For those not familiar with advanced trolling tactics,
Anonymint is the same poster as Mattboldfield.
At first I thought it was the zombie apocalypse, but now it looks like there are ulterior motives at play.

"Bitcoin is a mirage." Warren Buffet

Sounds fearful. His slip is showing. Very surprising for an old card player.
3923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs the Banks debate feat Andreas Antonopoulos - your ideas please on: March 22, 2014, 08:03:10 PM
vs "the banks" makes it political and you are saying what doesn't do, which you don't like.

There is nothing political about it. It is a philosophical debate between two competing financial theories. It's not about what anyone "likes." Technological advancements demand updated systems that don't hinder progress.

I see bitcoin bagholders defending their positions from a truth attack
Truth be told it is only fractional reserve banking in fiat that makes environmental destruction of this magnetude viable. With a fixed or deflationary monetary unit it would be more cost effective to save and postpone the oil mining untill it was absolutely nesesary.
Fractional reserve banking has done a pretty good job of destroying the Earth without any other experimental monetary system's assistance. This entire thread is a strawman argument.

I would like to see Bitcoin ATMs and BTMs near pawnshops. It's not that I advocate pawnshops; I refuse to darken their doors, but it sounds like a winning combination.

The OP is a troll. Welcome to the ignore list.
3928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: MAJOR BUG IN BITCOIN-QT! Payments on blockchain but not in Account on: March 22, 2014, 03:14:13 PM
It looks like 1ocsZUCsoNd1S9mMSYBATfoR2L1izh5m2 is in your wallet as you've had 1JJA3L6UGUtrK3MzscbKdWFt8mrv6eHfkk spent to in on more than one occasion and spent from both of them to BykqJj5TBhVeG3KddAPsFj3nEyXAB3cHL meaning that they are both your keys. If 1ocsZUCsoNd1S9mMSYBATfoR2L1izh5m2 is a "leech" address it means that someone else has the private key and is sweeping outputs to it out of your wallet, which I don't see happening. In fact, you did authorize 1ocsZUCsoNd1S9mMSYBATfoR2L1izh5m2 because you both spent from it and to it. Your base and mobile wallet are probably sharing keys, but if they are not synched, then they may show different balances.

You haven't revealed your wallet clients for the base and mobile. If they are not displaying properly, one of them may be compromised. Try to think of anything else that may be even remotely relevant.
3929  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Can coins be destroyed in a more 'polite' way? on: March 22, 2014, 12:59:45 PM

Coins can be mined out of existence (miner selects a reward less than the max allowed).
I wouldn't call that destroying them. Yes, it causes there to be that many fewer bitcoins in existence, effectively accomplishing the same thing as destroying them, but if the address created by the miner has less than the current block reward, the coins never existed, and therefore weren't destroyed.
The outputs are created for the block reward. You are only technically correct because bitcoins themselves don't actually exist, ever. Ignoring the outputs does not mean they never existed anymore than ignoring some of the trolls makes them go away.

Honestly, this thread is pointless. bitcoins are not intended to be destroyed anymore than cash is made to be burned or any other store of value for that matter. If it's sacrifice you want to prove, there are other means. You could (though it's not recommended) create a brain wallet and shoot your brains out, for instance. I mean seriously, what is the point of this thread?
3930  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin had existed in 1930... on: March 22, 2014, 12:33:25 PM
How bitcoin could stop Hitler and the second World War?  Cheesy
Hitler would have supported Proof of Stake and Bitcoin would have defeated his plans to enslave the world.
3931  Other / MultiBit / Re: Sent a few bitcoins to an address that no longer exiists on: March 22, 2014, 10:43:33 AM
Restore your backup wallet. You do save them, right?
3932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: MAJOR BUG IN BITCOIN-QT! Payments on blockchain but not in Account on: March 22, 2014, 10:34:46 AM
It says:
Private key for address 1JJA3L6UGUtrK3MzscbKdWFt8mrv6eHfkk is not known (code -4)

So that means what?? because the last two payments I received ok and I have transferred to and from this account with no problem.

Where are the payments?Huh Why do they not show up in mined or wallet?
Why do the two missing payments on eliguis show up with a (S) in front of them and all payments I received have a (G) in front of them. Why is Eliguis saying its a wallet issue.

These are some of the reasons Bitrip can't succeed, Whom in their right mind can be bothered with this crap? I go to shop I give you cash I go home with item, this is just simply stupid!

People are trying to help. You are doing advanced things like mining and are moving coins around using that address for over a month so this is a recent problem. If your client was buggy, that wouldn't be the case, right? I see multiple links between addresses.

It looks like payments and/or change have been sent to the same wallet more than once, so either you are sending to yourself or your security has been compromised. If the wallet did not have private keys for the outputs, they would not have spent. If you are having problem accessing the keys now, then something recently happened to your wallet and those coins will not be there. It does not look like a malfunctioning wallet. Please be careful if you are trying to do advanced key management and you are inexperienced with the software. It is Beta and doesn't have much user safety built in yet.

If this is not helpful, please provide further information so we may see where the wallet malfunctions.

3933  Economy / Speculation / Re: A sign that bitcoin price will begin rising soon? on: March 21, 2014, 11:21:32 PM
If look at the June 2011 crash, it didn't start rising again until about a year later.
So the frequency of THE PATTERN is increasing.

again :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=485649.msg5818497#msg5818497

Mining was supposed to grant decentralisation, thus making Bitcoin a trustless system. Without decentralisation, the system cannot be trusted and all the coins worth zero. Spending energy on a flawed system is indeed a waste.

This is not trolling. Serious question. How do you fix this ?

Easy. Go away and support your alt coin.  If it is successful,  then maybe Bitcoin will adopt your amazing ideas. Lead, follow, or get out of the way.
3937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & PoW is a waste of energy & destroys nature on: March 21, 2014, 12:50:02 PM
This thread should be moved to the altcoin board.
