I agree with you and It's no doubt, Ethereum is a pioneer for ICO infrastructure and Ethereum is the top platform most widely used by ICO projects. Stellar and NEO platforms are Centralized I think the Centralized Platform is not good for a Decentralized Project, therefore DApps developers prefer to build their projects on the Ethereum platform

I think you need to know other facts such as;

-, There are many stable Coins or Tokens like USDT which replaced the role of FIAT Currency in trading pairs but, it cannot destroy Bitcoin and Bitcoin is still a favorite trading pair for Altcoins
