gpu0 is always monitor-gpu and after that (gpu1,gpu2,gpu3 etc..) PCIE order?

Perfect solution for SMOS would be to have additional two fields (OC page) related to mem/core voltage but as I understand it's not possible. Right?
Its a limitation of the AMD Linux drivers, nothing tytanik can do about it. Me and cryptoscum will be working with this computing kernel and driver to meaby fix this power wattage issues. I am starting to love nvidia over amd but nvidia also has some stupid limitations  I have not tired EthOS but it looks like they have something in change logs for latest update. Major Changes: Increased RX series hashrate by fixing hashrate drops caused by DAG growth. Added ability to set voltage for RX series GPUs. <<< i cant validate this but since its also ubuntu maybe figure out how they did it (if it works) yep, last ethos update able to set voltage to rx gpus |

I'm just curious, does smos auto restart and download when a new update release or do I have to manual restart the rig to download the update?  You dont need to do anything. |

I just tried differents bios with different voltages with SBRPolaris and no result (again) I drop SM. I love it but its +200W / rig over Windows.

Hello before i try it i would like to know about the power consumption for a rig with 6*RX580 8GB. The Cards a bios modded/undervoltet and some optimisations with Afterburner My Rig is currently running stable @180mhs / 830watts from the wall. thank you Mine is running @1120W with gold PSU. Mostly 6x580 are running at same watts. Undervolt on bios with PBE isnt working on linux (or I cant do it works). This is the big problen on SM I think. +200-300watts. AMD dag fix is not implemented because AMD didnt release. This is a problem too, but this should be fix soon. |

Yesterday was rasied dag right?
I lost 0.5mh for each card. From 28.3 to 27.8
AMD please release linux drivers!

I just try today and SM is amazing, but pwerstage on amd is poor.
My rig (5 x rx580 4gb) on Windows use 850w
Same clocks and pwerstage 0 in SM uses 915w
I read more people with more power consumption in sm than Windows.
Any fix coming soon? , If dev fix that sure I will keep on SM?

Maybe your doing something wrong, powerstage does indeed work, as 0 crashes most of my amd cards? so seems it is doing something Yes it works because It lows watts in wall plug, but isnt enougth. My rig can run with less watts |

Hi, Im trying for a week differents bios & settings for my shappire nitro+ 580 4gb (hynix) but I want to ask how I should flash modded bios. I read must to backup silent bios and flash on silent mode and mining on silent too. its that true or how?
I did flash all in boost mode and now are mining on boost too and I want to know if i did wrong. Any difference?

Hi, in 4gb cards like 580 should y copy 1:1500 and 2:1500 to 2000 or just 1:1750 and 2:1750 like tutorial

Hi, im mining on ethermine pool with 5x580 with 140 stable hash reported, but effective sometime goes up but some more goes down and average is 125.
Its normal or I need to low memory or clock overclock?
btw incorrect shares are made for too much memory OC or just core? I got about 1 / each hour (NOT REJECTED)
