برأيي هذه العبارة تبدو غير دقيقة.

لأنك سواء استعملت bitpay او btcpay يمكنك تعديل معدل العمولة من محفظتك.
أذكر في السابق لم يكن من الممكن تعديل الرسوم التي تحددها bitpay و لا يمكنك الا استعمال محفظتهم لكن قمت بالتجربة و اختيار الدفع عن طريق محفظة electrum و لاحظت انه يمكن تعديل العمولة.
network fee هنا لا تعني العمولة التي تختارها انت لارسال المعاملة بل العمولة التي يفرضونها هم على الشاري و تبريرهم هو انهم يستعملونها لتغطية تحويلاتهم بعد ذلك.
لذلك ذكرت ان العبارة غير دقيقة.

هذا بالنسبة للعمولة اما بالنسبة لسرعة التحويل فالسبب هو ان بوابة الدفع هذه تفرض ان تحصل المعاملة على 6 تاكيدات قبل تحويل المبلغ للبائع.

بالنسبة للحريف الفرق هو ما تم ذكره في السابق اي العمولة الزائدة و سرعة المعاملة.
أما بالنسبة للبائع أو المتجر فالفرق أن btcpay مفتوحة المصدر و لديك تحكم مطلق في محفظتك و التحويلات تتم مباشرة لمحفظتك و لا تعتمد على طرف ثالث ليدير العملية و ما يمكن ان ينجر عن ذلك من مشاكل اضافة للعمولة التي عليه دفعها لهم مقابل الخدمة التي يقدمونها.
الميزة الوحيدة بالنسبة للبائع هي انه يمكنه اختيار طريقة السحب. فالبوابة يمكنها ان تستقبل البيتكوين و تحول مقابله بعملة اخرى مثل الدولار لحساب العميل او حتى التحويل لحسابه البنكي.
بالاضافة لذلك bitpay تعتمد سياسة توثيق الحساب أي انه يمكن ان تطلب وثائقك الشحصية.

برأيي و بسبب ما تم ذكره btcpay افضل بكثير.

The first is a legacy transaction and the second is a segwit transaction.
For legacy transaction, the size is equal to the virtual size.
For segwit transactions, the vsize is equal to: (3*stripped size + raw size)/4

No, I believe it's ok and you can use LN and create channels even if you have a legacy wallet.

By using Segwit you will pay less fees as you can save up up to ~35% on fees per transaction and you will help the network overall since more sgwit transaction can fit in the bitcoin block.
Most services support bc1 addresses, so this is not really an issue and if you find a service that didn't upgrade it's system to support it yet then you shouldn't use them in first place and find a better alternative.

You can use some domain names generators such as namemesh (already suggested by joniboini), namestall, domainnamesoup... all you have to do is to provide some keywords and they will generate free related domain names. At least they will give you some cool ideas.
But keep in mind that your website popularity doesn't depend on it's url but on the content you provide and a cool name won't improve your ranking on search engines. So don't waste too much time on it.

Not sure if all of this was due to lack of professionalism or there is something shady going on here. Although, am not a conspiracy theorist, I find it hard to believe it was caused by high traffic.
Coinbase is the second biggest exchange and poloniex is the 12th, how didn't they expect such a rise in traffic and why they didn't get ready for it (knowing this is not the first time this has happened) and who is going to compensate traders for the losses they suffered during this downtimes?

As o_e_l_e_o explained above, yubikey will simply prevent the hacker from accessing your account if your login and password get compromised.
However, nor yubikey nor any any other 2fa app (google auth, authy..) will help in case the hacker gets access to the exchange's hot/cold wallets private keys.
Still, since it's a hardware device and the attacker will need a physical access to it then I assume it's more secure compared to other apps.

What makes me think that this is a scam attempt is that he told me he has been trading there for about 3 months whilst the domain name is only 4 days old:

They always announce it on their website. When there is a live party, you will see an announcement banner on top of the website with a link to the event. Besides you will receive a notification email few minutes/hours before the live streaming starts.

@clifjw, you don't have to ask anyone to help you with this. Check the file's signature for yourself and this is what you have to do with every software or file you download from the net.

What I would do, is to find an online service (exchange, web wallet...) which generates new address for each transaction and has no minimum deposit limit. Then request a new unique address for each of my inputs.
The service has to be of the custodial type so they will be in charge of consolidating the inputs.
It's not 100% effective, but it will make linking your addresses a bit harder.

أعتقد ان هناك خلط هنا بين العملة الالكترونية و العملة المشفرة و حسب اعتقادي المقصود هنا هو العملة الالكترونية و التي ستمكن من اتمام المبادلات بدون الحاجة لتبادل الاوراق النقدية المادية.
يعني ستكون لها نفس قيمة العملة المحلية لكن كل المعاملات ستتم بشكل الكتروني تحت رقابة البنك المركزي و هو ما لن يؤثر على البنوك باي شكل من الاشكال.

في الواقع هذا الحل يمكن ان يساهم بشكل كبير في انعاش الاقتصاد او على الاقل ايقاف النزيف الحالي.
مشكلة البلدان التي تعاني من مشاكل اقتصادية مثل لبنان هي بالاساس التجارة الموازية و التعامل خارج الاطر البنكية و خارج رقابة الحكومة مما يتسبب في قلة السيولة و التهرب الضريبي حيث لا يمكن تتبع المبادلات و فرض الضرائب عليها.
العملة الالكترونية يمكن ان تحل هذا المشكل فاي معاملة سيتم تسجيلها و تتبعها و ليس من الضروري الاعتماد على البلوكتشاين لانشاء هذا النظام.

هناك حلول اخرى لكنها ظرفية مثل تغيير الاوراق النقدية فيضطر الجميع لاخذ اموالهم للبنوك لتغييرها او ستصبح بدون قيمة. و من الحلول ايضا فرض ان تتم اي عملية مبادلة تتجاوز قيمة معينة بشكل تحويلات بنكية.

مثل هذه الاخبار يجب اخذها من المصدر الرسمي فكلنا نتذكر خبر تعاقد تونس مع شركة روسية لاصدار عملة مشفرة و الذي فنده البنك المركزي التونسي لاحقا على موقعه الرسمي.

استعمال الدولار في هذا المثال بالفعل بسط الفكرة بشكل كبير و جعل استيعابها سهلا جدا على عكس المثال الذي استعملته انا 

المشكلة الوحيدة و التي يجب التنبيه لها حتى لا يقع اي لبس هي ان قيمة العمولة تقوم على معدل العمولة fee rate و حجم المعاملة. المشكلة هنا ان حجم المعاملة يختلف حسب عديد المتغيرات.
يعني اذا كان مبلغ 10 دولار كافيا للمعاملة الثانية يمكن ان لا يكون كذلك للمعاملة الاولى اذا كان حجمها اكبر.

اسف على التركيز على التفاصيل. يمكن ان تبدو بديهية لمن لديهم معرفة بهذا المجال لكن يمكن ان تخلق خلطا للاخرين.

اريد ان اضيف نقطتين لما ذكره الاخ ميكي في اجابته:
النقطة الاولى هي كيفية حساب العمولة لتحفيز المعدنين على تاكيد كلى المعاملتين. لناخذ المثال السابق، عند ارسال بيتكوين الى محفظتك بعمولة sat/b لنفترض ان العمولة المقترحة الافضل هي 100sat/b. لتضمن تاكيد كلى المعاملتين عليك دفع 100sat/ لكليهما و ليس الثانية فقط فالمعدن سيضطر لتاكيد كليهما.
للقيام بذلك عليك احتساب الحجم الجملي للمعاملتين و اضافة العمولة اللازمة.
لنفترض ان حجم المعاملة الاولى 1000byte و المعاملة الثانية 1500 byte اذا الحجم الجملي 2500.
بما ان العمولة المقترحة هي 100sat/b سيكون عليك دفع مبلغ اجمالي
(1500+1000)*100
اي 250000 ساتوشي
تقوم الان بحذف العمولة التي تم دفعها في المعاملة الاولى اي 1000 ساتوشي و تقوم بقسمة الباقي على حجم المعاملة الثانية للحصول على معدل العمولة الصحيح الذي يجب دفعه اي
(250000-1000)/1500 = 166
رغم ان المحفظة تقترح عليك 100sat/b لكن في الواقع عليك دفع 166sat/b

اسف ان كان الشرح غير واضح ولم اشرحه بالشكل الانسب.

النقطة الثانية و هي مهمة جدا و هي انه ان تم الغاء المعاملة الاولى لسبب ما سيتم الغاء المعاملة الثانية كونها اصبحت غير صالحة لاستعمالها مدخلات غير موجودة.
