Not really. One could argue the opposite - cryptos represent ultimate (financial) freedom, one of the cornerstone of western civilisation. Anyhow, 'humanist democracies' have been weakened themselves for much longer than crypto is around. Some of our customers are reporting problems with transfers from Crypto in Spain.
Here in Spain nobody Reported To CNMV one Crypto Startup. Taxes are so high and in general this country is no "Crypto Friendly" at all.
Crazy, well Germany is very expensive in taxes. If this gets out of control with our company we will move it away from here. If it were for me... f*ck the banks! But we needed for legal issues... it is 100% necessary to have a bank account to establish a Gmbh or UG in Germany. You need to allocate the founding fonds... and then present this to the notary. The reality is that banks are entirely banning everything that has something to do with blockchain. Not cool m8. But luckily we found a cool new bank! Startup bank called PENTA. We tried so many banks... and they all refused us... but these guys accepted our crypto startup!! There is another bank too called Fidor bank. More steps and only in german language. Naja also bezüglich Tether sind die Deckungstheorien so alt wie ihre eigentliche Geburtsstunde. Interessant ist nur, dass entweder nach wie vor jemand die Zeche (nach-)zahlt, oder die Deckung eben doch hält.
Solange die Ausstehende Summe als Schuld gehalten wird, kann keiner sagen ob die Deckung hält. Viele Leute glauben(!) ja auch daran, dass die Schuld der der Bank, ausgedrückt durch den Kontostand, gedeckt ist. Und dies obwohl offen dokumentiert ist, dass diese Schuld - nämlich das sogenannte Giralgeld - nur über die Mindestreserveanforderung gedeckt ist. Zusätzlich sind diese Anforderungen auch noch löchriger als ein Sieb und können ohne Probleme umgangen werden (was auch regelmässig passiert). ich bin ganz neu hier, obwohl ich dieses Forum schon sehr lange kenne …
Nun zum Thema:
Ich plane/recherchiere seit einigen Wochen einen neuen Exchange zu starten. Mein Ziel ist es, mit einer Plattform das Kaufen/Verkaufen von vielen, beliebten Kryptowährungen, so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten. Zusätzlich soll es einen professionellen Tradingbereich für diejenigen geben, die nicht Hodln, sondern traden möchten. Durch die Verwendung eines speziellen Assets, sind sowohl Transaktionszeiten als auch Transaktionskosten etwas, was diesen Exchange von vielen, wenn nicht allen, sehr unterscheidet …
Ich suche niemanden wegen Geld oder technischem Know-how. Ich möchte gerne ein cooles Startup aufziehen und das nicht alleine, sondern mit Partner, die für dieses Thema genauso brennen. So entstehen sicherlich bessere Geschäfte, als den ganzen Kuchen alleine essen zu wollen. Es wäre eine neue GmbH zu gründen und natürlich sollten die Anteile gleichmäßig verteilt sein, deswegen wäre es ideal, wenn die Gesellschafter das gleiche Gründungskapital einbringen. Ich stelle euch meine bisherigen Pläne vor und wir bewerten dann gemeinsam die Idee.
Es ist zwar keine Voraussetzung, aber du würdest als CTO eine perfekte Ergänzung sein. Somit solltest du dich (im Optimum) perfekt mit der technischen Seite auskennen und diese letztlich auch verantworten. Ich bin wahnsinnig gespannt auf deine Skills …
Kurz ein paar Worte zu mir: Ich bin 33 Jahre alt und habe ein abgeschlossenes Abitur. Ich bin kein Programmierer (also kein richtiger) - meine Stärken: Kooperationen, Strategieplanung und ein perfektes Auge für Design. Seit 2004 bin ich wegen eines unverschuldeten Verkehrsunfalls von den Schultern abwärts gelähmt, was mich aber seither auch nicht aufgehalten hat, diverse Geschäfte zu machen. Dank der heutigen Technik benötigt man seine Hände kaum :-) Falls euch das abschrecken sollte, lasst uns einfach mal Skypen und dann könnt ihr immer noch entscheiden.
Zum Thema betrügerische Anfragen: Ich bin nicht auf den Kopf gefallen. Ich hatte nur einen Verkehrsunfall. Es wird nicht gleich morgen eine GmbH gegründet. Die Chemie ist neben den anderen zu prüfenden Infos essenziell bei einer Zusammenarbeit. Stimmt sie nicht, bringt es nichts.
