My advice that stay tune and don't join any ICO in this time. It will super cheap to once it hit exchange almost ICO lost 50% to few times compare to ICO price. so if you like it project just keep track it and buy in exchange

It's normal for now and bring more trust to investors as almost ICO now requested to done KYC before can join token sale. It will avoid future problem for ICO from Government

Greenx is a registered company in Singapore but Singapore doesn't allow any ico to the general security token. In their biz model, Greenx is security token as they mentioned in whitepaper

This will be violated by law and I don't think any regulate company want to deal with this such things
