3861  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to buy? on: December 16, 2017, 03:31:07 AM
Hi, guys!
I am in cash in Bitfinex now, what would be your advise to do now? What coin to buy or to stay in cash? THANK YOU!

If you're just a beginner in trading, choose bitcoin as it's the safest and low risk coin.
Some beginners try to buy coins that aren't really familiar to them and it just end up a shitcoin and loss their money. We all see bitcoin powerful momentum and no doubt that even it had a downfall still it recovered quickly and skyrocketed.
3862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think BCH will replace BTC in the future? on: December 15, 2017, 09:44:04 AM
Bitcoin has its users, and it's enormous, and a fork cannot replace bitcoin. There are alt coins which have faster transactions, fewer transactions fees, and better block size. But as a replacement for Bitcoin, they have a long, long way to go.

Yeah there are some alts that have fast and fewer transaction fees and this is because of having a low demand in the market. And seeing the side of bitcoin and the insanely increasing of demand no doubt that the network will be slower yet with a high fee and it's reasonable tho.
Bch, a trying hard coin that fully manipulate by big whales won't replace the fact the bitcoin is the king and never will be dethrone.
3863  Economy / Marketplace / Re: LOOKING TO INVEST MY LIFE SAVINGS NEED ADVICE on: December 15, 2017, 07:36:32 AM
Hello,

I will advise you to never invest something you are not ready to loose.

Try with some smaller budget, learn from mistakes and then invest something more.

Investing life saving sounds pretty risky and dramatic to me Smiley

So true because some beginners want a sure and big profit so they tend to invest big without thinking that they might also loss big. Starting with small then just add little by little until you fully manage what you're doing. Using your life saving isn't a wise move and just use your extra money for investing.
3864  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Some Speculating Bitcoin To Crash? on: December 15, 2017, 05:36:20 AM

I could not understand why there are those who are also in Bitcoin yet are predicting that Bitcoin can go as low as $3,000 or even  $5,000 when a crash can happen soon. I am not saying that a dip -- a big dip -- will never happen but considering the things happening right now in the world of cryptocurrency, I don't believe that it can go as low as those figures.

Maybe if one day USA will decide to follow the footsteps of Japan in banning Bitcoin trading activities, then maybe it can be possible that Bitcoin can crash big time but even then it can still be able to recover fast due to people always waiting for an opportunity to buy Bitcoin cheaply.

Are you expecting Bitcoin to get so low once it crashed?

There may be some falls over a period of time, and that's quite normal, but do I expect a full crash nope. Why I am positive that USA shall never ban, Bitcoin is that the future's got permission from their regulator's, and since they have thier approvals and so much USA money involved in Bitcoins, I do not expect it to crash anytime soon or that USA to ban it ever. I would always say, buy on every dip, 40k is definitely coming.
When it comes to banning bitcoin, which is one thing that I am sure USA won't even do now. Nevertheless, if we are talking about an imminent crash, anything is possible. I am sure bitcoin is going to keep setting new ATHs but from the huge buys recently, and if it is not really a buy based on the adoption of crypto and just some set of investors who are just in for the profit, it should really scare anyone.

And that also sadden by many as bitcoin is somehow and trying to manipulate by some big whales and with their just one snap of their finger they can make it rise or crash. But bitcoin being fully decentralized they somehow having a hard time to take full control that's why they're creating their coins that they can manipulate fully like what happen in bch.
Those who wishes bitcoin to crash are the one's who wanna buy in cheap price like they missed the dips or they're the one who didn't believe bitcoin before and now regrets are in their face.
3865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you ❤️ crypto??? on: December 15, 2017, 04:31:50 AM
Surely everyone here is in love with cryptos, well why not? This is the next big thing in digital world. Cryptos especially bitcoin had touch many lives in every aspects, financial upgrade, no more debts and living decently like buying not only what's needed but also our wants. No doubt many are desperate to own some coins and taking all the risks and consequences that might block in the road to success.
3866  Economy / Economics / Re: Your bitcoin experience, how did it started? on: December 15, 2017, 03:35:45 AM
It all started about  four month ago, where my friend first introduced me to bitcoin but I showed little or no interest because I don't always believed in things like that. I finally get myself involved in bitcoin investment last month when the same friend of mine show to me his gain overtime and the performance of his trading is very outstanding in term of profit.
Same as you I did not accept bitcoin at the start but later on when I was in need of bitcoin I went o my friend and asked for money. She just told me that bitcoin is good source for it if you want money in one month why don’t you try bitcoin and that thing inspired me a lot and from that day I started bitcoin and now I am making bitcoin money so it had been very good to meet bitcoin at the first time.

What your friend gave you is for long-term benefit. You've asked for money but she gave you more than a money and for sure you owed her a lot. We have the same story as I always lend money to my brother but he told me that I might end up with a huge debt so I better be to do something and he told me this and I google it and found bitcoin an amazing thing that'll happen in this new era.
The thing is my brother didn't tolerate me for making that habit instead he gave me a thing that will beneficial for me and to my family for a long run.
3867  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your mentality after a huge loss? on: December 15, 2017, 02:37:43 AM
What do you do after you suffer a huge loss?
If you have more money would you again take the risk and invest or would you just stop trading and try to earn in some other way?

Sometimes I can't control my emotion after a major loss, I have mix emotions for myself and sometimes I feel so stupid. Also it always took a while for it to sink in my mind like I can't believe that it really happened. But of course I'm trying to control and manage all of it so what I'm doing is to have a break from it, try to unwind and picking up my thoughts. Sometimes trading make us go crazy tho. Grin
3868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: December 15, 2017, 01:32:42 AM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
If you can really can afford to loss your house just for the seek of buying bitcoin,  then it is okay.  But is totally not a good idea,  much better to find other ways to have bitcoin rathen than of selling your fix properties.  We know bitcoin isn't  stable and everything might be change.

It's not actually new as there's a family that sold their properties and bought bitcoin and now living every where and they have a good profit. But in the end of the day it's not actually a good idea though. You're risking you're family's safety just to know how far can bitcoin can take you. Well maybe luck find them but you should think that their luck mustn't be yours and we all have different stories to make.
3869  Economy / Speculation / Re: YOU ARE ALL STUPID - SELL NOW on: December 14, 2017, 08:23:51 AM
Good God, I've had enough. You will all lose your shirts when bitcoin hits the markets. You are not smarter than the big boys that run the financial industry.

SELL NOW YOU BLIND SHEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really, Wow we should listen to this expert, He is really concern about our investment and most likely care about us. look at his effort he created an account to bash Bitcoin.

 Roll Eyes

He did that coz he think he can convince a lot of people here to sell their bitcoin. And when majority of people sell their bitcoin, then it might affect the price. And when it drops, he will take advantage of it. I'm pretty sure he'll be buying more bitcoin if it will happen. Anyway, it's  his opinion, we can't do anything if that's his perspective in bitcoin.

Must be a good try tho. Grin
He's surely just trolling around and hoping that maybe someone will believes him and so spread the trolls with everyone.
Probably he misses the dip and wanting to buy again but it's too late for him so I advice him just buy now and shut the fuck up.
3870  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: December 14, 2017, 07:21:46 AM
Till this day im never find a restaurant that accept bitcoin as the payment. To bad its only in us. i wish it could be happen in my country but im just think will the price for the food would be same with paying with cash or not.coz bit coin have an extra expense when exchange to a real money.

Maybe the price will be just the same as paying in cash but what you should be worry is the transaction fee that's surely high.
What if the transaction fee that you'll pay is much more expensive from what you've eaten? Will you still pay with bitcoin?
We all know as the price is surging as so the transaction fee so better to think twice if you still wanna pay with bitcoin. Grin
3871  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will reach 20k price point before Christmas on: December 13, 2017, 12:28:58 PM
Judging the pattern and graph, I believe each btc will cost 20k before Christmas arrives. What do you think?
I don't think so that before Christmas bitcoin will reach $20,000. We do have our different desire for the price of bitcoin to increase and if that happens against to what I believe it will be great. But I don't want to expect more for today, other altcoins are pumping too. But if most of the holders on those coins starts to sell and after profiting on it will jump to bitcoin, $20,000 before Christmas or New Year is possible.

I beg to differ, the price point for btc was around 6k beginning of November, but now it's nearly 17k. Which also took a leap from 11k to 15k in less than 2 days. Therefore, 20k from 17k withing next 12 days seems very much possible and I am sure it will be pretty stable.

Well yeah nothing is impossible with bitcoin as we all witness its power within the past few days and proves that bitcoin is the king. Reading some threads and some speculated that we'll close the year by $15k and everyone was shookt when it actually surpasses it and now we're sitting in $16k and we almost feel that our Christmas will be more merrier than ever with the smell of $20k.
3872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Rising on: December 13, 2017, 09:36:15 AM
Ethereum is now at $469 and rising. together with Ethereum classic, they are the top gainers in the last few days. Is Ethereum the future? majority say that it is not scalable. how true is this
Well its a great news for those people who are holding ethereum in their wallet. Its good to know that not just bitcoin only are growing but also those coin followed to it. Its just a simple indication that ethereum was in improving and becoming competent in the market of cryptocurrency. Im hoping for the continue growing of this coin. And looking for it to reach $1,000 by next year.

Well eth just seem don't want to be left behind by the bitcoin surging price and will prove that he's not just an anything but a something that's promising.
So maybe this $1000 will be within our hands by first quarter of 2018 so let's put our hopes too high.
3873  Economy / Speculation / Re: YOU ARE ALL STUPID - SELL NOW on: December 13, 2017, 08:42:41 AM
What do you think of yourself? Making new account a brand new one and tell us that we are all stupid? Come on show yourself, you're just maybe a butthurt that sold most of your coins down from the thousand bucks floor right? Well I did sold earlier at $15,000 but that doesn't makes me stupid since I just need some bucks as I'm going to buy some of my favorite shirts.

Haha! That's a sure thing tho. Grin
He all just want to make a commotion in the community as so the weak hands will gonna sell and so be like him. And he's trying to troll everyone here but seeing the bitcoin users, they're more than careful and wise with their actions compare before.
It's fine to sell but just sell some of it, well of course just for our personal reasons and just for our keep safe.
3874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do I need to verified my bittrex account ? on: December 13, 2017, 07:28:24 AM
You like it or not, you need to verify yourself. Basic accounts won't work with them anymore and your account must be enhanced account and that's it. Biitrex account is the best trading platform and so I have nothing against with their new policies if it would mean more security for its users.

I have a basic account with them before and it works perfectly being able to withdraw but due to their new policy not allowing withdrawal without verification then there are many traders whose funds were trapped in there and some are unlucky because they use a different name that's why they can't be verified. Luckily for me, I don't have any funds left before they implement that but I am planning to deposit again but will verify first before depositing so that all will go smoothly. The coins that I want to trade are in there and they have high volume as well that's why I decided to go back.

Sure bittrex is a good catch for an exchange because of their high trade volume and have a user friendly interface but since of all these new policies I'm getting too sick in dealing them. I suggest that we should just shift to other exchanges that's not compromise their customers with that kind of action and sure we can find a good one.
3875  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: December 10, 2017, 01:24:45 AM
Bitcoin has pass through many stage, limitations, attack and forks issue but its price keep on increasing from inception till now. At this time Last year bitcoin price was $450 but today it is $1245 that was over 180% increment in just a year. This is what we call blessing, that is making progress in the face of strong opposition!!

This is so true. People often think of bitcoin as bad and say bad things about it as well. But, we all need to remember that bitcoin may or may not last forever. So, we need to be really thankful for it because it helps us earn a lot. We might regret losing bitcoin someday, when we don't value it more.
People always have a thinking that bitcoin is bad. This is just because of the increased negative information that get spread around the globe. This is truly a blessing, and if Op look the current price increase he could he mentioned it to be a divine blessing to the growing world needs.

If those people could open their mind about the use of bitcoins maybe they'll also receive and experience the blessing that you guys are currently enjoying. But how long will this blessings last? we are not sure what will happen in the future.

Since we didn't know how long we can have this blessings why not make the most out of it while we still have it. Maximize it while you can. Bitcoin had touch many lives like they really owe bitcoin a lot and by spreading the word of it is like spreading the blessings. Start it with your family, friends as so in your community and with this we just can help them but even to increase the demand of bitcoin and in return the price will also rise.
3876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone else feel unsettled about recent price? on: December 09, 2017, 12:05:10 PM
This recent boost in Bitcoin is a pretty big deal, but I'm kind of worried because it happened so fast. A lot of people were saying 20k by the end of 2018, but it almost hit it this year just a couple days ago. It is weird thinking that just 3 weeks ago bitcoin was at $7000ish. This massive boom recently makes me worry that the market is being manipulated. Hopefully it is just demand and not manipulation. I just want bitcoin to remain healthy.

It's really not far to happen or should I say that it's really happening now. It's quite saddening that it can really manipulate by the big whales the pumps and dumps that we're experiencing and we are just the riders of all of these and we can't do anything about it.
When bitcoin accelerated too fast recently everyone are like going crazy and don't know what to do, some are happy and yeah some are thinking if it's just a bubble than can burst out any time. But whatever the reason behind this, one thing is certain that we're all take profit.
3877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Jp Morgan invested in Bitcoin on: December 09, 2017, 10:03:44 AM
He is not dumb to hold US dollars in this current situation and the supply of BTC is limited, he has to scare others of it while he accumulates

We all know that it's still recession in US and yeah he's afraid to hold fiat as the inflation is at high risk and investing in bitcoin is an answered prayer for him. We knew that JP Morgan is a tycoon and an investor so he see it as a ton of money. And as investor, once they see there's a huge potential to it they'll think how they can have and get it in a cheap price like what JP Morgan did when he said that bitcoin is a fraud and suddenly the price crashes and he immediately buy in dip and take profit. No wonder for these people are damn rich now.
3878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i buy ethereum with all of my money ? on: December 09, 2017, 08:58:58 AM
Ethereum has great potential, and it's  a good thing investing in Ether but do not expect quick high ROI. It has more potential long term.
But remember to never invest more than 30% of all your saving (your money). It's too risky.

I agree as eth is really a good catch for investment but always remember that it's better to diversify our investment so if things won't work out the way it should be you still have something to get on your pocket and invest what you can afford to loss either going all in or you'll be a crying child later on.
3879  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do people actually buy coins with real life money? on: December 09, 2017, 06:49:53 AM
Well why not? There's nothing wrong in using fiat to buy and it's actually the first thing to use in buying coins. I used to buy bitcoin using it, I deposited money to my wallet and convert it to bitcoin and it's really hassle free. But I have a friend that didn't actually buy his first bitcoin as he earned it through faucets, and that actually surprise me so I tried it out and my bitcoin grew.
