3981  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: August 17, 2016, 08:13:34 AM
Personal discipline is a big part of how we are able to save money. Without discipline, we could just spend on whatever we want, especially if we are using credit card. In order to save, one must know what to prioritize and think about the future or when the time comes that one wouldn't be able to work or earn income anymore.
The worst thing about using credit card is that you will keep on buying the things are not important, as you know that you have to pay next month and that is the reason I blocked my credit card.

Credit card is a big temptation. If you have one, do not bring it all the time. YOu will always be tempted to buy things that you actually do not need if you always bring your credit card. You are more prone to overspending. If you can live without using the credit card better cut it. And just stick to balanced spending and proper finance management to save money.

this plan is long term for me, now i want to focus at real jo and leaving my sidejob.
i want to withdraw all of my bitcoin then build mining rig, after i finish my real job, i will back to online world, and focus dulltime on bitcoin and other earning way.

well, earning bitcoin is not a big deal. it is a great way to earn money in only free times. I don't even consider my bitcoin works as a side job or whatever. I always free and treat it like using the net and using the computer usual. like what we do with facebook. I am talking about this forum. this is just a social source to keep in touch with peoples and earn bitcoin while posting here.

Well if you see it that way, it is fine. But to others, they see this as an opportunity to earn extra income. Others even consider this as their job. And I think that it is a good way that bitcoin can help others earn and make a living out of it. This also helps promote bitcoin and make the price stronger.
3983  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: August 17, 2016, 07:07:25 AM
Try to estimate about the future and look at the past only to make the use of your experience in the past business, and with that try to best to increase the your sources of income and so with that you will be more richer within a shorter time period.

I have read an inspiring story of world's famous billionaires if you are going to read it too for sure you are going to get inspired. They have been rejected a lot of times and they suffer for many years but instead of giving up they are keep on going and moving forward with hard work. And the fruits of their hard work now did really resulted for being a billionaire.

Getting inspired is one thing, to actually do things and make things work for you is another. It is easy to read all the inspiring books and stories about rags-to-riches persons, but to actually do the job and make yourself rich is hard. You should have the perseverance and determination deep within you so you can endure all the trials in becoming rich.
3984  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 17, 2016, 06:43:57 AM
bank and bitcoin wallet have their own importance and value. we cannot ignore the importance of both wallet and banks.

we can ignore bitcoin but we can't life without bank in this time. im bussines and i need bank everyday for buying something or paying anything, because bitcoin can't cover it.

I agree, we can't ignore banks because it is really important and the people are into banks. But if we are going to think outside the box and being a wise man. We are going to choose both, and since we are into bitcoin industry of course bitcoin wallets are going to be important too unless the banks are going to accept bitcoin too.

We cannot deny that we are still tied to fiat. Even if we have bitcoin, there will still be need for us to use fiat. So using a bank is still good. Maybe when bitcoin is so mainstream that it can serve all our needs, then maybe we can forget about fiat banks and just use bitcoin wallet and bitcoin.
3985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: August 17, 2016, 06:36:26 AM
It is not easy to stay away from gambling if you are an addict
but I agree some advice here to block the gambling site in your browser or find a new hobby in your real life.
well of course it is not easy to stay away from it unfortunately though if you manage to find some other hobbies then it is possible to avoid it

Focusing on other activities can really help. Your time and energy will be taken by that new activity and you will have nothing left for gambling. If you keep doing that for a few weeks, you will eventually take out gambling off your system. It may take some time before it can fully get away from gambling but it can help.
3986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: August 17, 2016, 06:18:13 AM
In trading you can have a bit of an edge as trading is related more in the news of the market which if you know how to read them right you may have an edge against the house. Gambling usually is based on pure luck in the majority of its games and very few games involve skill like poker. I would say they are almost the same as with both of them most of the people lose money anyway.

You are right. You can actively research the coins you are trading so you can make the right decisions in your trading. While in gambling, there is no choice but to rely on your luck. It is more profitable in trading because you can use your luck and the knowledge and skills you have to make good money.
3987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: August 17, 2016, 05:59:08 AM
More loss than a win.
So no its nor good for my life.

Yeah i agreed there are very less chances of winning in gambling like we can say that winning chances is 20-30 % out of 100, and the rest 70% are loosing chances. People gamble their money and place bet of more and more money then they loose their money just because of their greediness.

That is actually what makes gambling wrong. If you give in to your greed and make it control your gambling habits, then you are going into a dangerous direction. You can be addicted and burn all your money to the ground. If you want to gamble, control your grid and your gambling habits. Just gamble a few times in a week. If you do it daily, you are prone to addiction.
3988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 17, 2016, 05:53:36 AM
I prefer to invest. investment is much safer than playing gambling. investing one of which is by trading. I trade altcoin to obtain greater profits.
trading risk is quite small.

Well maybe you are an expert in trading and that's why you are saying that risk is quite small, because from my experience trading is absolutely the same thing as gambling, which means you lose all you have eventually.

It requires knowledge to trade. If you have no knowledge on what you are trading for then it is what you have say, it is like gambling and you are throwing your money away to the others. You need to be more knowledge in order to take money from people pocket.

And  a lot of experience. It is hard to make trading profitable if you do not have enough experience. Sometime you easily crumble on pressure when your trade is going the wrong way. The only way to overcome this is to have plenty of experience and a nerve of steel.
3989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: August 17, 2016, 04:41:01 AM
If I rich I gamble sometimes but for fun only. And invest in that gambling that I gambling before or buy this site.Thats my opinion
same as me . I play gambling due to having fun. I will get pleasure and money when playing gambling. gambling is a hobby that paid. This is the place to play and become rich.

I hope this is true to everyone. But reality is, it is quite the opposite. It is a place to play but not become rich. It just slowly drags you to poverty. I saw this over and over again to friends and people I know who become addicted to gambling. They cannot get out of poverty because they keep on gambling.
3990  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 16, 2016, 06:34:19 AM
Well, why not? Bitcoin can be easily exchanged on any currency so I see no problems at all here. I already obtain my payment in Bitcoins sometimes when I do translating jobs for some people abroad. We choose Bitcoin as a method of payment because you don't have to pay ridiculously high fees to banks to get your $100 or so.

That's good to know that you have stable job with bitcoin. And yeah bitcoin transactions are much cheaper rather than using other payment method such as paypal. But here in my country, bitcoin is still not yet recognized so it is somehow risky if I'm going to exchange my full time job into bitcoin. I will just going to keep working to it both at the same time.

It is the same situation here in my country. You cannot even use bitcoin directly. YOu have to exchange it to fiat first before you can spend your bitcoin. So it is best if I stick with my day job and do bitcoin on the part time. If ever the status of bitcoin here improves, then I can consider focusing on bitcoin.
3991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: August 16, 2016, 06:24:23 AM
I think you need professional advice on treating gambling addiction.

However if you like gambling but hate it due to the fact that gambling requires deposits - I know of some gambling sites where there is unlimited faucet User Edge (I am not joking here) and daily bonus - to earn and to have fun with casino games - if you like PM me ill send a link.

In that way you can stop losing your money but still have fun with casino games while not even spending a single penny.

Those who are deeply addicted to gambling should seek professional help in coping out of their addiction. It is hard to do it alone if you are deeply addicted. You will need all the support you can get from your family and friends.

I do not think doing gambling by using faucet will help at all. It may even fire up the addiction that you already have.
3992  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your money aim? At which point you would go in "retire"? on: August 16, 2016, 03:45:54 AM
Well with the current value of bitcoin, i would be able to retire owning something like 300-500btc would be enought to retire, but with such portfolio i would keep working atleast maybe more 5 years to get a car with those money.

Where do you live ? 500BTC is only enough to buy a 2 bedroom flat where I live.

I would probably move to a cheaper location if I retired, but you can't expect cheap locations to stay cheap forever, so you need investments that will follow the cost of living. At the moment I think I'd like to live in Morocco, Casablanca to be precise.

Where I live, 500BTC is already enough to live for a few years without working. And if you have investments that earn steady income, you can be sitting pretty all day and do not have to worry about anything for the rest of your life.
3993  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: August 16, 2016, 02:59:01 AM
I came to figure out, why would a consumer/customer use Bitcoins?
You have to pay the 3 cent fee, while you dont have to pay anything when paying with a credit card.

So what is really a benefit for using Bitcoins, customer wise?

Easy to use, no need verification for creating a wallet or transfer something, small fee, fast transaction. but i hate one thing about bitcoin, it's take to long when wait the confirmation.
You are right, the confirmation time is really a downside of bitcoin. But the transaction is really quick. I hope developers can find a way to make confirmation time faster without adding too much fee.
3994  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 15, 2016, 03:17:08 PM
if you know the potentially of bitcoin in future you will leave your realjob now and focus at bitcoin.

Did you really quit your job to focus on bitcoins? I would love to work with bitcoins but it needs to be a real job, with a decent salary and some sort of job security.

Bitcoins has a potential for a good online business. So if you do have a business in mind that can grow rapidly with the help of bitcoin, then you can quit your job and focus in it. But if your motive is to replace your current job with bitcoin job, then I see no point of doing so. Just do both, one full time and the other as a part time job. You decide which is which.

A business could produce you a continuous source of income, so it is a must if you want to go full time in bitcoin, along with your business in real life, the income of both, you could then quit your job... But that's right, if you only want to feel the comfort of your home while working, that's insane, you would end up losing everything...  Smiley
There are many people that they choose to work in their home because they want to spend more quality time to their children and they become successful, and i think it is possible to be successful in bitcoin if you work in full time with it.

Bitcoin has a good potential to become a good source of income especially if the price stabilize. But if you get fulltime in it, you lose the benefits your company is giving you. So unless you're starting a good business based on bitcoin, it is better to do both day job and bitcoin.
3995  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: August 15, 2016, 03:05:31 PM
If that is a temporary crisis then it is always good to buy bitcoins, but if the crisis is very serious that it might lose all your investment never ride with it unless you are a real gambler who just base your decision on your gut feel.

Right. Just like in the last price fall, the cause was about an exchange being hacked. It is not about the blockchain or bitcoin. But if the problem of the drop was about blockchain or bitcoin, then it is a different story. You should always study the causes of the rise and drop of prices especially if it is too fast.

You do not actually lose everything on trading, just a portion of it if you trade wrong. Unless you are trading scam alt coins, then you will definitely lose everything. So just trade bitcoins and a few trusted alt coins. They can give you good profits if you do well in trading.
3997  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: August 15, 2016, 02:53:40 PM
You should know your limits on spending, there should  be a balance between what your wants and needs.Money don't come easily you just have to work hard for it before you have it.And just by saving money invest it and some save it on the bank, for realization today money really matters for those who really need money, focus on your goal if now your on the peak of getting a good income .
saving money is quite difficult because you have to choose a good division between spending, investment and saving. usually people already planning to great, but they do not do that and instead wasteful plan you should be able to make a realistic plan to save so that you can do it

To be able to make a plan, be sure to study your finances first. Weed out all that unnecessary spending and limit your spending to basic needs. Then save a percentage of your income first. It always is the priority before spending on needs and debts.

I doubt everyone can become rich in gambling. Maybe a few gamblers can be successful and become millionaires in gambling, but most will become poor because of it. Too much odds against a gambler to become successful in gambling. It is better to just work to become rich or if your rich already, maintain your wealth.
3999  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 15, 2016, 04:27:36 AM
what you will chose amomg them.and why do the banks are afraid of bitcoin.why banks are not much smooth and faster like bitcoin.if banks start accepting bitcoin as payments then will it became a revolutionary for us?can bank can solve our mining or money curculation probems.
i use both, because if i want to buy something very fast from local shop i can use my bank credit card
I don't understand why people are letting us choose between the two when the world is more wonder if we have different variety of payment method, I personally use both as I want to spend my money with an ease, I have bitcoins but in our country only few stores are accepting so I need to use my credit card.

As a payment method, it is better to have both. The more choices you have, the better you can manage your finances. But as a storage or savings, it is better to use bitcoin because bitcoin increases its value very fast. While in bank, the interest rate is very small. It cannot cover the annual inflation rate.
4000  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: August 15, 2016, 04:01:40 AM
this is the same condition for me . but my main stergy to get profit instead if loss is don't gamble with your own btc but gamble with that money which is offer by the site to start gambling without deposit .
the best example is freebitco.in where we can use free satoshi fo high low bet .
well, that is pretty safe in my opinion, however you will still be subjected to addiction because your interest will increase eventually and you might not rely on the no deposit bonus to gamble. That is just their promotion and you are lucky if you will not fall for the trap to be addicted.
It is just a way to lure the gamblers to get in because of the promotion, and honestly I tried that many times and succeed once, so I think there is no problem with that as long as you know how to control yourself in gambling, you must be smart not to fall for the trap and stay happy in gambling.

Yeah that is one way to lute more gambler to play on their site but mostly will not succeed it because some of their requirement is too high so many people wont achieve it. Nowadays gambler is smart enough not to take that risk although they give you like 500% on first deposit

Commonly exist  of mostly gambling sites  they are using that strategy to lure more gambler to play in their site, you are  right even if they put a 1000% cash in bonus its the same story in the end , you would definitely lose all that bonuses including your capital which is the reality  in gambling world.

If you are smart, you can just walk away with the bonus and your profit. But if you are addicted gambler, you will probably spend all that bonus into gambling until you have none left. And the more time you spend gambling, the more you become addicted.
