3941  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Compare Your Trading ideas with others ? on: October 16, 2019, 10:26:33 PM
This is why I hang out in this section. Although lately there's not been a whole lot of discussion on trading tactics, you can seldom find some good information from other people that seem to know what they're doing. I don't care who you are, there's always more to learn. So, the ability to have other people show you what works for them is brilliant. It's like they say, two heads are better than one. All of our heads together is even better.
I wish I could find someone who has the same interest like me in trading, right now, I am just doing it my own and join online trading channels to improve my knowledge but it's different when you can see someone close to you who are trading because you can both compare and improve together.
Thus far, I am still successful despite of being alone but of course as a trader I want more success and more consistency so I can bag more profits.
3942  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 16, 2019, 10:45:21 AM
I am not sure what is going on but I will definitely stay away from Cloudbet for a while...
There's a lot of sportsbook to choose from, actually the signature you are wearing is a good sportsbook as they do process withdrawals instantly and they don't even have any charge of the amount. I am just wondering why you are playing Cloudbet when the site you promote has what you are looking for in terms of withdrawals processing speed.

This is quite a new experience to men, I have never played a prediction game before, at first I thought that the site is a sportsbook .
Anyway, I will try to explore to get to know about the site, I found you just started your ANN this month, I am hoping for your success in bitcointalk.
3944  Economy / Economics / Re: The market starts looking real nice in Q2, 2019 on: October 16, 2019, 07:45:31 AM
Quarter 2 was good but starting in quarter 3, slowly bitcoin is going down.
Therefore, it's hard to conclude that this year will be a great year for crypto as anything could happen, it could be a dump or a pump that we are going to witness as thus far, I didn't find any stability in the market yet.
3945  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Legality effect on: October 16, 2019, 07:25:46 AM
It will be full regulated but fiat will remain for sure, and will be more useful compared to bitcoin as a money.
Bitcoin is just an online currency while majority of the transactions are still done with paper money, in the event bitcoin will gain massive adoption, I think that time we will be able to see a standard regulation the government will use so it will not be hard for them to implement the rules.

Legalization is important, it is the secret to achieve a massive adoption.  Grin
3946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Stress and Happiness on: October 16, 2019, 07:02:18 AM
If you truly believe that bitcoin is the future, buy the dip with fiat that you can spare to not use in the next 3-5 years (even longer).
Better to have some btc as it's historically appreciating vs fiat. And it's really portable, no one can seize your bitcoin and you can send something of value anytime anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.

3-5 years that's really long and that's a good example of long term hold.
When you can hold at that period and you survive, that means you really believe in crypto as the market is very volatile, even in just a short span of time anything could happen, but of course at the end of the day, this all depends on your target.

For example, you bought btc at $8k now, and your target is just to sell it at $80,000 (that's 10 times), and if that will be achieved in just one year, just don't hesitate to sell it regardless if you heard some rumors that it could rise further as greediness sometimes is our biggest enemy.
3947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling activities correlates with Bitcoin's price? on: October 15, 2019, 11:44:44 PM
There is a pump and dump, and therefore in short, there's a market manipulation.
Gambling industry in crypto space as it keeps increasing, the demand should also increase and it will not result to a pump and dump.
Regardless of the price of BTC, gambling industry will still continue to operate as they don't hold like traders, in fact, I believe they are making ways to fight volatility so they will not get affected to it, and they can operate as profitable as they are expecting it.
3948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Governor's Cup betting and discussion on: October 15, 2019, 11:27:05 PM
Big trade news for PBA fanatics.
Standhardinger was traded for Moala Tautuaa and he is not part of the SMB now but on his new team Globatport.

but let's discuss this.
Why on earth did SMB trade Standhardinger? Let's dig deeper

Who do you think will benefit on this trade, stand or mo?

It's the followers of the PBA that will benefit from this blockbuster and shocking trade  Smiley and of course the two players involve will benefit also from this trade. CStand will have all the minutes he wants while Mo will have his championship rings as much as he wants lol.

They never mentioned in the article that SMB will get also a future draft pick from NorthPort which is the intriguing aspect of the trade, maybe SMB had already someone in sight in the future drafting.

That's probably one of the reasons, they are looking for a player that would fill up the position they really need the most.
Stand is not young anymore but he can't be a shadow of Fajardo forever as I am sure Fajardo will still play with the SMB for years since he is still 29 years old and he is still playing what is expected to him.

Anyway, let's talk about the games today.

DYIP is +4.5 vs NLEX.. going with the underdog on this game, both ML and point spread.

Blackwater vs Magnolia +1.5... I will bet live on this game, if the Magnolia's import will not play, might be going against them.  Grin
3949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Errol Spence Jr. Vs Manny Pacquiao on: October 15, 2019, 11:04:25 AM
Manny's power is not like the old days man. I mean look at his previous fights, he can knock down his opponent but he can't finish it via KO. Yes he still has the speed to control the tempo of the match but we can't expect KO for his remaining fights.

But what's important is he still has that power and he remain entertaining to watch as despite of his age, he is still aggressive.
That knock down already showed how strong his punch is but Manny has matured, and if we noticed after he was knock out by marquez from a lucky punch, Manny already started to fight intelligently, he does not go for the KO, he played his card very well.

last time he KO an opponent was against Lucas Matthysse, it was a TKO to be exact.
3950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 15, 2019, 10:35:11 AM
Everybody here are talking about Zion Williamson and how he would dominate the NBA in his young career. But does anybody noticed Taco Fall and how he boost the morale of his team through the cheering from their fans? I mean this kid has a lot of potential in his basketball career and I think he would be a vital part of the team in the future. What do you guys think about this kid?
In this case, we can only based on its stats and he hasn't proven anything yet.
let's wait until the regular season and then we will make some judgement, compared to zion, I think zion is the better one because he was the number 1 overall pick this season and he has showed good records in this pre season and I am expect that will carry out in the regular season since he is a starter and will surely earn a lot of minutes.
3951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen after cryptocurrency on: October 14, 2019, 10:04:49 AM
It's not bad to think about the future of cryptocurrency I think it is still new up to this period. It is still in the process of adoption since not all agencies accept it. But surely, the technology behind it is really good and can convince a lot of people to accept it.
If we like a lot of people to use crypto, that means we like a massive adoption, and I think its possible only if the government will regulate crypto with a crypto friendly law. People then will start using it as they know it's regulated and they are not at any risk, although the volatility will still remain but if there's a 3rd party that will help remove it, things will be better, for example, the LN, this one is just a solution for massive adoption but it will not push through aggressively if the government is also not aggressive in regulating the market.
3952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 14, 2019, 09:46:21 AM
We could see them both on the court with Lebron playing point guard and two outside shooters. That line up could still work for them both on the defensive and offensive end. It's a good opportunity for Howard to show what he's been working on.
Absolutely. It's good to see them both playing at the same time by powering inside the paint. But, if that happens, the team's transition in both offense and defense will slow down a little as they are big men. Anyway, let's just hope for AD's fast recovery. He's vital for the team.
This injury happens in preseason and if this is really meant to happen, I think its on a good timing.

according to https://www.rotoworld.com/basketball/nba/player/29801/anthony-davis
Quote
There's a decent chance AD will skip Monday's preseason game against the Warriors, but as of right now, this appears to be a fairly minor injury.

So there's nothing to worry as it's just a minor injury and its expected that he will be back soon.
3953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Change - The First Decentralysed Crypto Bank [ICO September 16th] on: October 14, 2019, 09:10:04 AM
We will see, maybe you are still holding this coin so you are still optimistic.

Of course I am holding. It's not a secret, I've just said it a few posts ago, I am there from the very start - I'll quote myself:

I'm in this from the beginning so I can only hope and wish for the best for this project, and this kind of news is what we need exactly.

That does not necessarily mean I am optimistic though. Only hopeful and wishful. I've seen too many scams and dead projects to be optimistic, so that would be quite naive.

Good luck to you mate, like you, I have still hold some and other tokens that was very successful during the time I bought it.
It's understandable that slowly we loss our optimism due to the long bear market, I think it's almost 2 years now and if we might not see some altcoins run before the end of the year, this long bear market might continue next year.
3954  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: October 11, 2019, 12:08:30 PM
These casinos are much like a tourism location. People who are to Macau always prefer to have a visit to the casinos. Whether they gamble or spend on those casinos weren't known. These casinos were mostly preferred for fun by the one time visitors other than few people who are into these to try out the luck of earning.
It's one of the popular casinos in the world and a top destination of tourist who loves gambling.

here are the list of top casinos in the world
https://www.gambling.com/us/online-casinos/strategy/top-10-casinos-in-the-world-1975200

I would love to play with any of the casinos  just to have pure entertainment and as a gambler I know this is a dream.
My top choice is casino in vegas, whatever casino it is, I know its' gonna be fun, hopefully one day that dream will come into reality.
3955  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Incorect price on Coinmarketcap.com on: October 11, 2019, 11:39:56 AM
This website is just showing the summary coming from exchanges listed in the site.
It's the exchanges that are manipulating the price and if there's an error on exchanges the overall result of the price may become in accurate.

Remember that coinmarket listed a lot of trading site and they are using protocol IMO to get the best average results from the total exchanges and we know that there are exchanges who are not telling the right price and there are exchanges with very low volume that could display a big jump of price due to pump and dump scheme.
3956  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Function X - The first fully blockchain-powered phone (Blok on Blok) on: October 11, 2019, 11:24:30 AM
Price has dropped a lot, can you tell what's the reason behind this?
here's the one month chart.

I was happy watching it pumped to 0.3 usd but I think it did not survive when BTC dump below $10K so we are in the downtrend now?
3957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 11, 2019, 10:59:58 AM
Im not also sure, but I think they can send someone from their roster to the D-League.

Its up to the management now, but if they really want Andre, they would stop signing players that is not expected to give good contribution to the team.
The latest player they sign is David Stockton if I am not mistaken, this is a young player that will not earn big minutes for sure.

3958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Fully Decentralized World is Possible? on: October 11, 2019, 10:16:21 AM
It is a good thought however we required to think in various directions, if you expect a fully decentralized world then how do you face a situation when you are supposed to make a payment in an unknown city who do not know you and your digital asset turned off due to no charging Huh also imagine the shop keeper is very aggressive.
With full decentralization it will not make the government ineffective.
Their job is to monitor us, penalized those who go against the law therefore they will never allow to lose power because of decentralization.

just take Libra for example, its planning to have their project launch by next year but the government sees a possibility that it will make fiat obsolete and they will loss control since its facebook that will issue money to billions of people who might use their platform, in short they are threaten.
3959  Economy / Gambling discussion / How to be profitable in sports betting? on: October 11, 2019, 06:27:08 AM
A lot of us here love sports and we are betting at the same time.
I am not successful in this kind of venture but I would love to know from people here on what they do in order to win.
They say that sports betting has no house edge, but why is it it's still hard to win here?
3960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs really DEAD or simply cleared a path for better projects? on: October 11, 2019, 06:15:39 AM
It's dead now, ICO's popularity is already over as IEO has taken over the market now.
The amount raised combined have significantly dropped and this could also be cause by the bear market, no interest investing in major coins will likely result to no money coming into ICO as well, and of course we cannot forget that majority of the ICO are scams.
