From the first time and until now, I personally always use BTC, ETH and sometimes, I use the fiat (IDR) as well as the base for currency for every time when I trade.

Honestly, I was forced to hodl that shitcoin in my previous and current wallet. That's because I did not want to use my valuable coin as a fee for just to discard that shitcoin.

Since 2017, I personally always do both. Every I got the shit token from bounty campaign (which in my opinion the token that doesn't have any potential at all after entering the exchange), I always sell it to be used as capital for trading, no matter how much the results of trading the shit token/shit coin.

For me, the best cryptocurrency exchange is Indodax, Bittrex, and Binance.

Yep. Binance is one of the CEX that has a large daily limit of withdrawal as much as 2 BTC per day without the need to complete the KYC procedures. That's one of the advantages for Binance users, which is rarely found in other markets.

I don't think so. The airdrop rewards are usually pegged, for example; 100 coin or token for each participant.
Whereas, the Social Media Bounty relies on a stakes basis to calculate the number of rewards for each participant. And the amount of the rewards from the social media campaign depends on the number of followers and friends and the total stakes that you get during the campaign.
