3901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Ditcoin - First Business Driven CryptoCurrency based on Asset on: December 01, 2017, 11:47:23 PM
I want to know the minimum goal funding of ditcoin as well as its maximum goal funding please.
Did they already achived their soft cap if there's any? Cause i cant see deyails about that matter.

As I read in the first page, there's no minimum cap for this token. And as for the unsold token they'll burn it.
Oh well, I'm just wondering too why there's no minimum cap.
3902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I trade my btc for waves? on: December 01, 2017, 02:01:52 PM
I have btc and also bought waves.  However i feel like i want to have a lot of waves.

I posted in a thread asking would it be a good idea to trade all my btc for ETH and almost everyone said no that is bad idea.  Well what about waves?

Which idea is worst?  Trading most or all of my btc for ETH or waves?

Don't ever do that or else you'll regret it with your life but if you really want to buy just use some of your bitcoin but don't go all in. You're like exchanging gold to silver and remember not to put all your eggs in one basket.
Personally, I prefer eth over waves as I see much brighter future with eth but just to make all this work just diversity it with eth and waves.
3903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin price back to 9.5k$+ ? on: December 01, 2017, 01:02:57 PM
don't worry, it will probably grow again Smiley

Everybody should be used to it by now as it's always happening right in front of our eyes. Just see the graph and look how it dance as it moves up and down so nothing to worry about. Another forks are coming this month so better hold and wait for the drama to be over.
3904  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 0.03 BTC to 3 BTC Challenge on: December 01, 2017, 10:58:42 AM
Is anyone else taking up this challenge?

I saw some threads similar to this and they're up to challenge but I'm like a pessimistic here. But i guess they know how risky it is to profit ×100 from your capital and still they follow what's their heart desires.
I'm not sure what's their strategy like if they day trade or swing trade and how long they'll do it but when you have a clear target in time you'll be able to acquire it.
So good luck brothers!
3905  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there any good news about Bitcoin from your country? on: December 01, 2017, 09:47:13 AM
What do you mean good news? How many users? Or maybe how the government recognizes Bitcoin?

The bitcoin enthusiasts are still have at low percentage even though there's a few people who put their interests here despite of our large population. People here in my country don't see yet the beauty of crypto currency plus the people who think bitcoin is a scam especially when they saw it on one segment in TV claiming that bitcoin is a big scam. Instead of helping the community to spread and raise awareness they mislead the public for what's true and this really saddened me.
And our government they're still in silent and the users are still awaiting what will be the government first step in regulating bitcoin.
3906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex verification stuck on: November 30, 2017, 10:05:26 AM
After over 3 years of using Bittrex, I can honestly say; fuck them.

They disabled withdraws for long term users without verification - which pretty much defeats the purpose of crypto.

And they did so without any warning whatsoever. Fuck them.

I feel you and I know everyone here feels the same for not be able to withdraw their funds in bittrex like just it seems they are up to something that surely surprise us.
I'm having a hard time to verify my account and it really sucks thinking what if I can't verify my account and my money is stuck, all my hard works will turn to dust.

And I won't stuck myself in bittrex so now I'm trading for good in hitbtc and coinexchange besides bittrex isn't the only platform here so it's time for a better switch.
3907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get your first bitcoin? on: November 30, 2017, 09:00:35 AM
I'm new to bitcoin and i know what bitcoin is very well. My question is how do you get your first bitcoin without having to mine,buy,beg,....etc?
my friend got his first bitcoin without having to mine,buy....etc, i asked him how did he get his first bitcoin he said he got it from giveaways in some forums and after that he gambled and invested them and reached to bitcoin now he has 14 BTC.
I want your suggestion on how to get the first 0.00001BTC without having to beg for it.

I'm also a newbie here . I don't know how to get my first Bitcoin .but I work it hard I know if you work it hard you will earn the best Bitcoin . Aja let's work it for our self . And I know we can do it .

Nothing much but just to read and read a lot here. Nothing beats learning and it can help you grow here and everything else will follow. Don't put yourself in a situation that your don't know how it really works, let's just say you bought bitcoin and without knowledge you didn't know what to do and you'll end up losing it. Don't be a loser one here instead be a smart and strategic so you can have everything that you desires.
3908  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do i sell my altcoins now? which is good or just hold. on: November 30, 2017, 07:39:43 AM
I hold some different cheap coins now in coins markets exchange just worth of 0.02btc in total.
Should i sell it now or just hold since bitcoin now continuously moving up.
Which better I do.
If you made profit sell them. Wait for dip. Buy them again. When they increase value sell them.
If you don't want to sell them - hold them. Do whatever you think is best to do. How many times you guys will ask the same question? Read forum, there are dozens similar topics with identical questions.

Thanks for that wonderful idea bro, I'm holding cheap coins and I don't want to hold it for a long run what I mean is to trade for short term only. My thought is if bitcoin going high price then it possible altcoin lower price that's why I'm still holding now for this scenario.

If you're holding some shit coins and you think it will never have a future then maybe it's time to let go. But if you think that it's worth the wait then hold, don't sell just to cut your loses or you'll just have more loses. I believe that  next year alts will shine and will gives us a brighter day so keep holding.
3909  Economy / Economics / Re: What percentage of people on Earth will own Bitcoin by 2020 on: November 30, 2017, 04:38:37 AM
I won't speculate in numbers, I don't know which percentage of people will own the bitcoins, but I'm sure that now is the time when the masses are down, so in the next 2 years the number of users will double at least

Predictions in numbers is tough as we never know what the future can bring us but one thing is sure that the mass adoption is within our reach. With the current surge of price now no doubt bitcoin is gaining attention so we can expect more price increase day by day until the adoption is completed.
3910  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - time to buy or sell? on: November 29, 2017, 08:44:45 AM
With Bitcoin falling so much this week/month, do you think it's a great opportunity to buy in or time to cash out?
If Bitcoin falls, then it is better not to sell it. If you look at the statistics, you can see that after every decrease of Bitcoin in the price, its big growth follows.

Just follow the rules. Just buy in dump price and sell in high or when you at least profited. Simple as that. Don't do anything when you see a coin is falling, don't dare to sell just to cut your losses instead hold it or take the chance to buy more.
Weak hands don't have any place here so just trust and believe what your coins can give you.
3911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which is the best altcoin exchange? on: November 29, 2017, 07:37:37 AM
hi all

i have used bittrex and bitfinex before which was possible without any verifaction

but now bittrex only allows to withdraw around 60$ per day and bitfinex is closed for us citizens, im not from the us but im afraid that they will hold my withdrawal until i verify myself

can you recommend any good exchange with low fees and without verifiaction?

thankyou

Yes you can just withdraw your money once you verify your account and you have no choice but to follow their rules.

I would suggest you to try hitbtc, no verification, low fees and fast transaction.
I've been using it since then and now since the bittrex is regulating that rules I shifted for good in hitbtc. It's also have a good interface and have a fast support.
3912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting into bitcoin with only $25 on: November 29, 2017, 06:37:48 AM
That's a small amount but I still believe that you can still earn money from that. But you still have to learn more about this great technology, spend more time on reading here and forum, save money as you can and for sure big profit will come.

Yeah it's actually too small but to think it's also a money. In investment there's no small nor big amount as long as you're dedicated and willing to take all the risks and you can make it grow then you're good to go. Just learn how to manage your investment, feed yourself with knowledge that you can surely use here.
3913  Economy / Speculation / Re: $70,000 anyone? on: November 29, 2017, 04:13:50 AM
Momentum is back at it again, I guess the first hurdle is the $10,000 mark which hopefully will drop on us before early next year.

We welcomed the 2017 by just $1000 per bitcoin it and now we about to close the year with $10000. It just so amazing seeing this uptrend and it grow ×10 and it really gives us a huge profit. And now bitcoin is in the hot seat again and in the lips of everyone. Surely many now are desperate to own now this precious coin.
3914  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you Panic? on: November 29, 2017, 01:52:05 AM
Whether its bitcoin trading or altcoin trading, there is bound to come a time when your investment is getting dumped badly, and its panic time.
How do you panic? Does that really make you panic and do you take decisions that you actually regretted later? Or do you keep calm and HODL?
What makes you panic and how do you react to it?
I think before you invest, you already know the risks, at that, you dont have to panic if investment goes badly. Maybe you will be worried for a short period of time but doe t mean you have to panic.m

I agree, from the moment that you do trading you already knew the consequences behind it. We're just human so we tend to panic and that's okay but little by little you should be used to it as we always see that when it gets dump soon it will rise and that's always the scenario and nothing to worry.
3915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who uses myetherwallet? on: November 29, 2017, 12:40:35 AM
MyEtherWallet works well, always be careful when you share your private key online though.

When I just want to check my balance, it is easier to use Ethplorer.
https://ethplorer.io/address/your-public-address

Also try to use etherscan.io
You can also see here your available coins in just one click and the good thing is you don't need to put your private keys every time just to see your coins as putting your private keys online are prone to be hack.
3916  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Equipment for trading on: November 28, 2017, 01:03:02 PM
Hey people,

Just wanted to know which set up is the best for trading, because i need to get a new laptop and really thinking about going for a macbook.
Trading is not possible with a Ipad Pro.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Greetings

To be honest as long as the equipment is working fine then i would probably go with it. It doesn't matter what is the brand of laptop but the specification of it really matters a lot. For sure, you won't gonna use your laptop for trading only because there's a lot of reasons why you will have a new laptop.

Maybe OP just want to reward his self for a job well done or he really can afford to buy that kind of laptop. Grin
In a serious note, these are all pure luxurious thing that people don't actually need, and what really matters here is the knowledge and skills that we need to be able to profit in trading. You can use also your phone or tablet to do trading but for me the most comfortable device to use is laptop.
3917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How did you started to gamble? What was your beginning like? on: November 25, 2017, 10:36:53 AM
If you guys know tong-its that is the first game i played with a bet so i considered that as a gambling. The reason why the game is tong-its because i saw my grandmother when i was a kid always playing that game with her friends and i was there watching them play all day until i've learned a how that game should be played then i started asking my friends to play with me but of course with a bet to make things exciting while playing.

I feel you brother but mine wasn't like that because whenever our grandma saw us holding and playing cards she immediately throw it and said it isn't for kids. But while I grew up my friends taught me tong its and pusoy dos and it was really fun and it's more fun when there's money involve like I'm so eager to win that money pot. But it excites me more is we hide while playing cards just to avoid my grandma to caught us. Grin
3918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Someone stop ETH until payday please! on: November 25, 2017, 09:26:14 AM
And this is how buy high sell low happens. Where were you when it was $300 for months.

When it was in $300 only few believes and have interest but with the recent pump there's also a sudden waves of demand wanting to have some and wanting to ride the train. And instead of profiting big they end up with just a little profit. However, it's not bad at all, it's still money baby. My point is if we see a coin dumped take that opportunity to buy, hold and wait for a good pump. Just be used to it so we can chill and relax.
3919  Economy / Economics / Re: Indonesian Ban on: November 25, 2017, 08:31:54 AM
Sounds bad but if you read the article, bitcoin in Indonesia will not be banned, they just warn those who use bitcoin for payment. Perhaps the central bank of Indonesia can not regulate the bitcoin because it is very risky, bitcoin can be use as money laundering of unknown people if the goverment of Indonesia can't handle it.

When we hear that when a country banned bitcoin we think that it's another bad news that can affect for the image of bitcoin and there will be a lot of trollings and many will believe without hearing the other side. Indonesia just want to stop the illegal fund raising of money as their people victimized by it and bitcoin is just use as instrument.
Indonesian government is just being careful with its people not to be a victim of the rampant fraudulent.
3920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH it's almost $500 on: November 25, 2017, 07:31:57 AM
What do you guys think about ETH price it's getting higher super fast. Should we buy more or should we mine Huh
Ethereum "follows in the footsteps" Bitcoins. It is possible that it will achieve the same price as Bitcoin.
I think that a small investment in the Etherium needs to be done to everyone.

Sure it is and seems eth doesn't want to be left behind by bitcoin.
And this constantly rising is all we're waiting for and some are selling their eth while others took advantage of volatility to buy in some dips and wait for a sudden pump.
Ans so I sell some of my eth and will gonna buy and wait for the bounce back.
