Yeah, DEFINITELY use escrow for this.

May I ask why the anomosity here?  I understand a certain level of skepticism, but I thought I had been pretty transparent in my request?  I was very detailed when I said exactly when I would be available (and was up and posting at that time as well), as well said that I would be fine to use escrow but that I wasnt going to be paying the escrow fee.  I also offered to exchange in smaller amounts where the buyer would feel more comfortable and have less to lose.  On top of that, in my original post, I made note that I would be willing to talk to buyers before making any type of transaction (I understand that this is a ridiculous statement as a scammer would do the same thing) but nonetheless the due diligence was there.

After all of this, you continue to push that I not be trusted, (which is fine, I am happy to do escrow, but to reiterate, I will not be paying escrow fees) even after continuing to point out that I have a pretty solid reputation (due to the number of posts, the time frame they were posted in (not all in the last 24 hours), time logged, and most importantly the fact that a simple search would find that I have traded numerous times on this forum all flawlessly.

So this brings me back to why so much anomosity towards me?  Is it all charged towards skepticism because I am still relatively new?  I am trying to get a feel of how to change my posts in the future so that these blatant yells of scam do not cludder under my posts when I try to conduct business.
3862  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: (WTS) 50,000 XRP for 6 Btc or equiv Ltc on: May 08, 2013, 11:14:28 AM
Sale pending. Will someone offer escrow for this?
3863  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: (WTS) 50,000 XRP for 6 Btc or equiv Ltc on: May 08, 2013, 04:08:51 AM
Feel free to use escrow. You can pay the fee. I have completed sales and bought on here before while vbuilding up a good amount of posts and time logged. I understand trust is an issue, which is why i offered to break up payments. Go as small as you feel comfortable with each batch.

If you still want to escrow. Feel free to find and pay for it.
3864  Economy / Currency exchange / (WTS) 50,000 XRP for 6 Btc or equiv Ltc on: May 08, 2013, 03:44:43 AM
I have traded different times here before, but if you want to break it up into smaller lots that is fine. (1.2Btc per 10K)

My Btc address is
1EZSDrqehRo36rS45vTQJHvqA7PnR7CdQ9
please send coins then P.M. me the address you sent it from and your ripple address.

If you want to talk first that is fine too.  But just sending the coins would expedite the entire process and I can send the XRP quicker.

I am going to bed now, I will be up in about 6 hours and will check this thread and send all ripple that people have bought.  I dont think it will happen but if I sell out I will refund whoever came in later (First come first serve).  Otherwise I dont think I will be home until possibly late tomorrow in which case I will send all XRP then.

Thanks!

dang that really sucks, I was getting really excited for these.  But that sounds very sketchy to me.  Oh well...

Wow I apologize for sucking at reading.  Ok, 2nd PSU goes Molex straight to boards, then paperclip power supply to turn them on, then connect the boards to the main comp via usb, GOT IT!

Is there an order that I should turn this contraption on?  Like boards first then main comp?
3868  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Organizing CardReaderFactory Lancelot Group Purchase (100+ Units Confirmed) on: May 04, 2013, 11:50:23 PM
Still no response from blackarrow or cardreaderfactory. Going to be resending messages and posting in multiple threads in hope of receiving a response.

Scarab. Im trying to figure this out. I havr an extra psu for this but no extra comp to put it to. All the ones I have running have all their watts used by gpua. So I want the brick. Can I buy a generic brick that will work? Do the splitters come with the boards? And I wojld possibly be interested in a tower unit. But dont the pins they come with allow them to be stacked?

If you have an extra PSU to power the units just connect the lancelot units to the molex connectors and paper clip the 24 pin plug to turn it on. Google, "Paper clip turns on power supply". Or, purchase one of these for $7: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812201037&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-Internal+Power+Cables-_-N82E16812201037&gclid=CIqBodHO_bYCFcuh4AodvVcAtA

So what your saying there is that I still need the ATX Power Converter right?  Then I have my one main computer that has 4 GPU's running and its own PSU, and I plug in a different PSU to the boards through the ATX Power Converter, and plug all the usb connectors into the main computer I should be fine?  Essentially two PSU's, one to power my GPU's and the other for the FPGA's?  Why would I need that product from NewEgg though?

Sorry for being a noob, I am learning and promise to take everything that I have learned and help others Smiley

I guess depending on what the answer is towards the Power Supply issue, I would increase my order to 8 of them.  Might as well if I have to get 2 bricks anyway.  I understand that I would have to order those two bricks seperately, but if that is what it comes down to, increase my number from 5 to 8.

THanks,

Sorry to be a bother.  But it seems less efficient to have 1 brick powering just one device.  And let me make sure I have that right.  If I get 8 devices, and 2 bricks, then it should come with everything else needed to plug into my computer and start hashing?  Does anyone know a good setup guide?  Or have any other advice on what might need to be done to get these hashing as soon as possible?

I saw that the min had been met,but I was still wondering if I could get in?
3872  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Organizing CardReaderFactory Lancelot Group Purchase (100+ Units Confirmed) on: May 03, 2013, 10:46:20 PM
I would be down for 5 units, do I need to send satoshis somewhere?

If we are close to hitting order total please let me know, I might add on some more to get us to mark.

Also wil these come with power supplies?  If not how do we get those or where can we get them?
3873  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Mining Equipment! GPUs, motherboard/cpu combos, power supplies, and more. on: May 01, 2013, 03:13:09 AM
I am interested in the 4 6950's rig that you have (entire rig for 1200).  I am curious what the shipping on that would be to Kansas?  Also do you have a pic of it?

I guess I am wondering how you are getting 2500 Khash's on 4 6950's?  With the litecoin comparison guide the max I am seeing is about 500 hashes ea.  I may just be missing something, and regardless am still interested.

Is the site still not accepting new members?  I was trying to sell some freicoin there the other day, and couldn't register because their servers couldn't handle the load.  So I was wondering if it is open yet?  I am not so sure a bounty should be claimed when a site can't offer support to anyone wishing to trade there.
3877  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: BFL 5GH/s , 50GH/s for sale. on: April 23, 2013, 10:33:59 PM
I wanted to escrow because I wasnt comfortable sending my money with no insurance.  He wouldnt save it for me unless I paid now but wouldnt escrow now incase the price of coins changed. I will not send a penny unless escrowed btw.
3878  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: BFL 5GH/s , 50GH/s for sale. on: April 23, 2013, 07:23:32 PM
Offered $400 worth of bitcoin at day of shipping escrowed for 5 Ghs model.  Made a deal, but would not reserve it for me until I paid and would sell to someone else if they paid before me.  But my offer holds.

Please feel free to let me know when order is ready and we can begin escrow service.

Thanks

Is anyone else having this problem with PPcoin, I am using guiminer and it will connect and get shares for about 10 to 15 minutes, but then will go to connection problem, only does this for PPcoin, and I have tried ports 8322 and 9322.  Why would it mine fine for a bit, and then all of a sudden have a problem?  And it isnt a localized event, the same thing happened to my friend who tried to mine PPcoin at Coinotron.
3880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [Pool] Coinotron - LTC pool RBPPS = 2% fee, only 15 confirmations !!! on: April 20, 2013, 04:52:26 PM
Is anyone else having problems with guiminer saying "bad connection" only when trying to connect to PPcoin on Coinotron?  All other coins work fine, but whenever I connect to PPcoin, it will run for maybe 10-20 minutes and then start saying bad connection.  I have tried port 8322 and 9322, although 9322 seems to happen less often, it will still start to say that after 30 ish minutes.  It happens on the 4 different GPU's that I have connected and I know it isnt an isolated problem as my buddy was having the same thing happen to him the other day and he got so fed up he switched to Litecoin.  Any help or workaround for this or other people experiencing this problem?
