It is a restriction on some board where posts can only be deleted after 24 hours. It is common with application posts in campaigns where people withdraw their applications but can not delete at the time, then they erase info, and replace it with "deleted". I doubt that they will remember to come back and delete their applications next days. It is supported by that rule. They can not make a bump, then delete after few mins, and make a new bump. If they make multi bump within 24 hours, everyone can see it. 13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours per thread. Bumping multiple threads at the same time is allowed if it's not annoying. [2][e]

Note for the future: If I have a Sr. Member position open I will not accept a Hero/Legendary user as it's not only unfair to all the Sr. Members out there but if I forget that I hired you like that and then after a few weeks you message me and say "I ranked up, please move me up in the spreadsheet" (this has happened before) it just turns in to a mess. So please, if you see me announce a specific spot in the future don't apply for it if you don't match the rank.
Very fair management. A company allocates a slot for Sr. Member with a pay rate for it, so it is unnecessary to hire a Hero or Legendary user for company. I know the company will get higher benefits from A Hero / Legendary but if all things go like that, the company will rethink "Hey why do I need to spend more funds for Hero/ Legendary positions?" It is also a fairness for lower ranks. If they are good users, they should be given a fair chance to join good campaigns.
