that is the plan  One or two more reasons to invest in Real. At least I will be able to own some properties which without the help of the cryptos I won't be able to I know that very well  I'm no expert but I'm not so sure if you will really own these properties. Wouldn't in that case REAL need the consent of all "owners" if they want to sell a property? Anyway, I don't care... as long as I get dividend and REAL token prices is rising When I understand it right, than you or other Investors are not the real owners, at least not fully entitled. Imagine every investor has to make a decision for everything what goes in with the building (that would be the consequence (; ) That's what I was wondering about. And yes, as a consequence not only the sale but anything else like some kind of renovation, refurbishment, etc. would need to be approved by all investors. Maybe Melissa can clarify. REAL Company/platform will execute the sale of each investment when the target profit or time has been met. |

As for other countries. Real estate in skiing countries can be a big hit also.
Just take Austria, France, Switserland (and these will be easier as the team is mostly European)

I have same question. Because each state of every country have different set of rules for properties. How they gonna deal with it. in my option,in start they may in their own state! after it success,they may to other country. but it's not yet clear from their white paper and website. We will start in Spain because it is our home market, it is also a great growing market and where already have very good contacts. We will expand globally through a network of partners. Of course following all local regulations. We will post a medium blog about this. |

We changed our caps, now it is 30-60 ! Our min cap is 1MM, we would of course go much slower as traditional startups. Isn't 1M too small? You can't buy big property with that kind of money. And also there will be additional expenses like legal fees etc. We are used to raise projects from the ground. We have many Venture Capital interested in our project so we would raise additional funds as needed. |

I don't get the RPP part. It's another token ? I mean when your platform interact with smart contract X for property X REAL or RPP will go to contract? And when you say "RPP are tradable" this means, for example, property X give me 1 eth gain/month, after 12 months it gives me 2 eth/month, wich means my partecipation is worth a lot more then 12 months ago. In this case I can sell my RPP and double my initial investement?

In short the concept is that me and suppose 10 others will put our funds in a property in honalulu and someone will rent it and the profit amount will be paid back to us according to our share excluding REAL's cut.

i: I am not sure it exists or not for new companies, all I am saying is I do not understand why would anyone purchase it or request it being a new company. You can check it is incorporated. Perhaps you can explain me why would you want to see that. Also if you buy it and send us or publish here we can discount it from your contribution on the token sale. We want to be focused on the important issues.

As an example if people invest 100 million USD then you might get another 100 million in loans = 200 million in capital and 200 million in buildings. Then investors only get 50% of the rent minus your 10% fees. Who gets the other 50% of the rent? Investors get 100% of the rent minus interests minus the 10% This is how other Real Estate Crowdfunding sites do it. Melissa |
