating up & there is a conflict brewing then leave the home & return a couple of hours later.
2958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin capable to recover from Financial Crisis? on: December 23, 2020, 01:59:39 PM
If you’re willing to hold bitcoin long term (and I mean for years) then you WILL make large profits. Too many people don’t have the required patience to be successful though, too many people sell when the price goes down & but when it goes up. Not everybody is cut out for crypto Wink
2959  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: December 23, 2020, 01:51:26 PM
Juventus can be considered a kind of outsider for this Champions League. We are fighting over our personal opinions really: I believe the odds of them winning are very good and I took my chances. They remind me Milan in 2002-03 when they won CL against all the odds  Wink

Juventus are definitely good enough to win the CL. They have many good players, any team that has CR7 is capable of winning it. The thing about the CL is that it’s just so tough to win, there are at least 6 or 7 teams with the quality to become champions.
2960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 22, 2020, 08:00:36 PM
Speculation has a way of making things real later on. I know Liverpool and Klopp will do all they can to keep Salah but as we saw with the Sterling drama and then Coutinho, they know if the player wants to leave, they will not stop them. I think most of this is just noise,,, Salah is always in the news for politics but he knows he cannot find love outside of Liverpool.

I don’t think he will go, both Real & Barca are broke. No fans in stadia means a massive loss in income so I don’t think massive deals like this will happen. Covid is destroying everything, including football.
