3921  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Need help to add our shop in whattomine.com on: March 31, 2020, 07:07:43 AM
We would like to add in whattomine.com but we cannot find the vendor section

Is there anyone that can help?
AFAIK, there isn't any kind of section for listing your shop on that website but you can try sending a PM to its creator: fredeq [his/her announcement thread]

Not sure if by your opening line, you meant to also announce your website but if that's the case then you might want to reconstruct your thread in a better way.
3922  Economy / Marketplace / Re: List of stuff you can use bitcoin for. on: March 31, 2020, 05:31:40 AM
I think some of them are outdated or maybe not even working anymore. That does seem to be the problem with all these centralized sites trying to keep an eye on lists of sites. It is simply too difficult to maintain on your own.
Indeed, perhaps moderators should lock this thread since "Severos" is no longer maintaining the list...

alfa.top
bitrefill.com
piiko.co

safe and trust?

any advice
Not sure about ALFAtop [their Ann thread] but Bitrefill is a reputable website [I've been using it for a very long time, never had any issues so far].
3923  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Fresh Bitcoin merchnats directory & map - Cryptwerk.com on: March 30, 2020, 06:20:45 AM
we have a lot of fake registrations that we filter every day. if you compare us with Coinmap - it's full of scam and fake companies. Our data base is actual and fresh because of manual checking of each merchant!
6. Links

Cryptwerk has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Cryptwerk of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
Just to be clear, the highlighted parts mean that you automatically list merchants that were registered by users then you do the manual checks after?
- If "YES", then there's a window of opportunity for scammers to take advantage of this situation.

as about editors - we have 1 content manager who makes manual checking of all new merchants on Cryptwerk.
How about in regards to the regular checking of merchants?
- Weekly/monthly basis?

Overall, I really liked your website and my only suggestion [for now] is adding a night mode.
3924  Economy / Services / Re: do any thing in iran for 1000$ on: March 30, 2020, 04:43:36 AM
i do any thing for money. i need money to buy medicine for my son. i am from iran. do any thing. just tell what should i do
You might want to try your luck in finding a "local job" from the following part of the forum: فارسی (Persian)
- Don't get your hopes up since there are only a few active Iranians on this forum [including that section as well].

Additional options for you:

You can try the following reddit pages:

- Jobs4Crypto
- Jobs4Bitcoins

Take note: I'm not vouching for them.
3925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 29, 2020, 04:58:43 PM
There’s rumours coming out that we’ll start playing behind closed doors in June & finish it all over 4-6 weeks so the PL season will be completed before August.
Just read something that will surely make you happy if it happens: Premier League season could end after Arsenal, Man City, Aston Villa & Sheffield Utd play again
- Personally, I hate for it to end like this since it also means that Arsenal won't be taking part in UEL for next season.

However, this new report has revealed that the Premier League season could be finalised once all 20 clubs have played 29 matches, meaning only four clubs would need to play again this season.

The clubs in question are Arsenal, Aston Villa, Manchester City and Sheffield United, with those four having only played 28 games. Those four sides were supposed to play league fixtures the weekend that Villa and City squared up to each other in the Carabao Cup Final at Wembley.

It is claimed that the season would be finalised after 29 matches, instead of the usual 38, with the title, European places and relegation spots all being decided following those final two games.
3926  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why there are very few porn bitcoin sites? on: March 29, 2020, 09:32:13 AM
I wonder why there are only a very few porn bitcoin sites?
In addition to above comments, I counted 73 [excluded those with a strikethrough] websites that falls into this category from the following list: List of Adult Sites That Accept Bitcoin Payment [NSFW]

The adult industry is huge and only a few of them take the BTC and most of them are cams.
Only use well-known websites.
3927  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Brave and Binance Partner to Bring Crypto Trading Directly Into the Browser on: March 29, 2020, 09:04:23 AM
Just wondering what now happens to brave browser users from countries like the US whose regulation are tough and restrict trading in some crypto assets.
For US-based users, they have the option of "accessing Binance.US through the widget" itself.

So Binance have essentially paid Brave to have their widget embedded in the browser itself, meaning users will be unable to remove it. Why would I want software from a company I don't use and don't trust embedded in my browser without my consent, or even without the ability to disable/uninstall/remove it?
Based on their blog post, "users have the ability to turn it off".
- I do agree with the other parts of your post.
3928  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Quidli 🦑 | Offer Bitcoin as Company Perk on: March 28, 2020, 08:03:57 AM
You can also refer to this quick explanation video or User Guide to get better understandings.
From the video, you didn't show what payment processor you're using for buying BTCitcoin on your platform. Care to share?

FYI, we may ask you additional questions for KYC purposes
Is it required for team members to submit documents for KYC or that's needed from the company creator only?
3929  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Brave and Binance Partner to Bring Crypto Trading Directly Into the Browser on: March 27, 2020, 05:30:11 PM
Is this promising or what? CZ bringing crypto trading closer to people again.
It's a promising/smart move from Binance. From the blog post, it appears users can buy/sell, view balances and get deposit addresses but they're not allowed to withdraw anything [in other words, more added traffic for binance in the long run].

What do you think will be impact to BAT token itself?
I'm not a brave user but checked their "website" and it says in the future they'll allow users to directly withdraw their BAT instead of supporting the creators so until that's implemented, I don't think this partnership will have a significant impact on BAT.
3930  Economy / Exchanges / Re: New site offers totally free crypto exchange trading and payments? on: March 27, 2020, 07:24:46 AM
but we used the zPay feature and my friend sent me Bitcoin. I sent it right back to him via email. Took seconds to send and had zero fees.

Easily withdrawaled the btc within 10 minutes.
Proof? Make sure that the dates and times are visible [you can hide other parts for privacy] and also the transaction links.

I also can't say for sure if you are genuinely asking for a review of the exchange or simply advertising it.
Most likely, he/she is doing the latter part [newbie then on his/her first post].
3931  Economy / Exchanges / Re: RocketBit cryptocurrency exchange coming soon! on: March 26, 2020, 04:51:28 PM
RocketBit, do you have any connections with Cardbit and Ibandirect?
- I noticed you have a "similar (almost) address" to them.

Regardless of you being a part of the above websites, I don't think you should mention the following line in your homepage:
- There's still no mention of the mother company on your exchange (unless I missed it somewhere).
- You're just starting this service.

- We are trusted company with huge number of satisfied clients

3932  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [ Scam alert ] Rightbtc is scam exchange. They try to stealing fund. on: March 26, 2020, 10:59:19 AM
Ok i will but if you read their telegram you will see this.
I did a little bit of digging [checked from march 22 onwards] there and it appears they've been processing the withdrawals manually for the past few days and some of the users have reported receiving their withdrawals:

One of my processes was done. I'm waiting for three more processes.❤️
thanks i receive withdrawal

Any updates with your issue?
3933  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Comments and thoughts for my crypto project needed! on: March 26, 2020, 06:20:43 AM
I’m thinking of turning the aggregator completely into some other tool. Maybe we can completely concentrate on the portfolio or make a wallet?
I suggest polishing the aggregator even further [e.g. improve on its visual aspects] and add more functionality and other tools to your website. In terms of making a wallet and portfolio, I agree with "joniboini" but even with unique features, chances of users trying, using or even switching to your wallet are slim to none.

- A tool for finding connections between addresses with a user-friendly interface might also be a worthy addition.

I will be glad if you visit our website (it is .io domain) and share your impressions or ideas
There aren't any restrictions in terms of listing your website on this forum Wink
3934  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Locker for files, links, and content. on: March 25, 2020, 03:24:23 PM
Earn Bitcoin from every visitor in every country by locking your downloads with MinerLock.
According to your TOS page, that's not the case since there are restrictions:

NOTICE: We are a United States Company. Currently, sanctioned countries include the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe. The list of sanctioned countries is updated periodically and is available here.
Users from these countries are prohibited to access this website and all funds will be frozen if violation of these terms are found. Downloaders from these countries are also not allowed to use this website and downloads will be frozen if found.

Due to nature of cryptocurrency and Bitcoin, we are unable to refund any bitcoin or cryptocurrency payments.
~Snipped~
We make payments every 48 hours maximum and look forward to working with you.
We are unable to:
  • Resolve requests for refunds (seller has your bitcoin/altcoin and is responsible)
  • consult problems with your downloads (We do not have access to files)
I do know that you assign unique addresses for each download and connect those to each seller but that doesn't/shouldn't make them the only one that's responsible for those funds. I believe you still have some control over those funds and if you choose to, you can easily manage the refunding part.

How it works for the buyer/downloader.
~Snipped~
3. Once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, MinerLock will automatically unlock access to the file provided to the buyer. The buyer has 12 hours to access the unlocked content using their unique ip address only and server-side cookie before it automatically locks again.
I strongly believe that the 12-hour limit is unnecessary and unfair to buyers [I see no reason for having such rule].
3935  Economy / Services / Re: New Crypto Decentralised Job Platform - Cryptotask on: March 25, 2020, 01:24:15 PM
I have question...Is this site pay with usd or crypto ?
In addition to "jimsteel's comments [stable coin]", it appears there is or will be an option to use fiat but having said that, I didn't see any payment options on their "platform walkthrough video".

Hi, thanks for the feedback guys, it's very valuable to us. There will be both FIAT and crypto payment options, we will keep you updated about this
For start, stable token.
no, there will be FIAT payment option as well

I couldn't find the links to "TOS" and "Privacy" pages upon signing up...

By clicking “Sign up for CryptoTask”, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Statement. We’ll occasionally send you account related emails.
3936  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] New Reloadable Virtual Credit Cards (VCC) Service on: March 25, 2020, 08:26:00 AM
On your website, you've mentioned about "bulk discounts [archived]" but I did test your cart up to a hundred and still had 0 discounts.

Found a glitch:
- If I type in a certain quantity then decide to remove it from the cart and add another quantity into the cart, it keeps on adding the first number no matter what [unless I refresh the page].
3937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 25, 2020, 07:10:57 AM
What will happen to the players whose contracts end this summer in their respective Premier League clubs should there be a late resumption of the Premier League?

How is business going to be held in the transfer market if the leagues are still ongoing as they try to complete the delayed 2019/2020 season?
There's still no announcement from the Premier League but Fifa mentioned [source] the possibility of adjusting the registration period for players.
- Additional information in regards to other possibilities.

The players have been told to train at home. It will affect their fitness IMO, as what they can do is limited (if they really do serious training at home lol). Even if the league somehow resume in May, the level of competition is not the same.
I do agree with the latter part but in terms of fitness levels, they'll be fine even with limited basic equipment [they're professional athletes, trained to cope with such situations].
- Coronavirus: Players show how to keep healthy at home.
3938  Economy / Services / Re: [LIST] People renting out their signatures, avatars and p. text. on: March 24, 2020, 01:55:28 PM
I will take everyone who joins a campaign off the list, so only those who are renting are there. I'll updated the OP and all some more info what to do when you enter into a campaign.
If you join a campaign, please inform me to remove you from the list, you can post here or send me PM.
Kindly remove me from the list as well...
- I'm in the same boat as "amishmanish" and based on our manager's statement, the campaign might initially last for 2 more weeks before it gets evaluated for further weeks.
3939  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptocurrency Exchange on: March 23, 2020, 11:32:43 AM
Just did a little bit of testing and it appears, you're not checking if "recipient addresses" are valid or not.
- As you can see in this video, I typed a fake Ethereum address and still proceeds to the next step: https://streamable.com/v5yy7

In addition to that, I checked on multiple browsers with different amounts and noticed the deposit address remains the same for each coin.
3940  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Number of borrowers on BTCPop on: March 23, 2020, 06:13:28 AM
Where else can I do peer to peer lending?
Found some but I won't vouch for any of them [make sure to do your own research]:
- You can start by searching for their names on "Scam Accusations" board.

I have bitcoin on Coinbase and STEX currently.
In other words, you're not in full control of your own money.
- Read this thread.

Control your private keys
Services like Coinbase and Circle offer “Bitcoin wallets”, but in reality control your private keys. It’s best to use a wallet where you control your private keys. This is the only way to have full control of your funds and not have to rely on third parties for security.
