If those guys are smart enough, they would 2-3x total positions in bitcoin.
For example sell all funds in December'17 or even January'18, and buy back on dip.
Do someone know that funds are on escrow wallet since june of 2017?
Is there some kind of audit was happened over there?
Seems not.
Forget about SEC or any other regulatory. Fraud team may buy back NVST by chip price from relatively big investors just to shut them up. Others nano investors (>$10K) will be buried alive and not a single fuck be would given about that with probability 99%.
Meanwhile Bisq and 0x and other dexchanges are going further and further.
It is not wise to trade with investor's money, and not permitted I am sure. NVO has taken out most of the funds they are entitled to from hitting milestones. From what I gather they still have some left they can withdraw but have left them there for the time being. I have no idea what you just said about fraud team... Bisq, Ox, other exchanges - they have no volume. There is no cause for concern. Binance wasn't the first CEX. |

actually I will be releasing a website that enables the BTC pay feature on the counterparty dex making buying/selling NVST with BTC a breeze
I'm curious to hear more about how that works though, so the more details (and the sooner) the better. There is a function in the counterparty protocol called 'bitpay' where one can place a buy order for a token using bitcoin instead of xcp or another token. It's a bit tricky to do - the buy side requires two transactions, and the timeout for any order match is just 20 blocks. It can manually be done right now - you can see the history of matches from the very beginning of the NVST listing. But it's not as simple as just sending the bitcoin to the seller address. Basically, the flow goes like this: Seller places order to sell NVST for BTC. Buyer places an order to match. The CP protocol says that once a match is made, the buyer has 20 blocks to complete the trade by making a second transaction that sends the appropriate amount of bitcoin in a transaction that includes the bitpay opcodes. You can see from this that a problem is created when a user places a buy order first and a seller matches the order while the buyer is away (or asleep, whatever.) Since the second transaction must be placed after a match, only a connected client can send the required bitcoin, and web services cannot reliably do that in an automated manner. Knowing this, the Counterwallet team disabled bitpay transactions some time ago from their web app. Another hitch in the process is that if you send the bitcoin to the seller but the bitpay transaction doesn't confirm before the 20 block expiration, the tokens are not credited and the buyer effectively loses their bitcoin unless the seller sends them a refund (there is no mechanism to enforce refunds, you must rely on the seller's good graces.) The method TSWR is setting up is a fork of an existing bitpay website that doesn't currently work - he and I are modifying it to work properly. Right now we are working on fixing a fee bug, but it should be ready to go...soon  Soon? Can we expect weekly updates on your progress? Twitter and Reddit posts as well? |

Counterwallet is a broken platform.
Here are better solutions to the problem, either: a) Issue a ERC20 token. b) Create your own chain.
Afterwards provide a proof-of-burn method for claiming your equivalent of the new token/coin. Listing it somewhere would be much easier, but I'm afraid that some of the top exchanges are still going to abuse their position. However, even if you decide to go with one of these options that would mean that everything else would be even further delayed. Well, they are creating their own chain which means we all have to continue using counterparty until it’s ready. The good news for some is that if they provide proof of ownership they may be able to recover tokens that were lost via lost key, etc. Edit: well veserus should be ready “soon” |

Thanks a lot!!! hm.. thats mine but thats blockchain.info wallet and bc.info put it into @used adresses@ - but i should have access to dis adress also - but i am not aware completely how i could reach my tokens now  Awesome! So if you have the private key to this address, you are good as gold. If you are not in a hurry to sell just wait for the next big wallet update and you can then import this address into the wallet. |

As much as I hate HitBTC exchange, this team can actually get NVO listed on there even if it's classified as a security. There needs to be another exchange other than Counterwallet. We've been promised a new exchange since last year and now 2018 is almost half gone and still no new exchange. At the rate this team is working, this platform might not be launched until 2019, if we're lucky. So how about contacting HitBTC and getting this coin listed on there so that those that want to sell can freely trade without have to endure the torture of trying to use Counterwallet.io and their illiquid XCP coin.
Exchanging on counterparty is really not that difficult. And to those who complain about fees, HitBTC charges outrageous fees to withdrawal. I have used it enough to know that the times I have had to use it, I would rather have bought those tokens on counterparty knowing it was secure and decentralized. I bought some tokens from HitBTC awhile back and was charge over 30 tokens to withdraw, at the time that was around 30 dollars. How would you like it if HitBTC charged you 50 NVST to withdraw? Heck at current NVST rate they may charge more! I would rather NVO keep there 40 BTC and use it on marketing not some shitty exchange to pacify traders and lazy investors. |

Whats the best place to hold these tokens.On counterparty or the current wallet?If it gets another blockchaain how will you move from counterparty to that chain?
counterparty is fine for now so is the wallet it personal preference i recommend saving your private keys and 12 word phrases though. when the NVO blockchain is ready they will do a swap for current holders of NVST on to the new chain Probably keep them on counterparty if they are going to do a swap.Cheers Yes and remember with counterparty you are really holding a private and public key and counterparty is just aware of it and you are giving them ability to manipulate it. It is just like holding a paper wallet with counterparty if you write down the address and key. |

Why was NVO withdrawn from the coinmarketcap?  More and more obscure. Excuses are plentiful, delivery is minimal, What else do you expect from this "team"? I expect an updated wallet soon, a working dex sometime this year, and a working cex to complement the dex within a month or so. But really yeah until all this happens we can do nothing but place our bets. We will just have to wait and see who is right in the end and qualifies to say na na nah boo boo told you so |

Lauda, why are you giving me negative trust for saying the truth? Instead of acting like a little cry baby that hides out and abuses his trust, show up here and give explanation why didn't you refunded the 3000 btc collected[3] from NVO plus the forks to the contributors of the project? Where are the escrow addresses of the project funds that should be public, show us the holdings. Pathetic and untrustworthy user.
Trying to damage my reputation by spreading malicious lies is far from "saying the truth", but that might just be my rational thinking. Let me clear up two things in general: 1) If you are not invested in this project / have sold your holdings, then you need to go away if it doesn't interest you. The same goes for any other project, especially if you like to troll/attack said projects. 2) Investing in any project does not give you any rights. I'm tired of the self-entitled ICO investors/bounty hunters/whatever everywhere[1]. You have no right to make any demand whatsoever, nor complain when such a demand is not met.
Clarifications: 1) I am not part of this project's team. Whether NVO succeeds or not is not up to me/dependent on me[2]. 2) Veserus is happening AFAIK. Timeline is soon TM. 3) The Coinmarketcap stuff is nonsense. Up until recently they had bitcoin.com as a Bitcoin website (which is a joke at best, and a fraudulent website at worst). 4) Forks are not part of refunds, and you are not able to request a refund whenever you've woken up on the wrong side of bed. Refunds can only occur if two conditions are met: 1) Some milestone has not been met. 2) The project has been declared canceled/failed/abandoned by the team (which is not the case here). 5) IIRC the project hasn't even taken half of the funds (release milestones state that the team can take up to 60%). 6) The FUD/nonsense of the latest few posts is disgustingly ignorant to the point that I don't even need to double check the above number^.
[1] It's like a plague; human stupidity knows no limit. [2] I'd do quite a few things differently; again, not my project. [3] 3000 BTC was not collected. That was the (est.) Bitcoin equivalent of all investments at the time of writing. The exchange rates are completely different now.

First of all #1 rule in crypto is do not invest more than you are willing to lose. Second, you haven't lost anything yet, they are just taking longer than they thought. Third, you can always sell your tokens on Counterparty and up until a couple weeks ago you would have either broke even or made up to 8 times your investment depending on when you sold. Fourth, nemgun just posted an update, posted here about a dozen posts up, about Veserus and the next wallet release which should be quite substantial so go have a beer and wait for it. |

Did you send Bitcoin to the crowdsale, or did you send an altcoin? Is there a way to "export" my NVST balance/wallet from https://wallet.counterwallet.io?I don't want to send since I don't have any BTC balance there and don't want to deposit some just to cover the fee. at the moment, no. the import funds via private key option is something that will come at a later time. I am Sorry, but I think you should make THIS your priority. I am in this project since ICO and exactly THAT hostage taking from my funds is what is what's making me not like this project anymore. It's bs and specially since you can't even trade NVO against anything then Counterparty since the Eth pair haas been removed. If you want people to not see you as fraudulent, make it so that they have their funds in your project out of free will and not because there is no way to get them out. This is getting ridiculous. Patience, ok..but the ico was almost a year ago. I have invested in MANY an ICO and this is the only one that locks the tokens so long. You have a 19MILLION marketcap..the owner has almost $300k worth of NVO... at least spend the 1btc to be listed on another exchange then your own just to show you are legit or at the least get some attention and trade volume for this project. Jeezz There are people buying and selling on counterparty exchange all the time. Just a few hoops to jump through but you are certainly not being held hostage. And as far as other exchanges, the only one I can think of that gave them a chance was hitbtc and they wanted 40 btc to list them. Outrageous considering especially that hitbtc is a sorry excuse for an exchange. NVST is considered a securities token and it requires the counterparty protocol- because of these two things nobody wants to list them. So sweep your tokens to counterparty exchange and sell them there if you want, it is really not that difficult. |

You need to buy XCP and then exchange that for NVST. Quite a hassle, but for the moment it's the only way to buy NVST  LOL, I forgot to mention I participated to this crowdsale and invested some alt coins into it. So in theory I should be able to claim those NVST, right? I also received some satoshi on my wallet, what am I supposed to do with them? The satoshi is there because since NVST is a counterparty token, and counterparty relies on the bitcoin network, in order to send NVST anywhere you need to send a little btc and the NVST rides along like a taxi passenger. So you were sent your NVST in a little btc taxicab. As far as "claiming" your tokens, if you go to xchain.io and input your btc address into that search bar on the top, look to the bottom of the resulting page and you should see some NVST there. If so, then you have them in your possession already. You must also possess the private key to that address to move these tokens or sell them. It is best, unless you are wanting to sell right now, to wait a little while and once they release the updated wallet, you can then sweep this address into the wallet and you will be good to go. They are safe where they are at for the time being. |

Isn't the Verserus exchange one of their previous projects? Are they spending NVO funds on it, now?
Veserus was a project that nemgun abandoned to work on NVO. I don't know for sure if NVO funds are being used on it, but even if they are, it does not matter. They are required to produce a functional wallet and dex and if they do that they meet the terms of the escrow. But - the reasons for Veserus are to help NVO. Could anyone explain to me why NVO will be better than Kyber?
For starters, Kyber will initially be an Ethereum / ERC20 only exchange. Further down the line they plan on introducing atomic swaps as their mode of cross-chain exchanging. Blocknet will have atomic swaps as well. Atomic swaps are great but are limited to blockchains that support them. NVO will provide the ability to exchange with a greater variety of coins. NVO will also provide a plugin system allowing new coins the ability to be listed as soon as their developers can write the code to plug them in. No waiting for the exchange to get around to it and accept them. So NVO will have a huge advantage by being able to provide liquidity to all new coins faster than any other exchange. |

Because counterparty dex is the only way to trade, and because they have not started marketing yet. |
