Does CMC not only list exchanges if the coin has a certain revenue on it?! But sure, possibly the team needs to register STEX on CMC.
I believe you are correct, there is a volume cut off. The Mercatox volume is excluded, so we likely need to make sure STEX volume is listed there. Good news, Mercatox volume is back on CMC

What is worrying is that Coinmarketcap is no longer taking into account Mercatox trading volume, so there is showing like DNotes would have no trading volume and it currently fell on 1195 rank Hope the Coinmarketcap will include Mercatox back again. Otherwise it could be a problem and the coin rank will be really low Understood, so you would rather send the traffic to STEX as it's reported on CMC correctly. I'll discuss with the team. Well that would be one option. But there is one challenge still...STEX is not even listed as active exchange for DNotes on Coinmarketcap So I do not know what would be the best course of action. Maybe if any one of the core team had been in contact with Coinmarketcap in the past, one could ask them why they excluded Mercatox in the first place? And one more question: Joe was speaking about the support for market, citing: "we are not currently in a position to be able to handle a significant level of support for the market". What is meant by that? I am asking because I genuinely do not know and was not even aware that thing like that could be a problem That puts things in a little different perspective. Could be just some issue at CMC then. For your second question, market support is buying DNotes on the open market to protect its value. Huh, I was not aware that protecting value like that is necessary. I thought that market and demand/supply would determine the price of the coin at some point anyway. In that aspect the post from mig6r makes much sense indeed.

" Borchgrevink acknowledged that the site had experienced those low levels at different times in the past but noted that the company has expanded its team in recent years and does not want to downsize and negatively employee morale" ... hmm....and closing the site will not negatively impact morale? Funny guy that Borchgrevink

I have seen quite a price increase for IGNIS this days and the trade volume is now also higher than ARDOR. Is there any particular reason behind that?
I find it unusual for child chain to have bigger volume.
Well there’ll be an airdrop: https://gpstokens.com// Mac Whoo I also did not know about this one Devs obviously really need to post here more often!!! Luckily I hold some IGNIS tokens in official wallet

Facebook GlobalCoin, McAffee Freedom coin, its just another alts. I dont think their coin would be success in the future.
Could be interesting and helpful to the industry to see big names launching their own coin. I'm sure they will have some level of success and be able to develop ecosystems around their userbase that will open new doors and open people up to the concept. There may even be thousands of purpose driven coins in the future. Though I understand where you are coming from, that is very different from a universal coin like bitcoin or DNotes. Well if not anything other they will draw attention of mass media to the crypto and probably make more people aware of the crypto, so maybe it could give it some boost in terms of mass acceptance. Even DNotes could in the end benefit from this

I am positive that it will have really good impact on crypto in general. Especially regarding general knowledge about crypto and it's acceptance But let's wait and see, to be sure Very well could be, my first thought was that there is a conflict of interest having their own version of crypto when they have been so restrictive on allowing cryptos on their platform, from our own experience it has been very difficult. To their credit though, they did relax the policy several times and now it is more focused on ICO's because of the investment. Time will tell. Well in any case they will help crypto to become more "mainstream" They truly had very restrictive policy regarding advertising crypto on their platform, but I think that now they and Google, both are easing the restrictions. I am already getting commercials about one particular crypto trading platform in Youtube ads

Now rvr price is low, i have doubts in buying more. Many months without news, this is the problem, rvr give poor confidence, we need news.
It is hard to get news when there is no news And vene when the news came there are usually fake news, so do not get your hopes to high

Dear Poloniex Customer,
You are receiving this message because you hold a balance in SYS on Poloniex.
We wanted to notify you that we have reopened the ability to withdraw your balance of SYS from Poloniex through June 10th. This is to provide our customers a final opportunity to withdraw their delisted assets. Any other assets that you hold with us are not affected by this notice.
Once the withdrawal deadline has been reached, withdrawals will be disabled and the delisted assets will be permanently decommissioned. From that point forward, we will be unable to process withdrawals of the impacted assets. It is imperative that customers withdraw the delisted tokens mentioned above by the withdrawal deadline of June 10th.Above is the notification I received tonight. Why is SYS being delisted from the Poloniex? You should have received another email, the first one was sent in error, was distributed to all the Syscoin holders on Poloniex and was assuming that Syscoin had already been delisted (which it will next week). I wish I could provide you more information about Poloniex' business decisions, Poloniex has been delisting many coins on their exchange. We aren't able to comment on the state of affairs of another corporation, this last list was quite a shock as it included long-term, committed staples of the Crypto world like: Namecoin, the world's first alternative coin, Peercoin, another veteran coin, founded in 2012 Syscoin, the world's first decentralized marketplace, and with the Syscoin 4.0 ethereum bridge, we are bringing scalability to thousands of DApp developers. Their explanation is the following: "On June 4th, Syscoin will be undergoing a software upgrade. Due to the engineering cost of performing this upgrade, Poloniex will not be able to continue supporting SYS at the time of the upgrade and will be delisting it." Development costs are extremely minimal, running a node is low cost, upgrade costs are a question of a couple of hours for a developer to operate. The last upgrade from Syscoin 2.0 to 3.0 took Poloniex a couple of months yet most exchanges upgraded the same day. Thank you for coming back to me with an explanation. I am aware that from time to time Poloniex makes some weird decisions and delist legit coins. So what are you saying makes sense. I do wish you best of luck with your work in the future and I hope that Sys coin will also prove wrong those who doubt it...also for my sake, since I am holding some SYS coins myself
